试行“轮游禁游”制度 保护原生态旅游文化资源

"轮游"是按季节、时段和旅游小区轮流开放旅游,"禁游"是长期或短期封闭旅游区禁止旅游;轮游禁游是为了控制游客人数、防止旅游资源过度开发、保护生态环境、实现旅游业的可持续发展。贵州省特别是一些边远地区的旅游文化资源由于尚未得到充分有效开发,体现了较强的资源稀缺性、环境脆弱性和不可再生性,更有理由试行轮游禁游制度。轮游禁游反过来丰富了以生态旅游为代表的贵州旅游文化内涵,将大大提高贵州省的旅游竞争力。

Modeling the Seakeeping Performance of Luxury Cruise Ships

The seakeeping performance of a luxury cruise ship was evaluated during the concept design phase.By comparing numerical predictions based on 3-D linear potential flow theory in the frequency domain with the results of model tests, it was shown that the 3-D method predicted the seakeeping performance of the luxury cruise ship well.Based on the model, the seakeeping features of the luxury cruise ship were analyzed, and then the influence was seen of changes to the primary design parameters (center of gravity, inertial radius, etc.).Based on the results, suggestions were proposed to improve the choice of parameters for luxury cruise ships during the concept design phase.They should improve seakeeping performance.

Research on Cruise Service Talent shortage and Incentive mechanism

With the continuous development of China＇s cruise tourism industry, the problem of lacking of specialized cruises talents has become increasingly prominent. This paper selects services personnel as the object of study, through analyzing the talent shortage phenomenon, identifying the reasons for the shortage of talent. Meanwhile by introducing the incentive theory and methods, cruise service talents incentive elements be identified and then establishing in accordance with incentive models. In the end of paper, a number of recommendations to strengthen the incentives are concluded, in the hope of society, governments, businesses and their employees join forces and work together to promote the rapid development of cruise service personnel.

The Research of Marketing Strategy about China＇ s Cruise Tourism

With the rapid development of Chinese economy and improvement of people＇s living standard, cruise tourism, as a new way of leisure tourism is gradually into the Chinese market. This paper firstly describes the current situation of the cruise tourism in China. Then it studies the problems of cruise tourism marketing. Finally, it gives the solution to the problem. It is great significance to improve the market penetration rate and promote the rapid development of cruise tourism in China.

The analysis of Chinese cruise market

Based on outlining the current development situation of the world cruise market ,this paper investigates the market characteristics of the China＇s cruise in two areas： market supply and market demand. Currently, the supply of cruise tourism market include port infrastructure, cruise line, cruise companies and travel agencies. Demand in the market, with the perspective of domestic cruise tourists, discusses the structural characteristics of tourists, aspects consumption characteristics, route selection and visitor satisfaction and other characteristics. And from multiple perspectives analysis of the domestic cruise market problems, on this basis, we propose to strengthen the construction of port facilities, the implementation of cruise tourism promotion plan, effectively guide the development of domestic consumption cruise countermeasures.

Study on The Optimization Strategy of Chinese Coastal Cruise Lines

At present,the cruise industry has become the most rapidly developing industry in the modem tourism industry. The development of Chinese cruise tourism is in the ascendant, and the Chinese cruise lines are also developing and perfecting.Cruise line is an important guarantee for the sustained and healthy development of cruise tourism industry. Based on the theme of China＇s coastal cruise routes, this paper analyzes the layout of the global and Chinese Cruise routes, probes into the development of the cruise and cruise routes in China＇s domestic coastal regions, and on this basis it analyzes the current problems of the development of the domestic coastal cruise lines and puts forward some pertinent countermeasures and suggestions for the problems appearing. The purpose of this study is to provide some help for the development of the cruise industry in China, so as to open up the road for the development of the cruise tourism which is suitable for China＇s national conditions and vigorously promote the development of the cruise industry in China.

Hydrographic field investigations in the Northern South China Sea by open cruises during 2004-2013

In the past 10 years （2004-2013）, annual open cruise during late summer provided new opportunities for comprehensive studies in the Northern South China Sea （NSCS）. The 10-year field investigation program was carried out by the South China Sea Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences （SCSIO, CAS）. Measurements inclu- ded water mass property, ocean circulation, atmospheric structure, and chemical and biological elements. The observation data collected during these open cruises have been intensively used in the studies of marine oceanographic, meteorological, chemical, and biological processes in the NSCS. In this study, comprehensive assessment of data application in oceanographic and meteorological studies is provided： （1） the property and variability of water masses in different layers; （2） the distribution of main currents and three-dimensional structure of mesoscale eddies; and （3） atmospheric structure and its feedback to the ocean. With the continuance of open cruises, it is feasible to construct high- quality, gridded climatological marine meteorological datasets in the NSCS in the near future.

Effects of Rising Angle on Upstream Blades and Intermediate Turbine Duct

With the improvement of requirement,design and manufacture technology,aero-engines for the future are characterized by further reduction in fuel consumption,cost,but increment in propulsion efficiency,which leads to ultra-high bypass ratio.The intermediate turbine duct(ITD),which connects the high pressure turbine(HPT) with the low pressure turbine(LPT),has a critical impact on the overall performances of such future engines.Therefore,it becomes more and more urgent to master the design technique of aggressive,even super-aggressive ITDs.Over the last years,a lot of research works about the flow mechanism in the diffuser ducts were carried out.Many achievements were reported,but further investigation should be performed.With the aid of numerical method,this paper focuses on the change of performance and flow field of ITD,as well as nearby turbines,brought by rising angle(RA).Eight ITDs with the same area ratio and length,but different RAs ranges from 8 degrees to 45 degrees,are compared.According to the investigation,flow field,especially outlet Ma of swirl blade is influenced by RA under potential effect,which is advisable for designers to modify HPT rotor blades after changing ITD.In addition to that,low velocity area moves towards upstream until the first bend as RA increases,while pressure loss distribution at S2 stream surface shows that hub boundary layer is more sensitive to RA,and casing layer keeps almost constant.On the other hand,the overall total pressure loss could keep nearly equivalent among different RA cases,which implies the importance of optimization.
