为了探究动态性耕地轮作补偿价值的测算,基于休耕机会成本法,提出轮作机会成本测算方法。结果显示,利用机会成本法测算依兰县达连河镇诚信玉米专业种植合作社的耕地轮作补偿价值为2300元/hm^(2),国家发布轮作补贴标准为2250元/hm^(2),... 为了探究动态性耕地轮作补偿价值的测算,基于休耕机会成本法,提出轮作机会成本测算方法。结果显示,利用机会成本法测算依兰县达连河镇诚信玉米专业种植合作社的耕地轮作补偿价值为2300元/hm^(2),国家发布轮作补贴标准为2250元/hm^(2),两者存在一定差别。由此可知,基于机会成本法的动态性耕地轮作补偿价值测算具有较高的可行性,同时能够保证补贴政策的动态调整,具有较高可操作性和实践意义。 展开更多

The disturbance caused by the reaction wheel with a current controller greatly influences the accuracy and stability of the satellite attitude control system. To solve this problem, the idea of speed feedback compensation control reaction wheel is put forward. This paper introduces the comparison on design and performance of two satellite attitude control systems, which are separately based on the current control reaction wheel and the speed feedback compensation control reaction wheel. Analysis shows that the speed feedback compensation control flywheel system may effectively suppress the torque fluctuation. Simulation results indicate that the satellite attitude control system with the speed feedback compensation control flywheel has improved performance. 展开更多
