抗麦胶蛋白抗体和抗肌内膜抗体在麸质敏感性肠病诊断中的应用 被引量:1

目的评价抗麦胶蛋白抗体和抗肌内膜抗体Ig G、Ig A检测在诊断麸质敏感性肠病(gluten sensitive enterpathy,GSE)中的应用价值。方法选择2012年8月至2014年9月我院门诊及住院的GSE患者35例作为GSE组;同时期健康体检者50例作为健康对照组... 目的评价抗麦胶蛋白抗体和抗肌内膜抗体Ig G、Ig A检测在诊断麸质敏感性肠病(gluten sensitive enterpathy,GSE)中的应用价值。方法选择2012年8月至2014年9月我院门诊及住院的GSE患者35例作为GSE组;同时期健康体检者50例作为健康对照组。采用ELISA法和间接免疫荧光法检测所有受试者的抗麦胶蛋白抗体和抗肌内膜抗体,并对实验数据进行统计学分析。结果 GSE组中抗麦胶蛋白抗体Ig G、抗麦胶蛋白抗体Ig A、抗肌内膜抗体Ig G和抗肌内膜抗体Ig A的阳性率分别为25.7%(9/35)、25.7%(9/35)、14.3%(5/35)和28.6%(10/35),均显著高于健康对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。抗麦胶蛋白抗体和抗肌内膜抗体联合检测的阳性率分别为45.7%(抗麦胶蛋白抗体Ig G+抗麦胶蛋白抗体Ig A)、37.1%(抗肌内膜抗体Ig G+抗肌内膜抗体Ig A)和48.6%(抗麦胶蛋白抗体Ig G、Ig A+抗肌内膜抗体Ig G、Ig A),均显著高于健康对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。抗麦胶蛋白抗体和抗肌内膜抗体单独诊断GSE的特异性和阳性预测值较高,可达100.0%(抗肌内膜抗体Ig G、Ig A),而敏感性均较低。抗麦胶蛋白抗体和抗肌内膜抗体联合检测诊断GSE的敏感性有所提高,其中最高的为48.6%(抗麦胶蛋白抗体Ig G、Ig A+抗肌内膜抗体Ig G、Ig A)。结论抗麦胶蛋白抗体和抗肌内膜抗体联合检测可提高诊断GSE的敏感性,减少漏诊。对GSE高危人群应检测抗麦胶蛋白抗体和抗肌内膜抗体进行筛查和诊断。 展开更多

血清特异性抗体在儿童麸质敏感性肠病的研究

目的通过分析麸质敏感性肠病(GSE)患儿血清特异性抗体转谷氨酰胺酶抗体(TGA)、肌内膜抗体(EMA)及脱氨基麦胶蛋白肽抗体(DGP)的检出情况,为临床筛查和诊断GSE提供依据。方法选取2018年1月至2020年10月该院50例GSE患儿作为GSE组,并按照年... 目的通过分析麸质敏感性肠病(GSE)患儿血清特异性抗体转谷氨酰胺酶抗体(TGA)、肌内膜抗体(EMA)及脱氨基麦胶蛋白肽抗体(DGP)的检出情况,为临床筛查和诊断GSE提供依据。方法选取2018年1月至2020年10月该院50例GSE患儿作为GSE组,并按照年龄分为≤7岁组和>7岁组。另选取同期健康儿童30例、自身免疫性肝炎5例、过敏性紫癜10例、炎症性肠病5例共50例作为对照组,分别进行TGA、EMA、DGP检测,并对结果进行分析。结果GSE组主要临床表现为慢性腹痛腹泻、贫血、营养不良、生长发育迟缓和焦虑抑郁。GSE组TGA-IgA、TGA-IgG、EMA-IgA、EMA-IgG、DGP-IgA、DGP-IgG阳性率分别为90.0%、66.0%、92.0%、94.0%、92.0%、96.0%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。在对GSE的诊断效能上,DGP-IgG的曲线下面积(AUC)最大(97.0%),而TGA-IgG的AUC最小(81.0%),TGA、EMA、DGP的IgA和IgG特异度均大于94.0%,EMA、DGP的IgA和IgG灵敏度均大于90.0%,但TGA-IgG灵敏度较低(66.0%);多项目联用DGP-IgA+IgG的AUC最高(99.0%)。≤7岁组DGP-IgG和TGA+EMA+DGP诊断效能最好,灵敏度、特异度、阳性预期值、阴性预期值均为100.0%;>7岁组TGA-IgA诊断效能最好,灵敏度、特异度、阳性预期值、阴性预期值均为96.2%。≤7岁组TGA-IgA灵敏度为75.0%,>7岁组TGA-IgA灵敏度为96.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);≤7岁组TGA-IgG灵敏度为45.8%,>7岁组TGA-IgG灵敏度为84.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清特异性抗体DGP-IgG可作为儿童GSE的首选筛查抗体。 展开更多

Investigation on the Sterility Changeover of Male Sterility Line CMS7311 in Heading Chinese Cabbage 被引量:12

Sterility changeover induced by low temperature in male sterility line CMS7311 of heading Chinese cabbage ( Brassica campestris L. ssp. penkinsis) was investigated under constant temperature, day/night alternating temperature in light-growth-incubator and outdoor natural day/night alternating temperature respectively. It showed that the sterility of CMS7311 has significant change with temperature. The constant temperature of 6 - 12 degreesC was suitable to induce the changeover of sterility (CGS) of CMS7311 ; the shortest treatment time for CGS induction at this temperature was 3 d. The significant value of sterility changeover of CMS7311 occurred at the constant temperature of 6 - 9 degreesC after treatment for 6 - 9 d. The intensity of CGS was stronger under constant temperature than under alternate temperature, but the shortest treatment time inducing CGS has no difference between them. When treated for 9 d under the day/night alternating temperature of 11/7 degreesC, its sterility could also turn to normal fertility (near to sterile grade I or zero). In normal condition, the interval from the end of temperature treatment to the beginning of CGS induction was 10 - 16 d. In the condition of natural day/night alternating temperature, the lower limit of temperature for effective CGS induction was at the daily mean temperature ( DMT) of 3. 5 - 6. 8 degreesC, and the shortest treatment time which could induce the sterility changeover was also longer than that under constant temperature, being 11d at DMT of 1.5 - 3.1 degreesC. In addition, for the apical dominance, the flower bud on the first lateral branch showed the CGS 8 - 10 d later than the flower bud on the main stem under the same temperature with the same days of treatment. The intensity of CGS of CMS7311 on the first lateral branch was also weaker than the flower bud on the main stem. 展开更多

This paper got environmental sensitive grain-size group by using standard deviation method, and proved that the selected sensitive grain-size group is an important proxy which can be used to reconstruct intensity of East Asian Winter Monsoon (EAWM). Then we got reconstruction of EAWM evolvement since 3 ka B.P., which revealed two main phases: (1) 3 - 1.15ka B.P., relative weak EAWM with middle frequency fluctuation; (2) 1.15 - 0ka B.P., really strong EAWM with high frequency fluctuation. And 1.15 ka B.P. is a distinct turning point. During the whole period, 11 intense events of EAWM were recorded and correlated well with other climate records, but the response extent was different, which showed consistency of climate change and particularity of region response. 展开更多

As emerging artificial biomimetic membranes, smart or intelligent membranes that are able to respond to environmental stimuli are attracting ever-increasing interests from various fields. Their permeation properties including hydraulic permeability and diffusional permeability can be dramatically controlled or adjusted self-regulatively in response to small chemical and/or physical stimuli in their environments. Such environmental stimuli-responsive smart membranes could find myriad applications in numerous fields ranging from controlled release to separations. Here the trans-membrane mass-transfer and membrane separation is introduced as the beginning to initiate the requirement of smart membranes, and then bio-inspired design of environmental stimuli-responsive smart membranes and four essential elements for smart membranes are introduced and discussed. Next, smart membrane types and their applications as smart tools for controllable mass-transfer in controlled release and separations are reviewed. The mechanical properties of cemented paste backfill(CPB) depend heavily on its pore structural characteristics and micro-structural changes. In order to explore the variation mechanisms of macro-mechanical characteristics and micro-structure of CPB. CPB specimens with different mass concentrations prepared from the full tailings of Xianglushan Tungsten Ore were micro-tests. Moreover, acquired pore digital images were processed by using the pores(particles) and cracks analysis system(PCAS), and a sensitivity analysis was performed. The results show that as the mass concentration of CPB increases from 70% to 78%, the porosity, the average pore area and the number of pores drop overall, leading to a decline in the pores opening degree and enhancing the mechanical characteristics. As the mass concentration of CPB increases, the trend of fractal dimension, probability entropy and roundness is reduced, constant and increased, which can result in an enhancement of the uniformity, an unchanged directionality and more round pores. According to the definition of sensitivity, the sensitivities of various micro-parameters were calculated and can be ranked as porosity > average pore area > number of pores > roundness > fractal dimension > probability entropy. 展开更多

Thixoforging is a type of semi-solid metal processing at high solid fraction (0.7<φs<1), which involves the processing of alloys in the semi-solid state.Tooling has to be adapted to this particular process to benefit shear thinning and thixotropic behaviour of such semi-solid material.Tooling parameters, such as the forming speed and tool temperature, have to be accurately controlled because of their influence on thermal exchanges between material flow and tool.These thermal exchanges influence the high-cracking tendency and the rheology of the semi-solid material during forming, which affects parts properties and therefore their quality.Extrusion tests show how thermal exchanges influence quality of thixoforged parts made of 7075 aluminium alloys at high solid fraction by modifying process parameters like forming speed, tool temperature and tool thermal protector.Thus an optimum in terms of thermal exchanges has to be found between surface quality and mechanical properties of the part.A direct application is the evaluation of surface quality of thixoforged thin wall parts made of 7075 aluminium alloy. 展开更多

There is increasing interest in using hyperspectral data for quantitative characterization of vegetation in spatial and temporal scopes. Many spectral indices are being developed to improve vegetation sensitivity by minimizing the background influence. The chlorophyll absorption continuum index (CACI) is such a measure to calculate the spectral continuum on which the analyses are based on the area of the troughs spanned by the spectral continuum. However, different values of CACI were obtained in this method because different positions of continuums were determined by different users. Furthermore, the sensitivity of CACI to agronomic parameters such as green leaf chlorophyll density (GLCD) has been reduced because the fixed positions of con- tinuums are determined when the red edge shifted with the change in GLCD. A modified chlorophyll absorption continuum index (MCACI) is presented in this article. The red edge inflection point (REIP) replaces the maximum reflectance point (MRP) in near-infrared (NIR) shoulder on the CACI continuum. This MCACI has been proved to increase the sensitivity and predictive power of GLCD. 展开更多
