文摘[目的]研究超声波水提红蓝草红色素的工艺条件。[方法]采用超声波水浴浸提法,通过单因素试验和正交试验设计对红蓝草红色素的最佳提取工艺进行了研究。[结果]在超声波功率为420 W(70%)的条件下,各因素对提取红蓝草红色素的影响顺序为提取温度>提取时间>料液比;提取红蓝草红色素的最佳工艺:以水为浸提剂,超声波功率420 W(70%),料液比1∶35,65℃提取35 m in。[结论]为红蓝草的开发利用提供了理论依据。
