仿形夹持器的设计研究

多数夹持器适用于夹取表面规则单一的物件,因为夹持形状复杂的物件接触面受力不均匀,难以实现稳定夹取的过程,所以根据这一难题,文章通过分析夹取物件表面形状特征,应用逆向建模还原被夹取物件的模型。从模型结构特性出发,用ZWSOFT软件... 多数夹持器适用于夹取表面规则单一的物件,因为夹持形状复杂的物件接触面受力不均匀,难以实现稳定夹取的过程,所以根据这一难题,文章通过分析夹取物件表面形状特征,应用逆向建模还原被夹取物件的模型。从模型结构特性出发,用ZWSOFT软件设计出与夹取物件特征形状相符的仿形夹持器,依靠夹持器内部造型特征,对物件贴合夹取,并通过CAE受力仿真分析与夹取试验得出:气压大小为0.58MPa,转偏角为10°时,仿形夹持器夹取稳定性效果最好。应用得出的参数,与普通夹持器进行夹取试验对比,结果表明:仿形夹持器对夹取复杂表面的物件具有一定优势。 展开更多

The description and function characterization of a flange-on type low energy electron mi- croscope are given. In this microscope a magnetic beam separator with 10° deflection angle is used in order to facilitate compacting the instrument on a single 10 in. flange. Mean- while some correcting elements in the electron optical system are simplified to reduce the complexities of construction and operation. The sample is set close to ground potential, so that all the electrostatic lenses are easily to float at high voltages. The performance of the microscope in typical low energy electron microscopy, low energy electron diffraction and photoemission electron microscopy modes is demonstrated through several experiments. A lateral resolution of 51 nm is estimated for low energy electron microscopy imaging. With femtosecond laser as light source, the consequent nonlinear photoemission makes this micro-scope also suitable for the observation of optical near field phenomena and a lateral resolution of 110 nm is obtained. 展开更多

The deflection angle of a river bend plays an important role on behaviours of the flow within it, and a clear understanding of the angle's influence is significant in both theoretical study and engineering application. This paper presents a systematic numerical investigation on effects of deflection angles(30°, 60°, 90°, 120°, 150°, and 180°) on flow phenomena and their evolution in open-channel bends using a Re-Normalization Group(RNG) κ-ε model and a volume of fluid(VOF) method. The numerical results indicate that the deflection angle is a key factor for flows in bends. It is shown that the maximum transverse slope of water surface occurs at the middle cross section of a bend, and it increases with the deflection angle. Besides a major vortex, or, the primary circulation cell near the channel bottom, a secondary vortex, or, an outer bank cell, may also appear above the former and near the outer bank when the deflection angle is sufficiently large, and it will gradually migrate towards the inner bank and evolve into an inner bank cell. The strength of the secondary circulations increases with the deflection angle. The simulation demonstrates that there is alow-stress zone on the bed near the outer bank and a high-stress zone on the bed near the inner bank, and both of them increase in size with the deflection angle. The maximum of shear stress on the inner bank increases nonlinearly with the angle, and its maximums on the outer bank and on the bed take place when the deflection angle becomes 120°. 展开更多

In this paper, a photoelectric signal obtained scheme via equator triangle pattern engraved on rotor is discussed and the mathematic model is deduced in the case which is deflexion between rotor axis and the coordinate frame of case. The deflexion error and coupling error under the situation are analyzed. Finally, three methods of engraving based on the spherical triangle pattern are presented. The error models of various methods are built up and the simulation curves are provided respectively. We have done the primary experiments on the surface of rotor using this method. It can be seen from the enlarged figures that the rim of the pattern is smooth and the demand of sensor resolution is satisfied by and large. Accuracy of angle-domain common-image gathers(ADCIGs)is the key to multiwave AVA inversion and migration velocity analysis,and of which Poynting vectors of pure P-and S-wave are the decisive factors in obtaining multi-component seismic data ADCIGs.A Poynting vector can be obtained from conventional velocity-stress elastic wave equations,but it focused on the propagation direction of mixed P-and S-wave fields,and neither on the propagation direction of the P-wave nor the direction of the S-wave.The Poynting vectors of pure P-or pure S-wave can be calculated from first-order velocity-dilatation-rotation equations.This study presents a method of extracting ADCIGs based on first order velocitydilatation-rotation elastic wave equations reverse-time migration algorithm.The method is as follows:calculating the pure P-wave Poynting vector of source and receiver wavefields by multiplication of P-wave particle-velocity vector and dilatation scalar,calculating the pure S-wave Poynting vector by vector multiplying S-wave particle-velocity vector and rotation vector,selecting the Poynting vector at the time of maximum P-wave energy of source wavefield as the propagation direction of incident P-wave,and obtaining the reflected P-wave(or converted S-wave)propagation direction of the receiver wavefield by the Poynting vector at the time of maximum P-(S-)wave energy in each grid point.Then,the P-wave incident angle is computed by the two propagation directions.Thus,the P-and S-wave ADGICs can obtained Numerical tests show that the proposed method can accurately compute the propagation direction and incident angle of the source and receiver wavefields,thereby achieving high-precision extraction of P-and S-wave ADGICs. 展开更多

Electrostatic torsional micromirrors are widely applied in the fields·of micro-optical switches,optical attenuators,optical scanners,and optical displays.In previous lectures,most of the micromirrors were twisted along the urtiaxial or biaxial direction,which limited the range of light reflection.In this·paper,a quasicrystal torsional micromirror that can be deflected in any direction is designed and the dynamic model of the electrostatically driven micromirror is established.The static and dynamic phenomena and pull-in characteristics are analyzed through the numerical solution of the strain gradient theory.The results of three kinds of mirror deflection directions are compared and analyzed.The results show the significant differences in the torsion models with different deflection axis directions.When the deflection angle along the oblique axis reaches 45°,the instability voltage is the smallest.The pull-in instability voltage increases with the increment ofphonon-phason coupling elastic modulus and phason elastic modulus.The perrriittivity of quasicrystal,the strain gradient parameter,and the air damping influence the torsion of the micromirror dynaniic system.A larger pull-in instability voltage generates with the decrease of surface distributed forces. 展开更多
