When the anchor conceals his/her relationship status to be in an ambiguous or even love relationship with the audience in order to lure the audience to reward, whether his/her behavior constitutes fraud deserves deeper investigation. The three elements to establish fraud in judicial practice is often applied to traditional, typical contracts. When it comes to the application of network service contract, we need to define if the anchor intentionally conceals or deceives about his/her relationship status. Judicial discretion is required in the judgement of causality. The law concerning fraud emphases on the protection of victim’s freedom of will, the kind of the fraud matter and the victim’s own fault cannot become the reason to deny the fraud.展开更多
