本文简要介绍了高职学校为学前教育人才建立专业教资库的可行方法:明确教资库的整合方向、确定教资库的建设理念等;以人工智能技术为视角,高职学校为学前教育人才建立专业教资库的具体方法:人工智能技术的融合方法、专业教资库的整体规划、对象层、资源层等,以此积极展现人工智能技术的资源整合优势,创建专业教资库,助力学前教育工作高效进行。

论唐五代时期的延资库与延资库使

延资库是唐后期出现的一种重要仓库,在唐代政治与军事中曾经发挥过重要的作用。延资库使作为唐后期的一种重要使职,地位十分尊贵,并为五代所因袭。关于延资库与延资库使问题目前尚未有专文进行研究[1],故笔者不揣浅陋,试作探讨,以就教于方家。一、延资库的渊源与性质延资库为备边库的改名,这一点已为诸种史籍记载所证明,当属无误。那么,唐朝何时设置的备边库?《旧唐书》未见记载,《新唐书》记载说:'

中国稻种资源农艺性状鉴定、编目和繁种入库概况

我国是亚洲栽培稻起源和分化中心之一。稻作历史悠久,稻区分布广泛,类型繁多。经考察和收集,尤其通过国家"七五"、"八五"和"九五"三个五年计划科技攻关协作,编入目录稻种资源75965份,鉴定和繁种67856份入国家种质库保存,获得150余万个性状数据,提供给国家作物种质资源数据库,为今后深入研究和育种利用奠定了丰富的物质基础。本文就我国稻种资源的考察和收集、农艺性状鉴定和编目、繁种与保存、存在问题加以论述,并对今后的稻种资源研究提出一些建议。

资智双库,云端融合——以“两位数乘两位数”线上教学研究为例

云端学习平台是现代信息技术与移动教学思想相融合而产生的一种学习工具,教师资库和学生智库的融合应用有助于教与学方式的转变。文章以人教版小学数学三年级下册“两位数乘两位数”教学实施为例,以学生为课堂主体,注重以学定教,以个体差异为着眼点,注重顺学调教,以教学评价为激励,注重以学评教。明晰双库融合的目的,确定云端教学模式。建立学生智库和教师资库融合的实践操作体系,在课前“自主学习”中进行联结→尝试→思考;在课中“共同解决”中落实巩固→深化→提升;在课堂“过程评价”里进行学前→学程→学后的贯通评价。

Establishment and Share of Tea Germplasm Database of Yunnan Province

[Objective] The paper was to establish tea germplasm database of Yunnan Province,and promote sharing of the tea germplasm resources.[Method] Eight hundred and thirty copies of tea germplasm resources of Yunnan Province were first systematically documented by using Access database software,the generic description of 631 tea resources and characteristic description of 300 tea resources were submitted for e-platform,then linked with the national e-platform for natural scientific and technological resources,and the tea germplasm database of Yunnan Province was established.[Result] Based on the conservation and utilization status of tea germplam resources,the sharing and utilization framework of tea germplam resources was presented.Many problems and suggestion about tea germplasm resources in the process of conservation,documentation concordance and sharing were pointed out.For example,conservation areas were separated and system was not completed;the main traits assessment and identification researching work had not completely accomplished and sharing was inefficient.[Conclusion] The paper laid foundation for standardized,digitized and information-based management of tea germplasm resources.

Modeling and Simulation of Equipment Material Inventory Control Based on System Dynamics

The paper discusses how the inventory control of army equipment material runs sytematically under the two-level maintenance system,and establishes the inventory control model based on system dynamics.On the basis of modeling and simulation,the influence of different inventory upper limit on the whole system is studied,and the optimal inventory control mechanism under the model condition is foud.In addition,through the simulation of two replenishment strategies(s,S) and(T,s,S),the advantages and disadvantages and feasibility of each replenishment strategy are analyzed.

The distribution of 10-year cardiovascular risk in Chinese adults： analysis of the China Health Examination Database （CHED） 2008

Objective Global cardiovascular risk assessment has been incorporated into current Chinese guidelines for the management of hypertension and hypercholesterolemia. The aim of our study is to determine the distribution of 10-year risk for ischemic cardiovascular disease （ICVD） among middle-aged Chinese adults, and to evaluate the usefulness of global risk assessment tools in the primary prevention of ICVD in Chinese population.Methods Simplified prediction tools derived from the USA-PRC Collaborative Study of Cardiovascular Epidemiology cohort were applied to the Chinese Health Examination Database （CHED） 2008. 10-year risk for ICVD was estimated in 461 157 ICVD-free subjects （264 432 male and 196 725 female） aged 35 to 59 years. Results Among the male subjects, 82.4% had a 10-year risk for ICVD of 〈5%, 14.4% of 5% to 12.1% and 3.4 of≥ 12.2%, and in female subjects, 86.7% had a 10-year risk for ICVD of 〈5%, 12.1% of 5% to 12.0% and 1.2% of ≥ 12.1%. All subjects with predicted high level ICVD risk （≥ 12.2% in male or ≥ 12.1% in female） had either remarkably elevated （≥ 160 mmHg） blood pressure, significantly increased （≥ 6.22 mml/L） total serum cholesterol or diabetes.Conclusion Using the currently recommended prediction tools, only very small proportions of middle-aged Chinese men and women who were free of ICVD would be classified into high level risk group. These prediction tools are unlikely to help for the medical intervention decision making in Chinese adult patients with hypertension and/or hypercholesterolemia

An Ecologically Oriented Operation Strategy for a Multi-Reservoir System： A Case Study of the Middle and Lower Han River Basin, China

Constructing and operating a multi-reservoir system changes the natural flow regime of rivers, and thus imposes adverse impacts on riverine ecosystems. To balance human needs with ecosystem needs, this study proposes an ecologically oriented operation strategy for a multi-reservoir system that integrates environmental flow requirements into the joint operation of a multi-reservoir system in order to main- tain different ecological functions throughout the river. This strategy is a combination of a regular opti-mal operation scheme and a series of real-time ecological operation schemes. During time periods when the incompatibilities between human water needs and ecosystem needs for environmental flows are rel- atively small, the regular optimal operation scheme is implemented in order to maximize multiple human water-use benefits under the constraints of a minimum water-release policy. During time periods when reservoir-induced hydrological alteration imposes significant negative impacts on the river＇s key ecological functions, real-time ecological operation schemes are implemented in order to modify the out- flow from reservoirs to meet the environmental flow requirements of these functions. The practical use of this strategy is demonstrated for the simulation operation of a large-scale multi-reservoir system which located in the middle and lower Han River Basin in China. The results indicate that the real-time ecological operation schemes ensure the environmental flow requirements of the river＇s key ecological functions, and that adverse impacts on human water-use benefits can be compensated for by the regular optimal operation scheme. The ecologically oriented operation strategy for a multi-reservoir system that is proposed in this study enriches the theoretical application of the multi-reservoir system joint operation which considers environmental flow requirements.

Site selection of emergency material warehouse under fuzzy environment

The objective of this work was to determine the location of emergency material warehouses. For the site selection problem of emergency material warehouses, the triangular fuzzy numbers are respectively demand of the demand node, the distance between the warehouse and demand node and the cost of the warehouse, a bi-objective programming model was established with minimum total cost of the system and minimum distance between the selected emergency material warehouses and the demand node. Using the theories of fuzzy numbers, the fuzzy programming model was transformed into a determinate bi-objective mixed integer programming model and a heuristic algorithm for this model was designed. Then, the algorithm was proven to be feasible and effective through a numerical example. Analysis results show that the location of emergency material warehouse depends heavily on the values of degree a and weight wl. Accurate information of a certain emergency activity should be collected before making the decision.

From the 19th-Century Novel to the Portuguese Contemporary Film Adaptation

The literary adaptations of canonical novels for film provide a unique repository of both identity contents and socio-cultural observations which can be revisited through the filmic representations. These recreations symbolize not only a privileged visual interpretation of a nation, but they also allow us to examine how a given society reflects itself through the fiction. In this sense, the objective of this paper is to reflect upon the Portuguese updated filmic adaptation of The Crime of Father Amaro （1880） by the canonical author Eta de Queiroz. On one hand, the author intends to rethink about the Portuguese identity portrayed by the film and, at the same time, the author manages to observe how the Portuguese society is revealed. On the other hand, the paper aims to analyze the particular process of the adaptation of The Crime of Father Amaro following a qualitative methodology

Spatial Data Mining to Support Environmental Management and Decision Making--A Case Study in Brazil

The growth of geo-technologies and the development of methods for spatial data collection have resulted in large spatial data repositories that require techniques for spatial information extraction, in order to transform raw data into useful previously unknown information. However, due to the high complexity of spatial data mining, the need for spatial relationship comprehension and its characteristics, efforts have been directed towards improving algorithms in order to provide an increase of performance and quality of results. Likewise, several issues have been addressed to spatial data mining, including environmental management, which is the focus of this paper. The main original contribution of this work is the demonstration of spatial data mining using a novel algorithm with a multi-relational approach that was applied to a database related to water resource from a certain region of S^o Paulo State, Brazil, and the discussion about obtained results. Some characteristics involving the location of water resources and the profile of who is administering the water exploration were discovered and discussed.

Electronic Database about Children with Special Needs ~t Primary School

In Slovenia, children with special needs have been included to primary schools since 1998. Since then, teachers have had a lot of work to be done. Every year they have to prepare an individualized programme for each child with special needs. They have to set goals that each child with special needs has to achieve at a particular subject. Pupils have different teachers every year and to make their work easier, the author is considering making a website database with basic information about them. This database would state the goals that the pupil achieved in the past year, which strategy of teaching proved to be the best for him or her and what the areas he or she needs help with are. Teachers would be collecting this data during the primary education, after the final evaluation this database would also be made available to the secondary school of the pupil in concern. This database should be located on the website of Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports. It would be available to primary schools, but protected by a password which would grant the school access to the data of their students only. In secondary schools, teachers could also access to the information, so they would not have to be discovering appropriate teaching strategies that worked for a pupil in the past all over again. This would enable better conditions and a successful education for pupils with special needs.

Refrigeration Calculation and System Design for Medium-term Genebank of Crop Germplasm Resources in Shandong Province

Crop germplasm resources are the material basis for the breeding of new varieties, and strategic resources for food production, ecological security and agricultural sustainable development. Constructing a scientific, environmental-friendly and energy-saving medium-term genebank is essential for preserving crop germplasm resources. However, the construction of medium-term genebank involves a wide range of subjects but lacks unified standard, which might result in many difficulties in the process of construction and application. According to the key parameters of refrigeration system for medium-term genebank, the cooling load was calculated and key system schemes were determined in this paper. Based on the calculation results and designed schemes, the equipment selection was discussed and the standards for construction of bank and monitoring system were proposed with the aim to provide references for germplasm genebank design and equipment selection.

Research on Building the Resource Library of Course Teaching based on the Cloud Computing

This paper puts forward sharing teaching resources based on cloud computing solutions, through the use of architecture means virtualization technology based on KVM on the server side, the infrastructure layer manage the underlying physical hardware equipment. In the realization of the infrastructure layer using Libvirt virtualization management suite that provides a common API development Web, through the RDP protocol, and finally access to the remote virtual desktop browser by the graphical user interface （GUI） and traditional Web B/S architecture, to simulate and access to low-level resources and sharing of teaching resources, teaching resources can be achieved education informatization in the process of teaching.

Exploration of the curriculum resource library construction of university network database

With the development of information technology, how to build a resource library that adapt to the development of vocational education, professional characteristics favor standardized resource sharing between vocational schools, scientific and open career teaching vocational education teaching reform and information technology become the urgent problem. This article starts from the repository construction characteristics and the actual situation of the College of departure, and actively explores the network database curriculum resource library building programs.

A SYSTEM DYNAMICS APPROACH FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN THE MIYUN RESERVOIR AREA, CHINA

Miyun Reservoir was designated as the water source of Beijing City in 1982. Since that time, socio economic development in Miyun Area has been slowing due to the restriction of severe environmental standards. More and more attention from the public and government has been paid to the regional sustainable development. And an effective planning for the local society management system is urgently desired. In this study, a regional sustainable development system dynamics model, named MiyunSD, is developed for supporting this planning task. MiyunSD consists of dynamic simulation models that explicitly consider information feedback that governs interactions in the system. Such models are capable of simulating the system′s behavior and predicting its developing situation of the future. For the study case, interactions among a number of system components within a time frame of fifteen years are examined dynamically. Three planning alternatives are carefully considered. The base run is based on an assumption that the existing pattern of human activities will prevail in the entire planning horizon, and the other alternatives are based on previous and present planning studies. The different alternatives will get different system′s environmental and socio economic results. Through analyzing these dynamic results, local authorities may find an optimal way to realize the objectives that the regional environment will be well protected and at the same time the economy will be rapidly developed.

Design and production of the network courses based on the database technology

Online teaching is an effective means and the inevitable trend of the development of modern education, its shared educational resources, to expand the scale of education to improve educational efficiency; build a lifelong education system plays an important role. In this paper, by analyzing the common feature of database system and network courses, it proposes a network-based database technology curriculum design and fabrication methods and principles, to make the curriculum from web centric processing teaching content production to around a shared database of teaching resource center changes.
