简要介绍了轻客冷藏车的双压缩机,它是发动机动力对外输出重要装置,其前端轮系开发设计思路和受力分析校核,需要根据基准发动机的布置特点和前端轮系重组,重新设计双压缩机支架,并进行轮系受力校核、皮带长度和包角静态、打滑等动态校... 简要介绍了轻客冷藏车的双压缩机,它是发动机动力对外输出重要装置,其前端轮系开发设计思路和受力分析校核,需要根据基准发动机的布置特点和前端轮系重组,重新设计双压缩机支架,并进行轮系受力校核、皮带长度和包角静态、打滑等动态校核。初始设计通过增加新的冷机安装支架固定在发动机缸体实现前端轮系动力输出,经过CAE分析,没有达到设计要求。后转换思路,将刚度很好的发动机悬置与冷机专用支架巧妙集成开发为一个新专用件,大大提升了冷藏机支架的刚度和强度。该结构通过分析和实车耐久,验证了设计的可靠性。目前该设计作为冷藏车的关键装置已批产,并广泛运用在冷藏车上。 展开更多

A continuous-time nonlinear model predictive controller(NMPC) was designed for a boiler-turbine unit.The controller was designed by optimizing a receding-horizon performance index,with the nonlinear system approximated by its Taylor series expansion with a certain order,the magnitude saturation constraints on the inputs satisfied by increasing the predictive time,and the rate saturation conditions on the actuators satisfied by tuning the time constant of the reference trajectories in a reference governor.Simulation results showed that the controller can drive the drum pressure and output power of the nonlinear boiler-turbine unit to follow their respective reference trajectories throughout a varying operation range and keep the water level deviation within tolerances.Comparison of the NMPC scheme with the generic model control(GMC) scheme indicated that the responses are slower and there are more oscillations in the responses of the water level,fuel flow input and feed water flow input in the GMC scheme when the boiler-turbine unit is operating over a wide range. 展开更多

'Fire char was first produced by carbomzation at 550℃ under nitrogen. A two tactortal design was used to optimize the production of activated carbon from tire char. The effects of several factors controlling the activation process, such as temperature (.830-930℃), time (2-6h) and percentage ot carbon dioxide (70%-100%) were investigated. The production was described mathematically as a function of these three factors. First order modeling equations were developed for surface area, yield and mesopore volume. It was concluded that the yield, BET surface area and mesopore volume of activated carbon were most sensitive to activation temperature and time while percentage of carbon dioxide in the activation gas was a less significant factor. 展开更多

The operation of a motor drive for high-power, high-speed applications, especially for the permanent-magnet synchronous AC motors with regeneration capability is presented. Power system utilizes a SVHPWM (space-vector-based hybrid pulse width modulation) for a reduced harmonic distortion and switching loss. Associated electromagnetic interference mitigation and cooling requirements are significantly reduced. Voltage source inverter drives a three-phase MLC200 flywheel. The modularity of the proposed topology also simplifies overall system design and manufacturability. The system topology and control strategy are discussed. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the harmonic distortion and switching loss reduction and reduced line current ripple. 展开更多

This paper presents the design method of hybrid drive system for the minibus with some limited conditions. The approach of design hybrid drive system is based on the dynamic modeling and simulation of the hybrid minibus with planetary gear system. The main target of the design is to obtain the optimal design with the proper hybrid drive configuration and control for a given set of design constraints. In oder to meet the design target, it's necessary to adjust some parameters such as mechanical ratios and parameters of battery pack as well as control by simulation. During simulation the transient operating process can be studied in details with the dynamic model in Matlab/Simulink. The control strategy can be optimized by running the simulation and monitoring the operation of each components: the operating area of internal combustion engine (ICE), fuel consumption (energy consumption), the power distribution, the torque and rotary speed of ICE and motor, the operating efficiency of motor, the aheration of battery state of charge (SOC), current and voltage. 展开更多

On the basis of the three-dimensional design platform of the mixed-flow pump impellers, an optimization design system was developed in this paper by improving the genetic algorithm with application of both strategies of keeping the optimal individu- al and employing the niche. This system took the highest efficiency of the impeller as the optimization objective and employed P, a0, A0h and A0t, which could directly affect the shape and the position of the blade, as optimization parameters. In addition, loss model was used to obtain fast and accurate prediction of the impeller efficiency. The optimization results illustrated that this system had advantages such as high accuracy and fine convergence, thus to effectively improve the design of the mixed-flow pump impellers. Numerical simulation was applied to determine the internal flow fields of the impeller obtained by optimization design, and to analyze both the relative velocity and the pressure distributions. The test results demonstrated that the mixed flow pump had the highest efficiency of 87.2%, the wide and flat high efficiency operation zone, the relatively wide range of blade angle adjustment, fine cavitation performance and satisfied stability. 展开更多

The current paper presents experimental and computational results to assess the effectiveness of non-axisymmetric endwall contouring in a compressor linear cascade. The endwaU was designed by an endwall design optimi- zation platform at 0° incidence (design condition). The optimization method is based on a genetic algorithm. The design objective was to minimize the total pressure losses. The experiments were carried out in a compressor cascade at a low-speed test facility with a Mach number of 0.15. Four nominal inlet flow angles were chosen to test the performance of non-axisymmetric Contoured Endwall (CEW). A five-hole pressure probe with a head diameter of 2 mm was used to traverse the downstream flow fields of the flat-endwall (FEW) and CEW cascades. Both the measured and predicted results indicated that the implementation of CEW results in smaller comer stall, and reduction of total pressure losses. The CEW gets 15.6% total pressure loss coefficient reduction at design condition, and 22.6% at off-design condition (+7° incidence). And the mechanism of the improvement of CEW based on both measured and calculated results is that the adverse pressure gradient (APG) has been reduced through the groove configuration near the leading edge (LE) of the suction surface (SS). 展开更多

Based on the multidiscipline design optimization theory, a multidiscipline collaborative optimization model of the differential steering system of electric vehicle with motorized wheels is built, with the steering economy as the main system and the steering road feel, the steering flexibility and the mechanic character of the steering sensors as the subsystems. Considering the coupled relationship of each discipline, the main system is optimized by the multi-island algorithm and the subsystems are optimized by the sequential quadratic programming algorithm. The simulation results show that the steering economy can be optimized by the collaborative optimization, and that the system can get good steering road feel, good steering flexibility and good mechanic character of the steering sensors. 展开更多

The cross-coupled control(CCC)is widely applied to reduce contour errors in contour-following applications.In such situation,the contour error estimation plays an important role.Traditionally,the linear or second-order estimation approach is adopted for biaxial motion systems,whereas only linear approach is available for triaxial systems.In this paper,the second-order contour error estimation,which was presented in our previous work,is utilized to determine the variable CCC gains for motion control systems with three axes.An integrated stable motion control strategy,which combines the feedforward,feedback and CCC controllers,is developed for multiaxis CNC systems.Experimental results on a triaxial platform indicate that the CCC scheme based on the second-order estimation,compared with that based on the linear one,significantly reduces the contour error even in the conditions of high tracking feedrate and small radius of curvature. 展开更多
