Induced Expression of Cytochrome P450 CYP305 B1V1 Gene in Different Tissues of Wild Mulberry Silkworm(Bombyx mandarina) 被引量:6

[ Objective] The aim of this study was to investigate effects of various inducers on the expression of cytochrome P450 CYP305 B1 V1 Gene in different tissues of wild mulberry silkworm. [ Method] Referring to the mRNA sequence of CYP305 B1 V1 Gene published in GenBank for wild mulberry silkworm, one pair of primers was designed, and the expression of cytochrome P450 CYP305 B1 V1 Gene in different tissues of wild mulberry silkworm treated by NaF, rutin, cypermethrin and ecdysone was also analyzed by the semi - quantitative RT - PCR. Furthermore, homology comparison and phylogenetic analysis for amino acid sequences of this gene were studied. [ Result] Rutin, cypermethrin and NaF had effects on the expression of P450 CYP305 B1 V1 Gene in different tissues of wild mulberry silkworm, while ecdysone had no significant effect. Homology comparison for amino acids indicated that the amino acid sequence of this gene was the most similar to that of CYP305 B1 gene in Bombyx mori with 100% amino acid identity, and highly similar to those of Tribolium casmneum CYP305A1, Apis mellifera CYP305A1, Drosophi- la melanogaster CYP305A1, Anopheles gambiae CYP305A2and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus CYP2LI. [ Conclusion] CYP305 B1 V1 Gene of wild mulberry silkworm is likely to mainly take part in the metabolism of exogenous compounds, which is of great significance for revealing the function of cytochrome P450 and the metabolic mechanism of different drugs. 展开更多

Through the research on stress metamorphism character of the II1 coal seam in Ludian gliding structure, the stress effecting factors of metamorphism and hydrocarbon generation process of tectonic coal were studied. It is shown that different tectonic stress has different coal evolution effects. Compared with tensional stress, compressive stress, which has apparent anisotropic characteristics, has greater stimulative effect against the increase of coal metamorphic degree, the abscission of functional group and side chains of basic structural unit, and the formation of gas primarily composed of methane. 展开更多

In order to discuss the geochemical characteristic of REEs (rare earth elements) and their geological application, we measured the contents of rare earth elements, trace elements and minerals of 29 Lopingian (Late Permian) mudstone samples in Panxian county, carrying out ICP-MS and XRD analysis. The results show that the amount of REEs (185.56-729.46 ×10-6) is high. The ratios of w(LREE)/w(HREE) (6.84- 13.86) and W(La)N/w(Yb)N (1.01-3.02) show clear differentiation of LREEs and HREEs. ZREE has a significantly or critically positive correlation with lithophile elements Th, Nb, Ta, Ti, Ca, Sc, Cs, Zr, Hf, Sr, Be and chaicophile element Zn, a critically negative correlation with siderophile element Fe and a slightly positive correlation with illite, illite smectite mixed layers and siderite. REEs originate mainly from terrigenous minerals, in an inorganic phase, Source rocks of our samples consist of Emeishan basalt and a small part of sedimentary rocks, as suggested by the distribution patterns of REEs and w(∑REE)- w(La)/w(Yb) diagram. Moreover, abnormal surfaces near the sequence boundaries (SB2, SB3, SB4) are related wiLth the boundaries, identified by geochemical characteristics of the REEs, such as ∑REE. w(LREE)/w(HREE), Eu/Eu* and Ceanom. 展开更多

The enriched characters of methane content in the main coal seam of Yunnan's Laochang coal mine was analyzed through combined with the geologic conditions of the research area: structure type, hydrogeology condition, coal reservoir's macerals, ash, water content, and so on. The geology factors of controlling gas in Laochang coal mine were illustrated; and the different geology models of controlling gas of geologic condition coupling were posed. Research shows that, in the region, the methane contents of the main coal seams decrease gradually from middle to all around it; the northeast and southeast is higher than the west. In the local area, the methane content of anticline axis is higher, and the gas content is reduced to both wings and plunging crown. On macroscopic view, the distribution of methane content in coal-beds was controlled by structural type. On microscopic view, the methane content in coal-beds is mainly involved in coal reservoir's macerals, ash content, and water content. The enriched characters of CBM in the research area are mainly the result of structure-hydrogeology-petrophysics coupling controls of CBM. On the basis of above analysis, according to the distribution character of methane content in coalbeds, the research area was divided into low gas area, middle gas area, and high gas area. 展开更多

A small-sized meta-basic rock system is discovered in Qilongwuru Gully of Central Qiangtang’s Shuanghu region and contains a meta-basalt and garnet-bearing plagioclase amphibolite.The zircon U/Pb age of this meta-basalt by SHRIMP analysis is463.3±4.7 Ma,suggesting that this lava formed in the Middle Ordovician,and is consistent with that of the meta-basic rocks in the Taoxing Lake and Guoganjianian Mountain ophiolite found in the Qiangtang plate.As this lava system bears similar geochemistry to N-MORB,it might be a component of ophiolite that represents the trail of the extinction of the Proto-Tethys,suggesting that the formation of Proto-Tethys oceanic basin in the Longmu Co-Shuanghu suture zone could date as far back as to the Middle Ordovician.Isotopic geochemical analysis indicates that the magma source area consists of both depleted mantle(DM)and enriched mantle(EMII)end members and bears Dupal anomaly,similar to that of the Paleo-Tethys in the Neo-Tethys represented by the Yarlung-Tsangpo suture zone,the Paleo-Tethys represented by the Changning-Menglian suture zone,and the Paleo-Tethys in Sanjiang region.This suggests that they have inherited the attribute of the Proto-Tethys mantle domain,and the Longmu Co-Shuanghu suture zone may be a representative of the northern boundary of Gondwana. 展开更多
