This paper examines the pivotal role of career planning and employment guidance capabilities of university counselors in facilitating successful student employment from a perspective centered on college students’ employment psychology. By emphasizing the enhancement of counselor’s employment guidance capabilities, implementation of personalized career counseling services, strengthening university-industry collaboration, and innovating methods for career guidance, this paper proposes a series of specific measures aimed at optimizing university counselor’s strategies for employment guidance. The objective is to enhance targetedness and effectiveness in guiding students towards successful employment.展开更多
