超高速摄影中蜂窝结构转镜性能分析 被引量:3

提出蜂窝结构的三面体转镜,对这种新型转镜做了结构设计,利用三维有限元计算技术,分析蜂窝结构三面体铝合金转镜的力学性能.结果表明,对镜面尺寸17.325mm,轴向长度32.5mm的三面体铝合金转镜,在5×105r/min下,镜面最大变形量为0.547... 提出蜂窝结构的三面体转镜,对这种新型转镜做了结构设计,利用三维有限元计算技术,分析蜂窝结构三面体铝合金转镜的力学性能.结果表明,对镜面尺寸17.325mm,轴向长度32.5mm的三面体铝合金转镜,在5×105r/min下,镜面最大变形量为0.547μm,是原结构铝合金转镜镜面的1/6.3,与相同结构尺寸的铍转镜镜面变形量处于相同量级,内部最大应力小于原结构铝合金转镜.应用ZMAX软件分析铍合金转镜光学系统、铝合金转镜光学系统和蜂窝结构转镜光学系统的性能,发现蜂窝结构转镜镜面光学系统最大视场弥散斑半径仅有原转镜的0.205,对成像的像质影响大为减小. 展开更多

Novel 2×2 torsion-mirror optical switch arrays are fabricated by using the mixed micromachining based on the surface and bulk silicon microelectronics,then are investigated electromechanically in applied direct and alternating electric fields.When the thickness of the elastic torsion beams suspending the aluminum coated polysilicon micro-mirrors of the switches in the arrays is about 1μm,the electrostatic yielding voltages for driving the mirrors to achieve their ON-state are in the range of 270~290V,and the minimum holding voltages for mirrors ON-state are found as 55V or so.Theoretical analysis manifests that the yielding voltage is more sensitive to beam thickness than other design parameters do about the torsion-mirror switch structures.The lifetime can reach 10 8 times.The estimated shortest switching time of the switches at least lasts for less than 2ms.The force analysis on the two kinds of new fiber self-holding structures integrated monolithically in the chip of the optical switch arrays indicates that the structures can feature self-fixing and self-aligning of optical fibers. 展开更多

The existence of a multi-path channel under the water greatly decreases the accuracy of the short baseline positioning system.In this paper,the application of a time reversal mirror to the short baseline positioning system was investigated.The time reversal mirror technique allowed the acoustic signal to better focus in an unknown environment,which effectively reduced the expansion of multi-path acoustic signals as well as improved the signal focusing.The signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) of the time reversal operator greatly increased and could be obtained by ensonifying the water.The technique was less affected by the environment and therefore more applicable to a complex shallow water environment.Numerical simulations and pool experiments were used to demonstrate the efficiency of this technique. 展开更多

波长选择开关(WSS)被认为是最重要的波长引擎技术,已成为运营商在下一代网络部署中的关键器件。提出了一种新型的波长选择开关结构,用基于一维的微电机系统(MEMS)转镜实现切换的功能和透射式MEMS衰减器技术实现无干扰(Hitless)功能,相... 波长选择开关(WSS)被认为是最重要的波长引擎技术,已成为运营商在下一代网络部署中的关键器件。提出了一种新型的波长选择开关结构,用基于一维的微电机系统(MEMS)转镜实现切换的功能和透射式MEMS衰减器技术实现无干扰(Hitless)功能,相对于使用二维MEMS转镜同时实现波长切换和Hitless功能的WSS。其具有技术成熟,成本相对低廉等优点。理论分析并数值模拟了该WSS的几个关键参数,实际制作并测试了这种新型的WSS,实现了最大衰减量约34 dB,插入损耗约6.4 dB,通道内色散变化范围为-1.64~6 ps/nm,与数值模拟结果能够较好地吻合。 展开更多

Efficiency analysis and optimization of wireless power transfer system for freely moving biomedical implants 被引量:1

In the wireless power transfer system for freely moving biomedical implants,the receiving unit was generally inefficient for the reason that its design parameters including the receiving coil's dimension and receiving circuits' topology were always determined by experiments.In order to build the relationship between these parameters and the total transfer efficiency,this paper developed a novel efficiency model based on the impedance model of the coil and the circuit model of the receiving circuits.According to the design constraints,the optimal design parameters in the worst case were derived.The results indicate that the combination of the two-layered receiving coil and half-bridge rectifier has more advantages in size,efficiency and safety,which is preferred in the receiving unit.Additionally,when the load resistance increases,the optimal turn number of the receiving coil basically keeps constant and the corresponding transmitting current and total efficiency decrease.For 100 Ω load,the transmitting current and total efficiency in the worst case were measured to be 5.30 A and 1.45% respectively,which are much better than the published results.In general,our work provides an efficient method to determine the design parameters of the wireless power transfer system for freely moving biomedical implants. 展开更多
