超微电流刺激骶神经和电化学介入治疗前列腺炎

目的探讨超微电流刺激骶神经配合电化学介入治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法选取2012年7月—2014年7月郑州市第七人民医院收治的78例慢性前列腺炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予电化学介入治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予超微... 目的探讨超微电流刺激骶神经配合电化学介入治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法选取2012年7月—2014年7月郑州市第七人民医院收治的78例慢性前列腺炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予电化学介入治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予超微电流刺激骶神经治疗。治疗4周后,比较两组患者的治疗效果、白细胞计数与NIH-CPSI评分变化。结果观察组的疗效(92.3%)优于对照组(71.8%)(P<0.05);观察组的白细胞计数与NIH-CPSI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超微电流刺激骶神经配合电化学介入治疗慢性前列腺炎临床效果较好,可较好控制慢性前列腺炎,值得在临床上推广使用。 展开更多

Aim To obtain a kind of electrorheological (ER) flind with high comprehensive properties in order to satisfy the needs of engineering application. Methods A new type of dispersed phase── composite ultrafine particles (UFP) was obtained by the method of microemulsion, which was used to mix with silicon oil. aam electroinduced stress and apparent viscosity of the ER fluids with three different volume fractions were tested under the conditions of different temperatures, electric fields and shear rates. Results A series of systematic tests show that the new type of ER fluids with volume fraction of 30% possesses obvious ER effect. Conclusion The double layers polarization plays an important role in ER effect. 展开更多

Surface charge characteristics of a membrane can be determined by the streaming potential. In order to obtain more accurate streaming potential value during the measurement, four measurement operation modes were investigated in this study, and among the four modes, the steady mode with pressure stepped downward was considered the best one. Experimental results showed that the effects of compaction on the streaming potential measurement for a microfiltration membrane was more obvious than that for a ultrafiltration membrane. Both feed pH and presoaking could affect the measurement of streaming potential. 展开更多
