为量化研究采用不同基础形式时汽轮发电机组轴系动力特性的差异,采用基础与轴承座均为动态支承刚度边界的方法,以某百万级核电半速机组为计算实例,计算得到常规固定基础及弹簧隔振基础下各轴承座的支承动刚度,并在2种支承边界下计算分... 为量化研究采用不同基础形式时汽轮发电机组轴系动力特性的差异,采用基础与轴承座均为动态支承刚度边界的方法,以某百万级核电半速机组为计算实例,计算得到常规固定基础及弹簧隔振基础下各轴承座的支承动刚度,并在2种支承边界下计算分析了轴系临界转速、轴颈不平衡响应及轴系对数衰减率等主要动力特性.结果表明:2种基础形式下,轴系各转子临界转速和轴颈的不平衡响应值均很接近,轴系失稳转速大于2 000r/min,选用弹簧基础时轴系各转子水平向临界转速略有减小,而垂直向临界转速有所增大,通过优化设计可使弹簧基础的支承刚度具备与常规固定基础等效的支承刚度. 展开更多

为抑制多机系统次同步振荡,研究了整流站附近有多台机组并列运行时用于抑制机组次同步振荡的次同步阻尼控制器(subsynchronous damping controller,SSDC)设计方法。采用特征值分析法及时域仿真,分析了双机并列系统在共有自然频率处转速... 为抑制多机系统次同步振荡,研究了整流站附近有多台机组并列运行时用于抑制机组次同步振荡的次同步阻尼控制器(subsynchronous damping controller,SSDC)设计方法。采用特征值分析法及时域仿真,分析了双机并列系统在共有自然频率处转速的相位关系,并在此基础上研究了SSDC输入信号中消去异模分量时多台机组次同步振荡的抑制效果。结果表明:不论同型机还是异型机,共有自然频率处都存在共模模式和异模模式,异模模式中发电机质量块振幅和模态转动惯量成反比。由于异模模式被激发,两机组转速相位关系具有不确定性;SSDC输入信号中消去异模分量时可以同时有效抑制多台机组的次同步振荡。 展开更多

[目的]为了研究船舶在波浪中约束模与自航模运动特性的差异以及船舶轴系功率特性,开展船舶波浪中自航性能数值仿真预报。[方法]首先,选取KCS船模和KP505桨模,采用URANS方法进行船舶波浪自由直航CFD模拟;然后,基于自研URANS求解器HUST-Ship与自研结构化动态重叠网格代码HUSTOverset,以及改进型体积力螺旋桨推进模型,对船舶在不同波浪条件下的运动响应进行耦合求解,包括两自由度KCS约束模运动仿真和三自由度自航模自由直航仿真,并对比这2种方法预报船舶运动特性的差异;最后,采用对数分析法得出波浪中船舶自由直航功率增加的主要成分及其具体占比。[结果]KCS船模在波浪中自航时,推进效率和波浪增阻对功率增加的贡献占比分别为23%~26%和74%~77%,即波浪增阻占比较大。[结论]因此,降低波浪中功率增加的最有效方法是减小船舶运动以降低波浪增阻。 展开更多

Vibrations of a rotor-bearing system(RBS)can be affected by the frictional forces between the components of the inherent bearings.Thus,an in-depth investigation of the influences of the frictional moments of the bearings on the vibrations of the RBS can be helpful for understanding the vibration mechanisms in the rotating machinery.In this study,an improved dynamic model of a RBS considering different frictional force models is presented.A comparative investigation on the influences of the empirical and analytical frictional force models on the vibration characteristics of the RBS is proposed.The empirical frictional force models include Palmgren’s and SKF’s models.The analytical frictional force model considers the rolling friction caused by the radial elastic material hysteresis,slipping friction between the ball and races,viscosity friction caused by the lubricating oil,and contact friction between the ball and cage.The influences of the external load and rotational speed on the vibrations of the RBS are analyzed.The comparative results show that the analytical frictional force model can give a more reasonable method for formulating the effects of the friction forces in the bearings on the vibrations of the RBS.The results also demonstrate that the friction forces in the bearings can significantly affect the vibrations of the RBSs. 展开更多

In view of an entire dynamic model of tilting-pad journal bearing(TPJB) in which the pads swing and vibrate along geometric direction of preload, a TPJB of elastic and damped pivots was designed and manufactured. Vibration experiments were carried out under the conditions of different rotor bending stiffness and oil supply pressure to find out the relationship between the new bearing's vibration depression effect and other dynamic parameters of the rotor. The result shows that critical amplitudes can be efficaciously reduced while system's stability can be remarkably improved by this bearing. Besides, the bearing's effect of vibration depression weakens as the rotor bending stiffness increases, but heightens it as the oil supply pressure increases. 展开更多

Nonlinear forces and moments caused by ball bearing were calculated based on relationship of displacement and deflection and quasi-dynamic model of bearing.Five-DOF dynamic equations of rotor supported by ball bearings were estimated.The Newmark-β method and Newton-Laphson method were used to solve the equations.The dynamic characteristics of rotor system were studied through the time response,the phase portrait,the Poincar?maps and the bifurcation diagrams.The results show that the system goes through the quasi-periodic bifurcation route to chaos as rotate speed increases and there are several quasi-periodic regions and chaos regions.The amplitude decreases and the dynamic behaviors change as the axial load of ball bearing increases;the initial contact angle of ball bearing affects dynamic behaviors of the system obviously.The system can avoid non-periodic vibration by choosing structural parameters and operating parameters reasonably. 展开更多

The nonlinear dynamic model of the marine diesel crankshaft system with a propeller and 6 cranks is established, in which the variable moment of inertia of the linkage and the piston, coupling effect between torsional and axial vibration, the actuating force applied on the piston, the actuating torque and force applied on the propeller is included. The governing equations of the model denote a strong nonlinear and non autonomous system. By numeric simulation, the dynamic response of the system to initial displacement and initial speed, variable moment of inertia, the pressure applied on the piston by combustion gas, the torque and the axial force applied on the propeller by fluid is researched respectively. According to the research results, the variable moment of inertia and coupling effect between torsional and axial vibration are the fundamental reason for nonlinear vibration. Different actuating factors can not only result in different frequency components of the response, but make the same frequency component have different vibration amplitude. The dynamic behavior of the system is not influenced obviously by the actuating torque and force applied on the propeller. There is obvious difference in sensitivity of the dynamic response in the different direction to the same actuating factor. 展开更多

Recently, the opportunity for the HDD spindle motors exposed to external vibration has been increasing because the HDDs are used for various information related equipments such as mobile PCs, car navigation systems. Hence, the rotating shaft has a possibility to come in contact with the bearing and it causes wear or seizure to the bearing surface. In order to avoid the problems, it is extremely important to enhance the dynamic characteristics of the fluid film bearings for spindles. However, verification from both theory and experiment of dynamic characteristics such as spring coefficients and damping coefficients is rare and few. In this paper, the bearing vibration characteristics when the HDD spindle is oscillated are investigated theoretically and experimentally.
