基于信息化的个性化护理质量指标评价系统在门急诊输液室的应用效果 被引量:16

目的分析基于信息化的个性化护理质量指标评价系统对门急诊输液室护理质量的影响。方法通过随机抽样法选取2018年1月—2019年12月于湖州市中心医院门急诊输液室进行治疗的患者200例。将2018年1月—2018年12月的100例患者设为对照组,2019... 目的分析基于信息化的个性化护理质量指标评价系统对门急诊输液室护理质量的影响。方法通过随机抽样法选取2018年1月—2019年12月于湖州市中心医院门急诊输液室进行治疗的患者200例。将2018年1月—2018年12月的100例患者设为对照组,2019年1月—2019年12月的100例患者设为干预组。对照组患者实施门诊输液室常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上通过回顾阅读文献,与临床专家进行沟通,向其咨询并采纳有用建议,参照相关护理制度,制定基于信息化的个性化护理质量指标,研究构建基于信息化的个性化护理质量指标评价系统,从而对护理质量进行挖掘、分析、改进,达到提升门诊护理治疗的目的。分析对比2组患者输液等候时间、不良事件发生率、穿刺成功率以及患者护理满意度。结果干预组患者输液等候时间为(31.16±10.23)min,不良事件发生率为2.00%,均显著低于对照组[(45.17±9.26)min和11.00%,均P<0.05];干预组患者穿刺成功率为97.00%,患者护理满意度为98.00%,均显著高于对照组(81.00%、84.00%,均P<0.05)。结论基于信息化的个性化护理质量指标评价系统可以有效提升门急诊输液室护理质量,改善不良事件发生情况。 展开更多

Since these two points exist simultaneously, it makes the problem more complex. We need to use the new multivariate diagnosis theory with two kinds of quality proposed by Prof. Zhang Gongxu in 1996 to solve such complex problem. Two micromachined solenoid-type inductors with different electroplated core structures, ellipse and rectangle, were fabricated, tested and compared in order to reach optimum designs for integrated induetoes and transformers. In the process of fabrication, UV-LIGA, dry. etching technique, fine polishing and eleetroplating techniques have been adopted to achieve high performance mieminduetor. Experimental results show that both types of the induetors are characterized by high inductance, Q-factor and low electrical resistance. While the inductance of the inductor with rectangular magnetic core is slightly higher than that with elliptical magnetic core, the quality factor of the latter is larger than that of the former. 展开更多

The dryland ecosystem is the dominant component of the global terrestrial ecosystem since arid regions occupy 45% of the earth’s land area and feed 38% of the world’s population. The stability and sustainable development of the dryland ecosystem are critical for achieving the millennium development goal(MDG) in the arid and semiarid areas. However, there is still no scientific guideline for measuring and conserving the health and productivity of dryland ecosystems. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop the scientific conceptual framework of defining, monitoring and evaluating the ecological quality of dryland ecosystems. The ecological quality of dryland ecosystems is represented by a system of comprehensive indicators that are each extracted from the ecological elements, and structural and functional indices of the ecosystem. These indicators can be monitored by integrating satellites and unmanned aerial vehicles with ground-based sensor networks at the scale of either observational sites or regional scales. Finally, the ecological quality can be evaluated by evaluation models based on the normalized index values and their thresholds. This paper presents a conceptual framework for monitoring and evaluating the ecological quality of drylands, which provides a way of advancing the monitoring, diagnosis, and evaluation of the ecological quality of the dryland ecosystems. 展开更多
