锁国时期广州港口海外贸易输入品结构考述——以白银、香料及米粮为中心

明清"锁国体制"下,广州港口海外贸易仍持续进行。两朝政府虽厉行"海禁",明令"濒海民不得私出海",但朝贡诸国仍允许依规定"贡道"来贡贸易,且伴随新航路开辟,明清间与西方国家之"互市"... 明清"锁国体制"下,广州港口海外贸易仍持续进行。两朝政府虽厉行"海禁",明令"濒海民不得私出海",但朝贡诸国仍允许依规定"贡道"来贡贸易,且伴随新航路开辟,明清间与西方国家之"互市"、"往市"贸易更趋繁盛。在此背景下,广州港口对外通商交流迅速发展并呈现新特征。就输入品结构看,白银、香料、米粮成为其主要商品构成,即因社会经济发展,"钞法不通",以致白银需求量激增,而当时国内银产额及银课收入极为有限,故谋求海外白银大量输入,而西班牙所占菲律宾之美洲白银及十八世纪英、法商贸国输入白银成为其主要流入途径;另在东南亚诸国来贡贸易与葡、西等早期西方商贸国来华通商的背景下,大量香料输入中国,朝廷除一部分用于内需外,亦将其作为百官赏赐与俸禄折支;而米粮输入,则呈现地域性色彩,即因闽、粤两省"民食不足"、"米价腾贵"、"生齿日曾",且往日邻省接济或于台湾调米已无可能,遂谋求海外"洋米"输入,而政府为平抑米价,稳定社会经济发展,更将其"定例"化。此外,若就商品结构看,无论是作为主要输入品的白银、香料、米粮,还是输出品的生丝、瓷器及茶叶,在商品流通与交易条件下,十六至十八世纪的中国曾广泛参与亚洲乃至全球贸易的发展,然而步入近代以来其却未形成现代化起步的经济基础,并开始长期落后于西方。 展开更多

We previously proposed a method for creating product maps with SOM (Self-Organizing Maps) to be used during purchase decision making. In that study, we first established two class boundaries, which divide the area between the minimum and maximum range of an input feature value into three equal parts. Then, we produced self-organizing product maps using classification data inputs. Finally, we applied our method to five product types and confirmed its effectiveness. In this paper, we propose a method for selecting alternatives from a product map, in which we have located a favorite several examples of selecting alternatives and making decisions using cluster, and/or from a favorite component map. The failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) is widely applied in manufacturing industries in various phases of the product life cycle to evaluate the system, its design and processes for failures that can occur. The FMEA team often demonstrates different opinions and these different types of opinions are very difficult to incorporate into the FMEA by the traditional risk priority number model. In this paper, for each of the Occurrence, Severity and Detectivity parameters a fuzzy set is defined and the opinion of each FMEA team members is considered. These opinions are considered simultaneously with weights that are given to each individual based on their skills and experience levels. In addition, the opinion of the costumer is considered for each of the FMEA parameters. Then, the Risk Priority Numbers (RPN) is calculated using a Multi Input Single Output (MISO) fuzzy expert system. The proposed model is applied for prioritizing the failures of Peugeot 206 Engine assembly line in IKCo (Iran Khodro Company). 展开更多

Determination of quantitative structure-property and structure-process relationships for graphene production in water

A scalable method for graphene and few-layer graphene (FLG) production by graphite delamination in aqueous solutions of the nonionic surfactant TWEEN 80 (TW80) using stirred-media mills is presented. Delaminated product analysis using statistical Raman spectroscopy yielded extensive processing-structure-property relationships that revealed how stress intensity and specific energy input, i.e., the process parameters, govern the yield of graphene production and defect formation. The dispersed carbon concentration increased but the content and the quality of the FLG product decreased sharply with higher specific energy input. The FLG content of the product was up to 90%, especially for low specific energy input. Moreover, Raman analyses revealed that stress intensities greater than about I nJ were related to significant defect formation in the product particles. Another key parameter for graphene production is solvent viscosity. The FLG concentration in the product increased by a factor of 10 when the solvent's viscosity was increased from 1 to 6 mPa-s because shear- and friction-induced delamination was enhanced and in-plane fracture was reduced due to dampening of bead motion. Based on the processing-structure-property relationships found, we propose that the delamination process can be designed in such way that the product consists, almost totally, of FLG and that single-layer graphene is produced. The scalability of graphene production by stirred-media delamination was demonstrated when an increase in the batch size from 0.2 to 2 L had no significant effect on product quality. 展开更多
