参芪地黄汤合猪苓散对早期糖尿病肾病患者血清SOD、MDA及ET-1的影响 被引量:15

目的观察参芪地黄汤合猪苓散对早期糖尿病肾病血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及内皮素(ET)-1的影响。方法选取早期糖尿病肾病患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组予常规基础治疗+缬沙坦,观察组在对照组基础上... 目的观察参芪地黄汤合猪苓散对早期糖尿病肾病血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及内皮素(ET)-1的影响。方法选取早期糖尿病肾病患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组予常规基础治疗+缬沙坦,观察组在对照组基础上另予参芪地黄汤合猪苓散,疗程均为16周。于治疗前后检测两组患者血肌酐(Scr)、24 h尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血清SOD、MDA及ET-1的变化。结果 (1)治疗后,两组Scr、24 h UAER、ET-1均较同组治疗前明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组更明显(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,对照组SOD、MDA水平与同组治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而观察组SOD较同组治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),MDA较同组治疗前明显下降(P<0.01)。结论参芪地黄汤合猪苓散可以改善早期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能,可能与其抑制氧化应激和改善血管内皮功能有关。 展开更多

Based on the layer-by-layer self-assembly of positively charged cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) wrapped gold na- norods (AuNRs) and negatively charged superoxide dismutase (SOD) from their aqueous solutions on cysteine modified gold electrode (Cys/Au), a third generation electrochemical biosensor ((SOD/AuNRs)2/Cys/Au) for superoxide anion (02"-) was developed. The two layers assembly of SOD/AuNRs can significantly enhance the direct electron transfer between SOD and the electrode. The functional enzymatic activities of the SOD offer an electrochemical approach to the determination of 02"-. In the reductive regions, the proposed sensor exhibits excellent analytical performances, such as wide linear range (200 nM to 0.2 mM O2-), low detection limit (100 nM O2-), high sensitivity (22.11 nA cm-2 μM-1), short response time (less than 5 s), good stability and reproducibility, while no obvious interferences are caused by commonly met interfering species including hydrogen peroxide (H202), uric acid (UA) and ascorbic acid (AA). 展开更多
