护理文件书写质控单的应用及效果评价

目的:探索科学、实用的护理文件书写质控方法,提高护理文件书写质量。方法:根据广西壮族自治区《病历书写规范》要求及我院"护理文件书写质量评价标准",自制"护理文件书写质控单",对每份住院病历进行全过程质量控... 目的:探索科学、实用的护理文件书写质控方法,提高护理文件书写质量。方法:根据广西壮族自治区《病历书写规范》要求及我院"护理文件书写质量评价标准",自制"护理文件书写质控单",对每份住院病历进行全过程质量控制。结果:逐步完善了护理文件书写质量的标准化、规范化和制度化管理,提高了护理文件书写质量;护理人员的法律意识、质控意识进一步增强;促进了医护合作,利于病人的治疗护理。结论:随着医院管理的法制化及《医疗事故处理条例》的实施,护理记录已成为处理医疗纠纷的重要法律依据、刑事或者民事伤害案件中的证据、医疗鉴定依据、医疗损害赔偿诉讼医方举证的重要证据,是护理过程及内容的真实写照。因此,完善护理文件书写质量的管理机制,也是护理管理的一项重要内容。 展开更多

单项目质控在住院病案首页质量控制中的作用探讨 被引量:3

目的通过分析单项目质控住院病案首页前后的结果,探究提高住院病案首页填写质量的有效途径。方法选取对病案首页离院方式进行单项目质控前的2019年1~3月28119份某三甲医院出院患者的病案数据作为对照组;单项目质控后的2020年1~3月的2429... 目的通过分析单项目质控住院病案首页前后的结果,探究提高住院病案首页填写质量的有效途径。方法选取对病案首页离院方式进行单项目质控前的2019年1~3月28119份某三甲医院出院患者的病案数据作为对照组;单项目质控后的2020年1~3月的24297份出院患者病案数据作为观察组。以《住院病案首页数据质量管理与控制指标(2016版)》《住院病案首页数据填写质量规范(暂行)》《住院病案首页数据质量评分标准》三个文件作为质控标准依据,利用SPSS 20.0统计软件对两组终末病案首页离院方式填写缺陷率进行对比分析。结果观察组住院病案首页离院方式填写缺陷率0.32%,显著低于对照组的5.68%(P<0.05)。观察组在住院病案首页离院方式中医嘱离院的填写缺陷率0.05%,显著低于对照组的4.67%(P<0.05)。观察组住院病案首页离院方式代码、拟接收医疗机构名称错填率为0.29%,显著低于对照组的4.68%(P<0.05)。结论实施单项目质控住院病案首页可显著降低终末住院病案首页的填写缺陷率,提高了住院病案的整体质量。 展开更多

Response of Amaranth to Irrigation and Organic Matter

The study investigated the response of Amaranth to irrigation depth and irrigation interval as well as poultry waste incorporation. A replicated 4 ×3 × 3 factorial arrangement with treatments consisting of percent organic matter incorporation (0%, 2%, 4% and 6% by weight), irrigation interval (1, 3 and 5 days) and irrigation depth (4, 6 and 8 mm) was used for the experiment which was conducted in pots in a green house. The result of the experiment showed that percent organic matter incorporation, irrigation interval, and irrigation depth significantly (P 〈 0.05) affected the dry matter yield of the vegetable. However, only the percent organic matter incorporation and irrigation interval were significant (P 〈 0.05) in their effects on the plant height. The highest plant height of 12.03 cm occurred when 2% organic matter was incorporated into the soil while the lowest plant height of 9.04 cm occurred with 6% organic matter incorporation. The maximum plant yield (47.44 kg/ha) occurred when 2% poultry litter was incorporated into the soil while the lowest plant yield (31.57 kg/ha) occurred with the control experiment. Irrigation interval of three days as well as irrigation depth of 6 mm resulted in the highest plant height and maximum dry matter yield of the vegetable. From the result of the experiment, the factor combination of 2% organic matter incorporation with 6 mm irrigation depth applied at three days irrigation interval resulted in the highest plant height of 16.7 cm above ground surface and maximum yield of 67.8 kg/ha. 展开更多

A new method of measuring gas pressure in vacuum insulation panels(VIPs)is reported in this study,which provides a fast and efficient quality control option of production.Although there are different methods of measuring gas pressure for VIPs,connecting an internal measurement gauge to external data acquisition units is problematic.The thin high barrier film covering the panel’s core usually prevents external electrical wires or mechanical devices being connected to the inside of the VIPs.To solve this problem,a micro capacitive pressure sensor with 0 to 250 Pa detection range is developed to detect the vacuum pressure.The sensor has high linearity and a sensitivity of 10 mV/Pa.Moreover,through the communication mode study,an ultrasound communications system for VIPs is designed.It shows from operation that this system is stable and reliable,and quick for communication speed.This new method enables the quality detection of VIPs to be completed within 1 second.The minimum detectable pressure of VIPs is below 1 Pa,and the measurement error can be controlled around 5%. 展开更多

The aim of this study was to establish a quality-control method for calcineurin subunit B(CNB) biological activity determinations. CNB enhances the p-nitrophenylphosphate(p NPP) dephosphorylating activity of calcineurin subunit A Δ316 mutant(CNAΔ316). A series of CNB concentrations were fitted to a four-parameter equation to calculate the corresponding p NPP maximum dephosphorylation rates. Values were calculated based on biological activity references using a parallel line method. The method was then validated for accuracy, precision, linearity, linear range, sensitivity, specificity, and robustness. The recovery results were greater than 98%. Intra-plate precision was 6.7%, with inter-plate precision of 10.8%. The coefficient of determination was greater than 0.98. The linear range was 0.05–50 μg m L?1, with sensitivity of 50 μg m L?1. Tested cytokines did not induce CNAΔ316 dephosphorylation of p NPP. The chosen CNAΔ316 concentration range did not affect activity determinations. 展开更多
