研究了掺铌PZST反铁电陶瓷中组份和温度对诱导反铁电 -铁电相变转换电场的影响 ,测定了Pb0 .99Nb0 .0 2 ((Zr0 .80Sn0 .2 0 ) 1-yTiy) 0 .98O3 系中正向转换电场EF 与组份 y(Ti)的关系和电极化前后的反铁电 /铁电相界。实验测量结果显... 研究了掺铌PZST反铁电陶瓷中组份和温度对诱导反铁电 -铁电相变转换电场的影响 ,测定了Pb0 .99Nb0 .0 2 ((Zr0 .80Sn0 .2 0 ) 1-yTiy) 0 .98O3 系中正向转换电场EF 与组份 y(Ti)的关系和电极化前后的反铁电 /铁电相界。实验测量结果显示 ,某组份 y(Ti)的反铁电—铁电转换电场强度大小取决于该组份与铁电 /铁电相界组份的差距。在Pb0 .99Nb0 .0 2 ((Zr0 .80 Sn0 .2 0 ) 1-yTiy) 0 .98O3 系中随着试样温度升高 ,反向转换电场EB 保持不变 ,正向转换电场EF 和电滞ΔE降低。这一现象表明温度有助于降低反铁电 -铁电相变的应变能使得电场诱导反铁电 -铁电相变容易进行 ,因此可以采用加热电极化方法来降低极化电场强度。 展开更多

Based on a new semi empirical analytical method, namely equivalent doping transformation, the breakdown voltage and the peak field of the epitaxial diffused punch through junction have been obtained. The basic principle of this method is introduced and a set of breakdown voltage and peak field plots are provided for the optimum design of the low voltage power devices. It shows that the analytical results coincide with the previous numerical simulation well. 展开更多

Backward Charge Transfer in Conjugated Polymers

It has been known that the static polarizability of a polymer chain with a biexciton is negative. In order to understand this peculiar fact, this paper studies the dynamical process of the charge transfer in the polymer chain induced by an external electric held E during forming the biexciton. The time dependence of the charge distribution in the chain reveals that the charge transfer is backward: the positive charge shifts in the opposite direction of the external electric field. Such a backward charge transfer (BCT) produces an opposite dipole, which makes the polarization negative. The effect of electron interaction on the BCT is illustrated. 展开更多

A perturbation method is used to study effective response of nonlinear Kerr composites, which are subject to the constitutive relation of electric displacement and electric field, Dα=εαE+xα|E|^2E. Under the external AG and DC electric field Eapp = Eα(1 + sinωt), the effective nonlinear responses and local potentials are induced by the cubic nonlinearity of Kerr materials at all harmonics. As an example in three dimensions, we have investigated this kind of nonlinear composites with spherical inclusions embedded in a host. At all harmonic frequencies, the potentials in inclusion and host regions are derived. Furthermore, the formulae of the effective linear and nonlinear responses are given in the dilute Iimit. 展开更多

Modeling porous structure of oil-pressboard interface and its effect on electric field distribution

The oil-pressboard insulation is a typical composite insulation system widely used in the design and manufactory of large power apparatus. The implement of oil-pressboard insulation may lead to surface electrification and discharge at the interface under certain condition. It is of significant importance to take an insight into the phenomenon occurring at the interface. Through experiment, the pressboard is found as a porous material. The interface changes abruptly from bulk pressboard to the bulk oil as a result of the porous structure. A new model is proposed which divides the interface into bulk oil region, transition region, and bulk pressboard region. The width of the transition region is decided according to the microtome figure. The effective permittivity of the transition region is calculated using a new model based on fractal theory. The model is validated and compared with previous calculation model. The effect of the existence of transition region on the electric field distribution is discussed. 展开更多
