目的探索血站病毒核酸检测质评样本混样核酸(MP-NAT)检测的最佳工作模式。方法应用罗氏COBASs201核酸检测系统及配套的TaqScreen MPX试剂,采用6混样核酸检测(MP-6-NAT)。将质评样本采用2种混样模式进行平行检测,模式1:质评样本与常规待... 目的探索血站病毒核酸检测质评样本混样核酸(MP-NAT)检测的最佳工作模式。方法应用罗氏COBASs201核酸检测系统及配套的TaqScreen MPX试剂,采用6混样核酸检测(MP-6-NAT)。将质评样本采用2种混样模式进行平行检测,模式1:质评样本与常规待检献血者标本混样(pool),混样无反应性报告阴性,反应性pool进行拆分检测(单样本检测);模式2:质评样本与已知NAT阴性献血者标本混样,混样无反应性报告阴性,反应性pool只对质评样本进行单样本检测。比较2种混样检测模式检测结果的一致性,血液放行时间,试剂消耗量。结果核酸检测室间质评次数为12次,检测标本120份,共检出84份阳性标本,36份阴性标本,得分100分,2种混样模式的检测结果一致。模式1的血液放行时间比第2种大约延长5 h。模式1的试剂消耗量为3 744个测试,模式2的试剂消耗量为1 824个测试。结论室间质评样本与已知NAT阴性标本混样检测的工作模式,符合质评样本按常规标本对待的原则,节约试剂成本,加快血液放行速度。 展开更多

In order to carry out an integrated assessment of sea water quality objectively, this paper based on the concept and principle of artificial neural network, generated appropriate training samples for BP artificial neural network model through the method of producing samples to the concentration of various pollution index of sea water quality from the viewpoint of threshold, established the BP artificial neural network model of sea water quality assessment using multi-layer neural network with error back-propagation algorithm. This model was used to assess water environment and obtain sea water quality categories of offshore area in Bohai Bay through calculating. The calculations shown that pollution index in river's wet season was higher than that in dry season from 2004 to 2007, and the pollution was particularly serious in 2005 and 2006, but a little better in 2007. The assessed results of cases shown that the model was reasonable in design and higher in generalization, meanwhile, it was common, objective and practical to sea water quality assessment. 展开更多

Given the pressures and constraints of assessment of learning in today's environment consistent with accreditation requirements, this paper presents the utilization of a course embedded assessment. That is, instead of creating an extra assessment outside the normal activities of the course, this paper examines an assessment that is part of the course. Additionally, not only is the course embedded assessment part of the course, it measures 100% of assessments employed in the course, instead of only a sample of the assessments. This paper presents background information regarding the utilization of a course embedded assessment, including The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International [AACSB] requirements for fulfilling assessment of learning outcomes. Discussion of course embedded assessments takes place. The dialogue then illustrates an approach that can be used for the data organization and analysis stages of assessment. It is hoped that the use of such an approach may save instructors time and effort in their assessment endeavors, while providing a superior quality assessment encompassing the entire course instead of merely a sample. This occurs by transferring the objective nature of the assessments into a computerized format. 展开更多
