本试验通过农杆菌(Agrobacterium)介导法将菜豆几丁质酶基因导入甜菜(BetavulgarisL.) ,再生植株经卡那霉素筛选后 ,进行PCR分析 ,结果表明 :再生植株的转化率为27.3 %。
