抗甲状腺药物治疗原发性甲状腺功能亢进症效果分析及超声学评价 被引量:3

目的分析超声评价抗甲状腺药物治疗原发性甲状腺功能亢进症的效果。方法选取90例2014年5月—2016年5月我院收治的原发性甲状腺功能亢进症患者,分为A组(均匀回声型)和B组(不均匀回声型),均给予他巴唑治疗和超声检查,比较2组临床疗效。结... 目的分析超声评价抗甲状腺药物治疗原发性甲状腺功能亢进症的效果。方法选取90例2014年5月—2016年5月我院收治的原发性甲状腺功能亢进症患者,分为A组(均匀回声型)和B组(不均匀回声型),均给予他巴唑治疗和超声检查,比较2组临床疗效。结果 A组治疗有效率为91.11%,高于B组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的血清FT3水平为(7.95±2.31)pmol/L,显著低于B组的(11.89±3.15)pmol/L;A组治疗后的FT4为(17.12±3.85)pmol/L、TRAb为(10.13±2.26)U/m L、TSH(0.76±0.12)μU/m L,B组治疗后的FT4(23.95±4.66)pmol/L,TRAb为(16.28±4.19)U/m L,TSH(0.25±0.05)μU/m L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组治疗后的R I为(0.69±0.05),Vmax(15.86±1.96)cm/s,V(20.16±3.56)m L,Vmin(11.62±1.89)cm/s和Q(29.57±4.22)m L/min,与B组治疗后RI(0.64±0.02),Vmax(18.21±2.45)cm/s,V(27.54±3.89)m L,Vmin(14.08±2.56)cm/s和Q(35.19±5.23)m L/min比较差异明显(P<0.05)。2组并发症发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论抗甲状腺药物能够有效改善原发性甲状腺功能亢进症患者的各项指标,尤其在均匀回声型患者中具有较高的疗效;可通过彩色多普勒超声对患者的血流动力学参数进行准确评价。 展开更多

Right atrial angiosarcoma and electrocardiogram-gated cardiac computed tomography:a case report

Primary cardiac tumors are quite rare and most of these tumors are benign.In this report,a patient presented with chest distress and shortness of breath after activity.Echocardiography of other hospital showed a hyperechoic right atrial mass.Electrocardiogram-gated cardiac computed tomography(ECG-Gated CT) of our hospital provided accurate information about the site and extent of the tumor,and the involvement of neighboring structures,even about the malignant nature of the lesion.The pathological study indicated angiosarcoma.The role of ECG-Gated CT in the assessment of cardiac masses and tumors was discussed.Cardiac tumors are extremely rare and can be divided into benign and malignant lesions.Myxomas are the most common type of cardiac benign tumor,while angiosarcomas are the most common type of cardiac malignant tumor.Imaging studies play an important role in the diagnosis of cardiac angiosarcomas.Echocardiogram,computed tomography(CT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) are the most common imaging studies for tumors evaluation.However,the precise tumor location is often difficult to evaluate precisely on the basis of two-dimensional source images.We conducted ECG-gated cardiac CT examination with 3D reconstruction for preoperative assessment in a patient with a angiosarcoma arising in the right atrium. 展开更多
