It is also widely used for biological research. The first complete mitochondrial genome of T. rnolitor was determined for the first time by long PCR and conserved primer walking approaches. The results showed that the entire mitogenome of T. molitor was 15 785 bp long, with 72.35% A+T content [deposited in GenBank with accession number KF418153]. The gene order and orientation were the same as the most common type suggested as ancestral for insects. Two protein-coding genes used atypical start codons (CTA in ND2 and AAT in COX1), and the remaining 11 protein-coding genes started with a typical insect initiation codon ATN. All tRNAs showed standard clover-leaf structure, except for tRNASer (AGN), which lacked a dihydrouridine (DHU) arm. The newly added T. molitor mitogenome could provide information for future studies on yellow meal worm.展开更多

To resolve this optimal problem,an integer encoding routing-based genetic algorithm( REGA) is presented to map the optimization problem into a genetic algorithm( GA)framework. Moreover,to speed up the search process of the algorithm,an efficient local search procedure which can reduce the searching space size is designed for searching the feasible solution.Compared with the binary link state encoding representation genetic algorithm( BLSGA),the chromosome length of REGA is shorter and just depends on the number of sinks. Simulation results show the advantages of the algorithm in terms of getting the optimal solution and algorithmic convergence speed.展开更多

With other wireless sensor network data compression algorithm, the proposed algorithm has the advantages of simple realization, the compression effect is good, especially suitable for resource limited, and the accuracy requirements are not particularly stringent in wireless sensor networks.展开更多

Methods:Participants saw a series of pictures with either blue or red background, and were then given a pretest for item and source memories. Then males and females respectively were randomly assigned either to a wake or a sleep condition. In the wake condition, participants remained awake until the posttest;in the sleep condition, participants slept for 1 h until awakened and asked to remain awake until the posttest. Results:Daytime sleep contributed to retention of source memory rather than item memory in females, whereas males undergoing daytime sleep had a trend towards increased familiarity. For females, however, neither recollection nor familiarity appeared to be influenced by daytime sleep. Conclusion:The mechanism underlying gender difference may be linked with different memory traces resulting from different encoding strategies,as well as with different electrophysiological changes during daytime sleep.展开更多
