不同轨道型式的地铁车辆-轨道耦合振动特性研究

对某地铁线路的轨道型式类型及占比进行统计,对不同轨道型式下的车辆-轨道振动进行测试,分析了轮轨系统的动态响应,深入研究了普通道床+ZX-2扣件、普通道床+剪切扣件、普通道床+压缩扣件等典型轨道型式下轮轨耦合振动特性,以及车轮多边... 对某地铁线路的轨道型式类型及占比进行统计,对不同轨道型式下的车辆-轨道振动进行测试,分析了轮轨系统的动态响应,深入研究了普通道床+ZX-2扣件、普通道床+剪切扣件、普通道床+压缩扣件等典型轨道型式下轮轨耦合振动特性,以及车轮多边形轮周对轮轨振动特性的影响。结果表明,不同扣件刚度对轮轨振动特性的影响明显。其中:采用普通道床+ZX-2扣件时,轮轨间发生中低频轮轨力共振,振动主频为58 Hz,振动能量增大;采用普通道床+剪切扣件、普通道床+压缩扣件时,轮轨未发生共振,振动能量分配均衡;多边形车轮转频倍频与轮轨系统的固有频率发生了共振,振动能量显著增大。 展开更多

At present,ZPW-2000 track circuit fault diagnosis is artificially analyzed and monitored.Its discrimination method not only is low efficient and takes a long period,but also requires highly experienced personnel to analyze the data.Therefore,we introduce kernel principal component analysis and stacked auto-encoder network(KPCA-SAD)into the fault diagnosis of ZPW-2000 track circuit.According to the working principle and fault characteristics of track circuit,a fault diagnosis model of KPCA-SAE network is established.The relevant parameters of key components recorded in the data collected by field staff are used as the fault feature parameters.The KPCA method is used to reduce the dimension and noise of fault document matrix to avoid information redundancy.The SAE network is trained by the processed fault data.The model parameters are optimized overall by using back propagation(BP)algorithm.The KPCA-SAE model is simulated in Matlab platform and is finally proved to be effective and feasible.Compared with the traditional method of artificially analyzing fault data and other intelligent algorithms,the KPCA-SAE based classifier has higher fault identification accuracy. 展开更多

The damage evolution and dynamic performance of a cement asphalt(CA)mortar layer of slab track subjected to vehicle dynamic load is investigated in this paper.Initially,a statistical damage constitutive model for the CA mortar layer is developed using continuous damage mechanics and probability theory.In this model,the strength of the CA mortar elements is treated as a random variable,which follows the Weibull distribution.The inclusion of strain rate dependence affords considering its influence on the damage development and the transition between viscosity and elasticity.Comparisons with experimental data support the reliability of the model.A three-dimensional finite element(FE)model of a slab track is then created with the commercial software ABAQUS,where the devised model for the CA mortar is implemented as a user-defined material subroutine.Finally,a vertical vehicle model is coupled with the FE model of the slab track,through the wheel-rail contact forces,based on the nonlinear Hertzian contact theory.The evolution of the damage and of the dynamic performance of the CA mortar layer with various initial damage is investigated under the train and track interaction.The analysis indicates that the proposed model is capable of predicting the damage evolution of the CA mortar layer exposed to vehicle dynamic load.The dynamic compressive strain,the strain rate,and the induced damage increase significantly with an increase in the initial damage,whereas the dynamic compressive stress exhibits a sharp decrease with the increasing initial damage.Also,it is found that the strain rate dependence significantly influences the damage evolution and the dynamic behavior of the CA mortar layer. 展开更多

Under repeated train-induced loads, cement and emulsified asphalt mortar(CA mortar) as a viscoelastic material has a time-dependent deformation, part of which is irreversible. This could lead to debonding between the mortar layer and the track slab. Based on the theory of viscoelasticity and the analytical method of the time hardening law(THL), the viscoelastic deformation behavior of CA mortar was studied. Using ABAQUS, we established a solid model of China railway track system(CRTS) Ⅰ prefabricated slab track, with CA mortar at different initial Young’s moduli under cyclic loading corresponding to the influence of actual train loads. The results reveal that the fitted parameters of the THL for CA mortar are suitable for describing its viscoelastic deformation. As the initial Young’s modulus increases, the strain difference before and after cyclic loading gradually decreases, and the displacement difference increases from 0.2 mm to 0.6 mm. The deformation mainly occurs at the end of a mortar layer with longitudinal distribution of about 2.5 times the fasteners’ spacing. It follows that the viscoelastic performance of CA mortar is one of the most important reasons that cause debonding underneath the track slab. Therefore, we suggest that the adverse effects of viscoelastic behavior of CA mortar should be considered when researching such deformation and damage. 展开更多

Rapid satellite-to-site visibility determination is of great significance to coverage analysis of satellite constellations as well as onboard mission planning of autonomous spacecraft. This paper presents a novel self-adaptive Hermite interpolation technique for rapid satellite-to-site visibility determination. Piecewise cubic curves are utilized to approximate the waveform of the visibility function versus time. The fourth-order derivative is used to control the approximation error and to optimize the time step for interpolation. The rise and set times are analytically obtained from the roots of cubic polynomials. To further increase the computational speed, an interval shrinking strategy is adopted via investigating the geometric relationship between the ground viewing cone and the orbit trajectory. Simulation results show a 98% decrease in computation time over the brute force method. The method is suitable for all orbital types and analytical orbit propagators. 展开更多

Turnouts are in close proximity to each other in the stations of high-speed railway.The stress and deformation of those turnouts which are laid nearby are influenced mutually and therefore those turnouts should be considered together.On the basis of finite element method,according to No.18 jointless turnout with swing nose frog in the ballasted track of high-speed railway,a finite element calculating model of jointless turnout group coupling the longitudinal,lateral and vertical directions is established.The influencing factors,for instance the number of turnouts,connection form,length of intermediate straight line and ballast bed longitudinal resistance,on the mechanical characteristics of turnout,transverse deformation of switch rail and range of rail temperature for laying turnout are analyzed in this paper.The results show that more turnouts result in more obvious interaction between them when the lengths of intermediate straight line are the same;more significant influence between the turnouts with the connection form of head-to-head is produced compared to that of head-to-end;from the perspective of statics,influence between turnouts could be ignored basically if the intermediate straight line is over 50 m;bigger longitudinal resistance of ballast bed leads to less influence between the turnouts. 展开更多
