也论现代汉语的运动事件词汇化语义编码模式

在对现代汉语运动事件词汇化语义编码模式类型的讨论中,Talmy等学者认为汉语属于卫星框架型语言,Slobin认为汉语是等分框架语言,而戴浩一等认为动趋结构当中的动趋成分才是谓语中心,因此汉语属于复杂框架语言。本文借助汉语研究的成果,从共时句式变换当中体标记的位置、轻重音的变化角度以及动趋成分的历时演变角度,考察汉语所属的运动事件成分语义编码的词汇化模式框架,认为现代汉语虽然具有路径动词但是数量有限。在汉语中大量存在的具有较强能产力的动趋成分,虽然与路径动词同形,但是与动词具有不同的语法地位,已经不再是完全动词,而是已经发生非范畴化的卫星成分,汉语在很大程度上属于卫星框架型语言。

运动事件词汇化中的第三类运动动词

本文以中、英、法三种语言中常见的运动动词为例,以方式成分和路径成分的系统归纳为依据,分析权威词典对相关运动动词的定义,首次明确提出各种语言在运动事件词汇化中除单纯的方式动词和路径动词外,普遍存在第三类运动动词——同时复合路径意义和方式意义的运动动词。该类动词的确立将深化我们对运动动词的认识,促使我们重新思考运动事件词汇化基础上的语言类型划分、对同类研究中动词的认定具有重要启发意义。

我国古典诗歌中运动事件汉英互译的比较研究

研究以Talmy的运动事件框架及其词汇化模式研究为依据，运用该理论分析比较古典汉语诗歌中运动事件两种英译版本的表达方式，旨在探讨译者们在运动事件的“方式”和“路径”成分的语义表征方面的差异，以期为汉诗运动事件英译实践提供新的视角，从而为运动事件翻译批评提供新的理论依据。

Optimization of press bend forming path of aircraft integral panel

In order to design the press bend forming path of aircraft integral panels,a novel optimization method was proposed, which integrates FEM equivalent model based on previous study,the artificial neural network response surface,and the genetic algorithm.First,a multi-step press bend forming FEM equivalent model was established,with which the FEM experiments designed with Taguchi method were performed.Then,the BP neural network response surface was developed with the sample data from the FEM experiments.Furthermore,genetic algorithm was applied with the neural network response surface as the objective function. Finally,verification was carried out on a simple curvature grid-type stiffened panel.The forming error of the panel formed with the optimal path is only 0.098 39 and the calculating efficiency has been improved by 77%.Therefore,this novel optimization method is quite efficient and indispensable for the press bend forming path designing.

Self-Dealing Among Convergence and Path-Dependency Opportunities： An Empirical Analysis of Regulatory From Six European Countries

Self-dealing refers to all kinds of transactions and operations diverting value from a company to corporate controllers. In order to tackle self-dealing, academics and regulators have emphasised the legal tools. However, there is a divergence between those supporting the existence of a benchmark model towards which to converge （convergence hypothesis） and those underscoring the importance of socio-economic factors on the efficacy of governance rules （path-dependency view）. The aim of this paper is to join in the convergence vs. path-dependency debate by focusing on the efficiency of mandatory rules and investigating their effectiveness. Considering the current market integration, the traditional cost-benefit analysis has been extended in order to embrace costs specifically associated to the issue of domestic rules in a global scenario. This analysis supports the convergence view and encourages at least a partial and gradual adjustment of national legislations towards the prevailing Anglo-Saxon model. In order to test this hypothesis, an examination of the self-dealing regulatory （on conflict of interests and self-dealing） adopted in some Western （Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom （UK）） and Eastern （Czech Republic, Hungary, and Poland） European countries has been conducted.

Allocation of fixed transmission cost based on power flow tracing algorithm

In the electricity market, charging based on the traditional spot electricity price often results in the payment imbalance of electric network, and goes against the development of the power system. So, it is necessary to modify the spot price. The key of the modification lies in how to calculate the fixed unit transmission cost of each node, that is how to allocate the fixed transmission cost to users.To solve this problem, we develop a power flow tracing algrithm to modify the spot price. We put forward a path searching method based on the graph theory after studying the fundamental principle of power flow tracing and apply the method to the downstream tracing algorithm and upstream tracing algorithm according to the proportional distribution principle. Furthermore, to improve the computational efficiency of the algorithm, we introduce the branch expunction method to optimize the node order. By using the result of power flow tracing to get fixed node transmission cost and introducing it to modify the spot price, we obtain the synthetical price.The application to a 5-bus system prove the algorithm feasible.

Joining Paths and Dividing Paths： Juiz de Fora, Brazil

The aim of this paper is to present the urban history of Juiz de Fora, a city with some 500,000 inhabitants in southeastern Brazil, and discuss how strategic decisions about the planning and construction of roads and highways can determine ways of life in a city. While paths may integrate landholdings and territories, they may also segregate communities and environments, causing deep rifts in the fabric of urban and land areas. The growth of Juiz de Fora is particularly marked by the construction of paths. This article reviews the local urban history from the establishment of paths in the city, to an analysis of the major impact and benefits they have had, notably on the local economy and demographics, as well as on the conservation of the local environment： Issues that are frequently relegated to a secondary role in the cost-benefit analysis of the city＇s planning decisions. After analysis of the case study, the authors concluded that citizens should be included on the agenda of the city, from spectators to actors of daily urban life.
