利用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对9Ni低温钢(/%:0.049C,0.22Si,0.58Mn,0.0006S,0.0029P,9.16Ni,0.020Al,0.003Ti,0.003 0N,0.000 9O)在800℃冷却至500℃时间-t_(8/5)(6~100s)的热循环过程进行了模拟,结合金相法建立了试验钢的SHCCT(模拟... 利用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对9Ni低温钢(/%:0.049C,0.22Si,0.58Mn,0.0006S,0.0029P,9.16Ni,0.020Al,0.003Ti,0.003 0N,0.000 9O)在800℃冷却至500℃时间-t_(8/5)(6~100s)的热循环过程进行了模拟,结合金相法建立了试验钢的SHCCT(模拟热影响区连续冷却转变)曲线。采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对不同t8/5试样的显微组织进行了观察,研究了冷却时间对原奥氏体晶粒尺寸、M-A组元含量、尺寸、数量和形状因子(M-A组元面密度)的影响。结果表明,模拟热影响区连续冷却试样的显微组织由贝氏体(B)和马氏体(M)组成,其相对含量取决于冷却时间t_(8/5);随800℃至500℃(t_(8/5))冷却时间的增加原奥氏体晶粒尺寸,粒状贝氏体含量、M-A组元尺寸增加,同时M-A组元含量和面密度降低,有利于改进9Ni钢粗晶热影响区的低温韧性。 展开更多

A dynamic analysis of water footprint of Jinghe River basin 被引量:2

Water footprint in a region is defined as the volume of water needed for the production of goods and services consumed by the local people, Ecosystem services are a kind of important services, so ecological water use is one necessary component in water footprint. Water footprint is divided into green water footprint and blue water footprint but the former one is often ignored.In this paper waterJootprint includes blue water needed by agricultural irrigation, industrial and domestic water demand, and green water needed by crops, economic forests, livestock prochtcts, forestlalands and grasslands. The study calculates the footprint of the Jinghe River basin in 1990, 1995, 2000 and 2005 with quarto methods. Results of research show that water footprints reached 164.1 ×10^8m3, 175. 69 ×10^8m3 and 178. 45 ×10^8m3 respectively in 1990, 1995 and 2000 including that of ecological water use, but reached 77.68×10^8m3, 94.24×10^8m3, 92.92×10^8m3 and 111.36 ×10^8m3 respectively excluding that of ecological water use. Green water.footprint is much more than blue water footprint; thereby, green water plays an important role in economic development and ecological construction The dynamic change of water footprints shows that blue water use increases rapidly and that the ecological water use is occupied by economie and domestic water use. The change also shows that water use is transferred from primary industry to secondary industry In primary industry, it is transferred from crops farming to forestry, and animal agriculture. The factors impelling the change include development anticipation on econonomy; government policies, readjustment of the industrial structure, population growth, the raise of urbanization level, and structurul change of consumption, low level of waler-saving and poor ability of waste water treatment.With blue water use per unit, green water use per unit, blue water use structure and green water use structure, we analyzed the difference of the six ecologieal function districts of the Jinghe River basin. Future ecological construction may influence on blue water use of District V and District Ⅵ at middle and lower reaches. At last some suggestions are given for effective water resouree use. 展开更多

This paper presents an experimental study on a flat plate closed loop pulsating heat pipes. It consisted of total 40 channels with square cross section (2 × 2 mm^2, 165 mm long) machined directly on an aluminum plate(180×120×3 nm^2), which was covered by a transparent plate. The working fluid employed was ethanol. As the results, the influence parameters of thermal performance were investigated, such as filling ratio, heat load and operational orientations etc. Filling ratio was found to be a critical parameter, and its effect was rather complicated. According to its values the PHP plate could have four distinct working zones with different operational characteristics and heat transfer performance. The effect of heat load on thermal performance was found to be positive, and in general, iucrcasing the heat load would improve heat transfer performance. In order to analyze the effect of gravity on thermal performance, three different heat modes and total seven tilt angles were tested and compared. Successful operation at all orientations with respect to gravity was also achieved. 展开更多

Social impacts of the climatic shift around the turn of the 19th century on the North China Plain 被引量:19

Historical case studies of climate change impacts and the resulting social responses can provide analogies for better under- standing the impacts of current and future climate changes. Around the turn of the 19th century, the climate of the North China Plain experienced a shift from a relatively warm stage in the 18th century to a colder stage in the 19th century, which was characterised by a much colder climate and more frequent and severe floods and droughts. Historical information about refu- gees, social disorder, grain transportation, and disaster relief on the North China Plain in 1780-1819 is collected from the Ver- itable Records of the Qing Dynasty (a collection of official records). The mechanism of climate change affecting the food se- curity of the society, as indicated by the development of a refugee problem around the turn of the 19th century, is analyzed by examining the social vulnerability. There are four basic findings: (1) In the 40 years from 1780-1819, the society on the North China Plain was unstable and characterised by a significant deterioration of the refugee situation. The number of refugees in- creased markedly, and their behaviour became increasingly violent. In the 1780s, most of the disaster victims chose to stay at their residences waiting for relief. From 1790 to 1800, hundreds of thousands of refugees migrated to northeast China. In the 1810s, the frequency of farmer rebellions increased sharply. (2) The increase in instability corresponded to the climatic cooling over the same time period. The increased instability was a result of the negative impacts of climate change accumulating and transmitting to the social level. (3) For food security, a precondition for the negative impacts of climate change on human soci- ety was the vulnerability of the regional socioeconomic system, which had a high sensitivity and low capacity to respond. This vulnerability could be described by the following three observations: O The regional balance of supply and demand for food was in a critical state, which led to a high sensitivity and dramatic reduction in yield that was caused by climate change; (~ the capacity for disaster relief efforts by the government was too low to meet the needs of crisis management; (~ the capacity for refugees' resettlement in eastern Inner Mongolia and northeast China, which both border the North China Plain, was se- verely restricted by climatic conditions or the quarantine policy. (4) It is estimated that climate change caused the social vul- nerability to reach a critical level approximately 20 years earlier on the North China Plain. 展开更多
