UBMwas used to observe 160 cases (189 eyes) with comeal edema, comeal opaque, PRK, PK and themanifestations on UBM were summarized. The UBM showed clearly that the morpholgy ofanterior segment structure including three layers of cornea, iris, lens and anterior chamber angle.And the observation of the anatomy changes of these tissue provided the treatment strategy. It isconcluded that UBM is a new examination method for anterior segment structure. It can clearlydiagnose the anterior segment disease and recognize the morphologic changes of the anteriorsegment structure after treatment. It can also provide morphologic base of cornea for treatment.UBM can make up for the incompleteness of previous compensate the disadvantage of otherexamination methods, it’is a practical examination method.展开更多
