粗轧板坯自动转钢系统研究与应用

宽厚板生产过程中,其粗轧工艺需控制交叉的锥形辊实现板坯长宽方向的对调,该过程严重依赖人工操作,节奏无法有效控制,制约生产线智能化改造进程。结合视觉检测和自动控制技术设计的粗轧板坯自动转钢系统可有效解决该问题,在粗轧机出入... 宽厚板生产过程中,其粗轧工艺需控制交叉的锥形辊实现板坯长宽方向的对调,该过程严重依赖人工操作,节奏无法有效控制,制约生产线智能化改造进程。结合视觉检测和自动控制技术设计的粗轧板坯自动转钢系统可有效解决该问题,在粗轧机出入口分别安装视频监控相机,捕捉转钢辊道区域上板坯的状态,利用改进的包含去雾模块的PIDNet(proportional-integral-derivative network)模型提取板坯前景轮廓,通过组合式角度度量方法实时跟踪板坯旋转角度。过程中融合安全限位、位置优选、速度调控、过转修正等策略共同优化转钢控制,保证转钢的安全稳定,自主学习人工经验提升转钢效率。应用结果表明,系统可准确测量板坯角度并实现自动转钢功能,能够替代人工操作,节省能耗,实现智能化生产的目的。 展开更多

以国内某座简支转连续钢-混组合梁桥为依托,提出了一种简支转连续结构负弯矩区构造设计方案。采用有限元分析和实桥试验相结合的方法,对简支转连续钢-混组合梁桥负弯矩区的受力性能进行分析,验证了该构造设计的可行性,最后就负弯矩区改... 以国内某座简支转连续钢-混组合梁桥为依托,提出了一种简支转连续结构负弯矩区构造设计方案。采用有限元分析和实桥试验相结合的方法,对简支转连续钢-混组合梁桥负弯矩区的受力性能进行分析,验证了该构造设计的可行性,最后就负弯矩区改善开裂的措施进行了探讨。研究结果表明,对于钢-混组合连续梁桥,简支转连续的施工方法与焊接连续施工方法相比,可减小墩顶负弯矩;承载能力极限状态时,负弯矩区混凝土最大裂缝宽度满足规范要求;桥面板钢筋直径以及混凝土自身力学特性是影响负弯矩区开裂的关键因素,适当加大桥面板钢筋直径、采用超高性能混凝土可以有效减小简支转连续钢-混组合梁桥负弯矩区混凝土的开裂;顶升支座法可以在一定程度上减小墩顶负弯矩,对控制开裂有利。 展开更多

以国内某座简支转连续钢-混组合梁桥工程为依托,设计了两根负弯矩区具有混凝土横梁连续段的试验梁SCB-1和SCB-2,针对不同荷载作用下两根梁的受力性能进行室内试验研究,同时就试验过程中的构件扭转现象进行了有限元分析。结果表明:极限... 以国内某座简支转连续钢-混组合梁桥工程为依托,设计了两根负弯矩区具有混凝土横梁连续段的试验梁SCB-1和SCB-2,针对不同荷载作用下两根梁的受力性能进行室内试验研究,同时就试验过程中的构件扭转现象进行了有限元分析。结果表明:极限荷载下试验梁破坏模式为钢筋先屈服,负弯矩区横梁连接栓钉受力约为220MPa,满足使用要求,试验梁裂缝主要集中在横梁中线两侧1/5~1/3计算跨径范围内,是构件抗裂的关键区域;构件设计过程中应尽量避免偏载和不均匀支撑的共同作用;扭转现象使得构件整体受力性能降低约20%,实际工程中建议增加横向连接刚度。 展开更多

转筒式钢⁃复合材料套箱是一种新型防船撞设施。采用PATRAN软件建立该新型防船撞设施及船舶的精细化有限元模型,并采用LS⁃DYNA软件进行动力响应分析,基于“分层耗能”的优化思想对该新型防船撞设施进行参数优化,并设置了船舶正撞和15... 转筒式钢⁃复合材料套箱是一种新型防船撞设施。采用PATRAN软件建立该新型防船撞设施及船舶的精细化有限元模型,并采用LS⁃DYNA软件进行动力响应分析,基于“分层耗能”的优化思想对该新型防船撞设施进行参数优化,并设置了船舶正撞和15°斜撞两种对比计算工况,选用3000DWT典型代表船舶以4.0 m/s初速度进行数值仿真计算。结果表明:套箱内部竖向和横向板件布置间距为0.8 m、钢板厚度为8 mm时,套箱的船撞力折减率为47.3%,损伤变形量为1.42 m,综合防船撞性能比其他布置形式更优;设置外层护舷层和中间钢结构层不同的厚度比例计算工况,当两者厚度比例为1∶1时,套箱的船撞力折减率为48.9%、损伤变形量为1.27 m、总造价为185万元,在总造价最低的同时其防船撞性能最优;碰撞结束后,正撞工况下船舶的初始动能全部转化为其它形式的能量,而斜撞工况下仍有50%左右的初始动能停留在船舶上、船舶可继续航行,碰撞造成的船艏损伤变形量分别为3.8、0.4 m,则该新型防船撞设施能通过自身旋转拨转船头,大大降低了碰撞造成的船艏损伤程度。 展开更多

To meet the demands for large space and flexible compartmentation ofbuildings, laminated vierendeel trasses are adopted in high-position transfer story structures.First the bearing characteristics are analyzed, in which reasonable stiffness ratio of the upperchord, middle chord, and lower chord is derived. Then combined with an actual engineering model (1:8similar ratio), the static loading and pseudo-dynamic tests of two models for laminated vierendeeltrass used in transfer story structures are conducted, in which one model adopts reinforcedconcrete, and the other adopts prestressed concrete and shape steel concrete. Seismic behaviors areanalyzed, including inter-story displacement, base shear-displacement skeleton curves, andequivalent viscosity-damping curves. A program is programmed to carry out the elasto-plastic dynamicanalysis, and displacement time-history curves of the two models are derived. The test and analysisresults show that the laminated vierendeel trass with prestressed concrete and shape steel concretehas excellent seismic behaviors. It can solve the disadvantages of laminated vierendeel trussesused in transfer story structures. Finally, some design suggestions are put forward, which can bereferenced by similar engineering. 展开更多

An adaptive chaotic gradient descending optimization algorithm for single objective optimization was presented. A local minimum judged by two rules was obtained by an improved mutative-step gradient descending method. A new optimal minimum was obtained to replace the local minimum by mutative-scale chaotic search algorithm whose scales are magnified gradually from a small scale in order to escape local minima. The global optimal value was attained by repeatedly iterating. At last, a BP (back-propagation) neural network model for forecasting slag output in matte converting was established. The algorithm was used to train the weights of the BP neural network model. The simulation results with a training data set of 400 samples show that the training process can be finished within 300 steps to obtain the global optimal value, and escape local minima effectively. An optimization system for operation parameters, which includes the forecasting model, is achieved, in which the output of converter increases by 6.0%, and the amount of the treated cool materials rises by 7.8% in the matte converting process. 展开更多

Acylation of 2-methylnaphthalene(2-MN) is a very important reaction in organic synthesis,and the effiency of the continuous reactor is more than one of the batch reactor.Considering that the Friedel–Crafts acylation is a rapid exothermic reaction,in this study,we perform the acylation of 2-MN in a stainless steel microchannel flow reactor,which is characterized by high mass and heat transfer rates.The effect of reactant ratio,mixing temperature,reaction temperature,and reaction time on product yield and selectivity were investigated.Under the optimal conditions,2-methyl-6-propionylnaphthalene(2,6-MPN) was obtained in 85.8% yield with 87.5% selectivity.Compared with the conventional batch system,the continuous flow microchannel reactor provides a more efficient method for the synthesis of 2,6-MPN. 展开更多

Effect of quenching process on the microstrucmre and mechanical properties of a kind of seamless tubes of steel 28CrMnMoV was investigated. Then, an investigation on the influence of two different quenching processes on the ductile-brittle transition behavior of this steel was undertaken. The ductile-brittle transition temperatures of the steel by two different quenching processes were also determined. The results show that a good combination of mechanical properties can be obtained through austenitizing experimental steel at 800 ℃ or 890 ℃ followed by tempering at 630 ℃. Ductile-to-brittle transition temperature of 28CrMnMoV steel austenitized at 800 ℃ followed by tempering at 640 ℃ is about -73 ℃, which is much lower than the value -37 ℃ when the steel was austenitized at 890℃ and then tempered at 650 ℃. This indicates that subcritical quenching process could decrease largely the ductile-to-brittle transition temperature of 28CrMnMoV steel. 展开更多

Based on the nonlinear displacement-strain relationship,the virtual work principle method was used to establish the nonlinear equilibrium equations of steel beams with semi-rigid connections under vertical uniform loads and temperature change.Considering the non-uniform temperature distribution across the thickness of beams,the formulas for stresses and vertical displacements were presented.On the basis of a flowchart for analysis of the numerical example,the effect of temperature change on the elastic behavior of steel beams was investigated.It is found that the maximal stress is mainly influenced by axial temperature change,and the maximal vertical displacement is principally affected by temperature gradients.And the effect of temperature gradients on the maximal vertical displacement decreases with the increase of rotational stiffness of joints.Both the maximal stress and vertical displacement decrease with the increase of rotational stiffness of joints.It can be concluded that the effects of temperature changes and rotational stiffness of joints on the elastic behavior of steel beams are significant.However,the influence of rotational stiffness becomes smaller when the rotational stiffness is larger. 展开更多

A new double-arch structure for the gate used as tidal barrage and sluice was adopted in Caoe River Dam in China. It was a spatial structure made up of the right arch, the invert arch, the chord, etc., and was designed to bear bilateral loads. To research the cyclic behavior of the new double-arch structure, a scale-model cyclic test was conducted. First, the test setup and test method were presented in detail, and according to the test results, the cyclic behavior and failure characteristics of this structure were discussed. Then by analyzing the test cyclic envelope curve, it was found the curve was divided into three stages: the elastic stage, the local plastic stage and the failure stage at the local yield point and structural yield point. The gate model has local yield strength and structural yield strength, with both their values being bigger than that of the designing load. Therefore, the gate is safe enough for the projects. At last, dynamic property of the gate was analyzed considering additional mass of the water. It was found that the tidal bore shock would not cause resonance vibration of the gate. 展开更多
