用固相反应法制备了掺Ag的和不掺Ag的YBCO烧结靶,X射线衍射对样品进行结构及相分析,结果表明,Ag掺杂可以降低靶材的烧结温度,更有利于c轴取向的YBCO超导体的生成;SEM及能谱分析样品断口形貌及成分发现,Ag主要分布在YBCO颗粒的缝隙中,易... 用固相反应法制备了掺Ag的和不掺Ag的YBCO烧结靶,X射线衍射对样品进行结构及相分析,结果表明,Ag掺杂可以降低靶材的烧结温度,更有利于c轴取向的YBCO超导体的生成;SEM及能谱分析样品断口形貌及成分发现,Ag主要分布在YBCO颗粒的缝隙中,易于形成SNS(YBCO-Ag-YBCO)结,克服弱连接增强晶粒间的耦合,提高临界电流密度Jc.用标准四引线法测量样品的Tc和Jc确实发现掺Ag靶材的Jc要比不掺Ag的约高一个数量级,但Tc相差不多.掺Ag的靶材较致密,孔洞少,暴露在空气中和在激光作用下不易失超,所以Ag能有效提高YBCO烧结靶的稳定性,延长其使用寿命,对PLD镀膜有重要意义. 展开更多

To keep the tunnel face stable is very important for tunnel construction.In this paper,the tunnel face stability under the advanced pipe was analyzed using the Winkler foundation model and rigid limit equilibrium.The tunnel face deformation characteristics were also analyzed using the numerical simulation.The influence of parameters on the deflection of the pipe roof and the stability of the tunnel face were discussed.The results show that the tunnel face stability can be improved through increasing the pipe diameter,decreasing the initial displacement at the beginning of the pipe seat,and adopting the short round length and small excavation height.With the increase of tunnel burial depth,the safety factor of tunnel face stability first decreases,then increases,and then remains unchanged.The deformation at the center of the tunnel face is larger than the deformation at the surround sides and at the corner.The horizontal displacement varies little with the increasing of the pipe length.The horizontal displacement at the center of the tunnel face increases with the increase of the pipe ring spacing and the pipe longitudinal spacing.There is an optimum external angle. 展开更多

600MW级超导发电机6000A级超导磁场绕组性能评估

超导发电机有很多优点:比如提高发电机效率及改善电力系统稳定性。在日本,一个国家项目自2000年已开始启动,旨在开发出力密度高及大容量的超导发电机基本技术。本文介绍了该项目的结果,集中介绍了6000A级磁场绕组的开发。高出力密度及... 超导发电机有很多优点:比如提高发电机效率及改善电力系统稳定性。在日本,一个国家项目自2000年已开始启动,旨在开发出力密度高及大容量的超导发电机基本技术。本文介绍了该项目的结果,集中介绍了6000A级磁场绕组的开发。高出力密度及大容量的超导发电机存在降低超导稳定性的固有因素:即绕组电流密度增加引起的绕组磁场的增强;导线直径增大使绕组制造难度增加。为达到安全稳定,我们采用高含铜量的导体和增加绕组固定压力的设计,以及通过调节较大的导线直径来制造绕组的方法,这些改进方式已用于600MW机磁场绕组部分模型。模型试验结果显示具有较好的稳定性,表明6000A级磁场绕组的设计和制造技术已获得成功。 展开更多

The investigation on the cathode material of potassium ion batteries(PIBs),one of the most promising alternatives to lithium ion batteries,is of great significance.Potassium vanadium fluorophosphate(KVPO4F)with a high working voltage is an appealing cathode candidate for PIBs,while the poor cycling performance and low electronic conductivity dramatically hinder the application.Herein,a plum pudding model inspired three-dimensional amorphous carbon network modified KVPO4F composite(KVPO4F@3DC)is successfully designed in this study to tackle these problems.In the composite,KVPO4F particles are homogeneously wrapped by a layer of amorphous carbon and bridged by crosslinked large area carbon sheets.As the cathode for PIBs,the KVPO4F@3DC composite exhibits a high average operating voltage about 4.10 V with a super-high discharge capacity of 102.96 mAh g^-1 at 20 mA g^-1.An excellent long cycle stability with a capacity retention of 85.4%over 550 cycles at 500 mA g^-1 is achieved.In addition,it maintains 83.6%of its initial capacity at 50 mA g^-1 after 100 cycles at 55℃.The design of KVPO4F@3DC with plum pudding structure provides facilitative electron conductive network and stable electrode/electrode interface for electrode,successfully innovating an ultra-stable and high-performance cathode material for potassium ion batteries. 展开更多

The I-V characteristic of a superconductor is generally described by power-law,in which the superconductor with a high n transfers quickly from superconducting state to the normal conducting state.With a high transport current,in the low n value area,flux flow voltage becomes lower than in the high n value area,so that the transient characteristics strongly affect its stability.Based on those properties,we propose a new hybrid conductor which is made of low temperature superconductor(LTS) and high temperature superconductor(HTS) with concentric configuration in which the HTS coat is located outside of the LTS core.According to their power-law models,the modified adiabatic and dynamic stability criteria are qualitatively obtained by taking account into not only their critical currents but also n values.As a result,the new hybrid conductors have potential applications with higher engineering current density and improved stability. 展开更多
