将拓展训练引入身体素质课教学的实践研究

本文采用文献资料法、调查法、教学实验等方法,将拓展训练引入身体素质课程教学,研究结果显示:身体素质教学中引入拓展训练项目能够增强学生对身体素质课教学的学习兴趣,培养学生的团队协作能力和沟通协调能力及良好的意志品质等健康心理素质,对身体素质课学生的速度、力量、耐力等身体素质的提高有显著作用。

徐州师大体育系新生开设身体素质课的调查分析

鉴于体育教育专业学生身体素质普遍较差的状况 ,徐州师大体育系自 1 995年开始对新生开设身体素质课。该课为期一年 ,以技术课形式出现 ,要求学生考核全部合格。考核项目包括 1 0 0米跑、立定三级跳远、原地后抛铅球、三步助跑单脚起跳摸高、单杠引体向上 (男 )、俯卧撑 (女 )、3米快速移动、劈叉和握杆转肩。结果表明 ,通过身体训练的学生身体素质明显提高 ,有利于学习掌握技术动作 ,降低不及格率 ,减少了运动伤害事故。

身体素质引导课存在的问题与改进办法

每学期初的两次体育课 ,称为身体素质引导课较为适当 .目前 ,这类课型存在着“运动负荷安排不合理”、“练习顺序安排不适当”等问题 ;改进的方法是 :分析问题存在的根本原因 ,提高教师素质 。
