目的探讨-种新型护理质控评价方法来提升临床护理质量.方法:以护士长每月总值班夜查房为契机,安排护士长完成指定护理单元的某项护理质控,在质控中发现的问题条数作为该护士长质控能力的评价指标,将质控问题予以统计,每位护士长全年质... 目的探讨-种新型护理质控评价方法来提升临床护理质量.方法:以护士长每月总值班夜查房为契机,安排护士长完成指定护理单元的某项护理质控,在质控中发现的问题条数作为该护士长质控能力的评价指标,将质控问题予以统计,每位护士长全年质控发现问题总条数作为该护士长年度考评中业务能力的-部分.结果:护士长在质控中善于发现问题、敢于发现问题,2014 年与2013 年比较:护士长在专项质控中发现问题能力提升14.4%,护理行政查房临床各项护理质量指标平均均提升14.7%,优质护理第三方护理满意度提升4.6%.结论:新型护理质控评价方法激发了护士长的质控热情,让-级质控行之有效.护理单元间相互质控营造了护士自觉学习和规范执行护理质量标准的执业习惯,培养了全员参与质量控制的意识,确保临床护理质量. 展开更多

分析在病案管理中,应用全程质控对护理病历的管控效果。方法 抽取2021.01-2021.06本院病案室接收到的1000份护理病历,应用传统病案管理模式;将2021.07-2022.01本院病案室所接收到的1000份护理病历,应用全程质控管理模式。比较不同管理... 分析在病案管理中,应用全程质控对护理病历的管控效果。方法 抽取2021.01-2021.06本院病案室接收到的1000份护理病历,应用传统病案管理模式;将2021.07-2022.01本院病案室所接收到的1000份护理病历,应用全程质控管理模式。比较不同管理模式下病历质量与病历分级。结果 在应用全程质控管理模式下,病历中的体温单、医嘱单、护理评估单、护理记录单、健康教育记录单、出院病历排序及书写方面的评分显著高于传统病案管理模式,数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。在应用全程质控管理模式下,整体的护理病历管理质量均显著优于传统病案管理模式,数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过在护理病历中应用全程质控管理模式,利于提升病历书写指标与病历质量,临床应用价值高。 展开更多

目的探讨Peplau人际关系理论和计划变革理论在妇产科护理交接相关质控问题中的应用效果。方法运用人际关系及计划变革理论进行质量改进项目,制定和反复修订妇产科护理交接SOP,对护士口头交班用语、站位以及表格式交接进行规范和改进,加... 目的探讨Peplau人际关系理论和计划变革理论在妇产科护理交接相关质控问题中的应用效果。方法运用人际关系及计划变革理论进行质量改进项目,制定和反复修订妇产科护理交接SOP,对护士口头交班用语、站位以及表格式交接进行规范和改进,加强护士培训,每月监测与护理交接有关的质控指标,比较质量改进前后护理交接质控问题的变化。结果护理部质控发现的患者交接问题总数从2018年1月—8月的40例下降到2019年同期的29例,在所有质控问题中的占比也从5.07%下降到1.24%(P<0.05)。结论Peplau的人际关系理论和库尔特计划变革理论在妇产科患者交接班中的应用效果显著,规范了妇产科患者的转运交接流程,提高了转运交接质量,保证了患者的安全。 展开更多

This paper addresses the power con- trol problems of Cognitive Radio (CR) trader transmission power and interference tempera- ture constraints. First, we propose the interfer- ence constraint which ensures that the Quality of Service (QoS) standards for primary users is considered and a non-cooperative game power control model. Based on the proposed model, we developed a logical utility function based on the Signal-to-Interference-Noise Ratio (S/NR) and a novel algorithm network power control. that is suitable for CR Then, the existence and uniqueness of the Nash Equilibrium (NE) in our utility function are proved by the principle of game theory and the corresponding optimi- zations. Compared to traditional algorithms, the proposed one could converge to an NE in 3-5 iterative operations by setting an appropriate pricing factor. Finally, simulation results ver- ified the stability and superiority of the novel algorithm in flat-fading channel environments. 展开更多

A novel backoff algorithm in CSMA/CA-based medium access control (MAC) protocols for clustered sensor networks was proposed. The algorithm requires that all sensor nodes have the same value of contention window (CW) in a cluster, which is revealed by formulating resource allocation as a network utility maximization problem. Then, by maximizing the total network utility with constrains of minimizing collision probability, the optimal value of CW (Wopt) can be computed according to the number of sensor nodes. The new backoff algorithm uses the common optimal value Wopt and leads to fewer collisions than binary exponential backoff algorithm. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms standard 802.11 DCF and S-MAC in average collision times, packet delay, total energy consumption, and system throughput. 展开更多

The purpose of this study is to analyze the results obtained in these conditions in order to observe the limits of the 3-leg active power filters and to form a foundation for the future studies of the 4-leg active power filters. For a complete analysis, the APF will be controlled by four control methods: synchronous reference system control, indirect control, instantaneous p-q theory control, and positive sequence control. Drug abuse is a common problem that all countries in the world face. The most distinguishing characteristic of drug abuse in |apart is that use of stimulants, mostly methamphetamine, accounts for over 80% of the arrests. Abuse of a stimulant called Philopon was widespread after the Second World War in ]apan, but the situation was dramatically improved after 1954 because the Japanese government enacted the Stimulant Control Act and restructured the police system and Japanese society recovered from post-war unrest. The situation of drug abuse in Japan has become less serious compared to the past and to the situation in many other countries, because we are taking comprehensive and nationwide measures, including proactive disclosure of the situation, control, drug abuse prevention class, and introduction of partial suspension of sentence. On the other hand, as in many countries, the rapid spread of new psychoactive substances (NPS) in recent years became a serious social issue. The situation of NPS has been rapidly improving due to comprehensive and government-wide measures, but the means of acquisition is quickly shifting to the Internet. The multi-source and single-sink(MSSS) topology in wireless sensor networks(WSNs) is defined as a network topology,where all of nodes can gather,receive and transmit data to the sink.In energy-constrained WSNs with such a topology,the joint optimal design in the physical,medium access control(MAC) and network layers is considered for network lifetime maximization(NLM).The problem of integrating multi-layer information to compute NLM,which involves routing flow,link schedule and transmission power,is formulated as a nonlinear optimization problem.Specially under time division multiple access(TDMA) scheme,this problem can be transformed into a convex optimization problem.To solve it analytically we make use of the property that local optimization is global optimization in convex problem.This allows us to exploit the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) optimality conditions to solve it and obtain analytical solution expression,i.e.,the globally optimal network lifetime(NL).NL is derived as a function of number of nodes,their initial energy and data rate arrived at them. Based on the analysis of analytical approach,it takes the influence of data rates,link access and routing method over NLM into account.Moreover,the globally optimal transmission schemes are achieved by solution set during analytical approach and applied to algorithms in TDMA-based WSNs aiming at NLM on OMNeT++ to compare with other suboptimal schemes. 展开更多
