加快原油深度加工步伐提高石化企业经济效益

加快原油深度加工步伐,提高轻质油品收率,已经引起石化企业的普遍重视,在基本建设和技术改造方面给予了较多投入,多数石化企业近几年轻质油品收率均有一定提高。但是,轻质油品收率偏低,依然是制约石化企业经济效益的因素之一。因此,提高轻质油品收率是石化企业挖潜增效最有效的途径之一。

第四次加氢裂化技术交流会暨协作组第一届年会,于1994年8月18～22日在齐鲁石化公司召开。总公司科技委副主任侯芙生同志为大会作了“发展重油加工,提高轻质油品收率”的专题报告和“抓住机遇,发展加氢裂化,促进石化工业更大发展”的总结讲话,生产部副主任兼总工张德义同志作了“认清石化工业面临的形势,加快加氢裂化技术发展”的主题报告。

Influence of Pressure to the Hydrocracking Process of Goudron in the Presence of a Modificated Suspended Halloysite

The main results of hydrocracking of goudron under reduced pressure in the presence of a suspended catalyst have been analyzed. It was investigated the influence of pressure to hydrocracking process of goudron. It was determined that with increasing from 0.5 to 4.0 MPa, the yield of light oil products increased from 47% to 58% mass.
