草坪质量指标评价体系综述研究

在城市化高度发展的今天，对于城市环境的关注度也越来越高，绿地草坪无疑是必不可少的要素之一，然而，对于草坪的种类和功能认识模糊以及管理不善等原因，造成灌溉用水量不必要的浪费，而其中很大部分原因是跟草坪质量有关。本文欲通过对草坪进行不同功能的划分、草坪质量指标评价体系进行综述，为将来做类似方面更新的研究奠定基础。

质量指标评价体系在感染科质控管理中的应用

探讨建立质量指标评价体系在医院感染质量控制管理中的应用效果。方法:2019年1月于医院感染科质控管理中实施质量指标评价体系。统计比较实施前(2018年)与实施后(2019年)医院感染科的环境卫生质量,护理人员工作质量及患者满意度。结果:实施后无菌物品过期率、护患纠纷发生率、护理差错率明显低于实施前(P<0.05);实施后医疗废物存放合格率、空气合格率、护理人员年终考核评分及患者满意度也均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:在感染科实施质量指标评价体系,在医院感染防控、人员能力管理及提高患者满意度方面有重要的应用价值。

质量指标评价体系在手术室医院感染预防中的应用研究

目的 分析质量指标评价体系在手术室医院感染预防中的应用效果,为手术室医院感染防控提供借鉴。方法采用回顾性分析方法调查实施质量评价前后的手术室医院感染预防效果。选取2019年1月—2021年10月承德市中心医院手术科收治的1 025例患者及医护人员40例为研究对象,其中质量指标评价体系实施前为2019年1月—2020年6月,实施前患者共515例;质量指标评价体系实施后为2020年7月—2021年10月,实施后患者共510例,医护人员无变化。对比质量指标评价体系实施前后质量评价指标及医护人员预防感染相关知识、态度、行为评分和患者满意度。结果 与质量指标评价体系实施前相比,实施后Ⅰ类切口手术部位感染发病率、医院感染发病率、导尿管相关泌尿道感染发病率、多重耐药菌医院感染发病率、呼吸机相关性肺炎发病率、中央血管导管相关血流感染发病率、Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率、多重耐药菌检出率、医院感染病例漏报率、住院患者抗菌药物预防使用率均下降(P<0.05)。实施后多重耐药菌感染防控措施执行率、中心静脉导管使用率、呼吸机使用率、导尿管使用率、治疗性抗菌药物使用前病原学送检率均高于实施质量指标评价体系前(P<0.05)。与实施前相比,实施后手术室医护人员科室质量评价量表评分、预防感染相关知识、态度、行为评分均增加(P<0.05)。与实施前相比,实施后患者满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论 质量指标评价体系干预,可有效预防、降低手术室医院感染发生,提升患者满意度。

妇幼保健机构专科护理质量指标评价体系的应用

分析妇幼保健机构专科护理质量指标评价的方法,并客观分析其实际应用效果。方法:筛选出本地区在2021年2月-2022年2月正常运营的妇幼保健机构14家,通过调查问卷、实地走访等方式,客观性地评价妇幼保健机构的专科护理质量,并且对其专科护理质量指标评价结果进行归纳与整理。结果:妇幼保健机构领导管理的优良率、合格率、不合格率分别是78.57%、14.29%、7.14%;针对妇幼保健机构临床护理管理而言,优良率、合格率、不合格率分别是85.71%、7.14%、7.14%;针对妇幼保健机构临床护理服务而言,优良率、合格率、不合格率分别是71.43%、21.43%、7.14%;针对危重症病患临床护理而言,优良率、合格率、不合格率分别是71.43%、14.29%、14.29%。结论:妇幼保健机构在领导管理、临床护理管理、临床护理服务、危重者临床护理等方面的整体效果是比较理想的,不过还需要不断提升,需要对其实施更加高效、规范、专业的有效质量评价机制,方可进一步增强妇幼保健机构的服务水平,为提高病患的满意度、认可度等带来帮助与支持。

The Comparative Approach on Outdoor Leisure Behavior of Urban Elderly People:A Case Study in Beijing

With the income increase of elderly people in Beijing and the improvement of leisure facilities since 2000, the quality of elderly people leisure life in Beijing has obviously increased com- pared to ten years ago. According to the investigation and com- parative analysis on more than 900 elderly people, who usually exercise in public parks in Beijing City, we have found out several new features of elderly people＇s outdoor recreation in Belting： the increase of the leisure time, the expansion of leisure space, the in- dividuation of interest and the diversification of consumption. The leisure life quality evaluation index system of urban elderly people can be built based on these analyses. In order to accommodate the development tendency of elderly people＇s demand for leisure diversification, we should strengthen the organization and manage- ment of elderly people＇s leisure activity in urban construction, and pay more attention to function complementation between commu- nities and parks.

Research on Interactive Learning and Teaching based on Computer Network

This paper analyzes the basic interactivity connotation of network teaching from the interactive definition, function, types and level etc., and established the interaction quality evaluation index system from the four angles between student and media, the course content, teacher and peer interaction. Similarly, network instruction interaction also needs to carry on the design from the perspective of instructional design, and take full advantage of the Internet, and finally achieved good network interaction effect. Practice shows that, research on network interactive strategy significance.

Assessment Study on Construction Quality Project of China Local Undergraduate Specialty

This paper focuses on the assessment of college Specialty Construction Project quality. On the basis of conducting researches and analysises of Specialty Construction Practice, the anther selected projects indicators of construction content with high frequency as evaluation index constituent connotation, referring to professional evaluation index system of provincial brand, and defended the issue that there will be no characteristic projects of specialty evaluate; formed the basic architecture of local colleges specialty evaluation index system, clearing grading assessment model, making debate analysis on its value orientation; and confirmed that the Ministry of Education is the main project, the university is the main building, and the provincial education administrative departments or the third party certification is the assessment mainbody, in this way to constitute the innovation management mode of Specialty Construction.

A Research on the Third-Party Legislative Post-Assessment in China

With the formation of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, China pays more attention to the scientificity and the quality of legislation, starting the assessment of the effect of implementation of the law after legislation conducted by an independent third-party institution with scientific methods. The third-party legislative post-assessment can overcome the drawbacks of self-assessment, realizing the public participation better, which makes results of the assessment more objective, neutral and fair. The neutrality of assessment and scientificity of the method should be adhered in the construction of third-party legislative post-assessment in China, while improving public participation as well as the assessment indicators system and quality control system with the introduction of specific legal norms.
