电力系统的输电量预测是电网调度人员的参考指标之一,输电量预测的准确性与时效性在一定程度上影响着用户的用电质量。电力系统运在行过程中,每天都会产生大量的运行数据,为了利用这些大数据以及更好地实现输电线路输电量预测精度和快速... 电力系统的输电量预测是电网调度人员的参考指标之一,输电量预测的准确性与时效性在一定程度上影响着用户的用电质量。电力系统运在行过程中,每天都会产生大量的运行数据,为了利用这些大数据以及更好地实现输电线路输电量预测精度和快速性,提出了基于极限学习机的输电线路输电量预测模型。通过实验表明,该模型有良好的预测精度,对不同输电线路的输电量数据有着不错的泛化能力。通过与小波神经网络预测结果的对比,所建模型的训练和测试时间比小波神经网络快了约67s,尤其模型的训练时间极短,该模型预测的MAPE值要比小波神经网络低9%左右。 展开更多

Using the Keldysh-Green function,we present a theoretical study on the electron transport properties of two coupled quantum dots under optical pumping. Plateaus in the I-V curve and resonant peaks in the transmission coefficient occur and can be explained by the local electron density of states in the quantum dots. The effects of the optical pumping frequency and intensity on the transport properties of the system are also discussed. The electron dynamical localization phenomenon occurs when the optical pumping frequency is equal to the discrete hole energy level. This result can be used to realize optical control switches. 展开更多

A numerical model for bilayer organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) is developed under the basis of trapped charge limited conduction.The dependences of the current density on the layer thickness,trap properties and carrier mobility of the hole transport layer (HTL) and emission layer (EML) in bilayer OLEDs of the structure anode/HTL/EML/cathode are numerically investigated.It is found that,for given values of the total thickness of organic layers,reduced depth of trap,total density of trap,and carrier mobility of HTL as well as EML,there exists an optimal thickness ratio of HTL to EML,by which a maximal quantum efficiency can be achieved.Through optimization of the thickness ratio,an enhancement of current density and quantum efficiency of as much as two orders of magnitude can be obtained.The dependences of the optimal thickness ratio to the characteristic trap energy,total density of trap and carrier mobility are numerically analyzed. 展开更多

Clay has a significant influence on the relationship between resistivity index I and water saturation Sw (i.e, I-Sw relationship) of reservoir rocks because it complicates the current paths of these rocks. It is difficult to reveal the physical mechanisms of these clay effects on the conductivities of various rocks by physical laboratory measurements because the pore structure, micro distribution and content of clay inside a rock can not be observed and controlled during the experiments. We present a digital rock approach to study these clay effects on the electrical transport properties of reservoir rocks at pore scale using lattice gas automation (LGA) method. The digital rock samples are constructed with the information of grain size distribution from SEM images of reservoir rocks. The LGA is then applied on these digital rocks fully saturated with fluids to simulate the electrical transport properties for revealing the effects of volume and distribution patterns of clay on the non-Archie behaviors of the I-Sw relationship. The very good agreement between the simulated results and the laboratory measurements clearly demonstrates the validity of the LGA in numerical research of rock physics. Based on these studies, a new model has been developed for quantitatively describing the relationship between the saturation exponent and the volume of clay (Vsh). This development may improve the evaluation for the fluid saturations in reservoir rocks. 展开更多

We investigated the Stokes drift-driven ocean currents and Stokes drift-induced wind energy input into the upper ocean using a two-way coupled wave-current modeling system that consists of the Princeton Ocean Model generalized coordinate system (POMgcs), Simulating WAves Nearshore (SWAN) wave model, and the Model Coupling Toolkit (MCT). The Coriolis-Stokes forcing (CSF) computed using the wave parameters from SWAN was incorporated with the momentum equation of POMgcs as the core coupling process. Experimental results in an idealized setting show that under the steady state, the scale of the speed of CSF-driven current was 0.001 m/s and the maximum reached 0.02 m/s. The Stokes drift-induced energy rate input into the model ocean was estimated to be 28.5 GW, taking 14% of the direct wind energy rate input. Considering the Stokes drift effects, the total mechanical energy rate input was increased by approximately 14%, which highlights the importance of CSF in modulating the upper ocean circulation. The actual run conducted in Taiwan Adjacent Sea (TAS) shows that: 1) CSF-based wave-current coupling has an impact on ocean surface currents, which is related to the activities of monsoon winds; 2) wave-current coupling plays a significant role in a place where strong eddies present and tends to intensify the eddy's vorticity; 3) wave-current coupling affects the volume transport of the Taiwan Strait (TS) throughflow in a nontrivial degree, 3.75% on average. 展开更多

Using composite field arithmetic in Galois field can result in the compact Rijndael S-Box. However, the power con- sumption of this solution is too large to be used in resource-limited embedded systems. A full-custom hardware implementation of composite field S-Box is proposed for these targeted domains in this paper. The minimization of power consumption is implemented by optimizing the architecture of the composite field S-Box and using the pass transmission gate (PTG) to realize the logic functions of S-Box. Power simulations were performed using the netlist extracted from the layout. HSPICE simulation results indicated that the proposed S-Box achieves low power consumption of about 130 μW at 10 MHz using 0.25 μm/2.5 V technology, while the consumptions of the positive polarity reed-muller (PPRM) based S-Box and composite field S-Box based on the conventional CMOS logic style are about 240 μW and 420 μW, respectively. The simulations also showed that the presented S-Box obtains better low-voltage operating property, which is clearly relevant for applications like sensor nodes, smart cards and radio frequency identification (RFID) tags. 展开更多

The main objective of this paper is to develop a novel technology for combined generation of electricity and cold by using energy potential of transmission line's high pressure gas. For this purpose, the reduction of high pressure of the gas in gas distribution station instead of useless expansion throttling process is suggested to realize by adiabatic expansion, which is executed in a gas expanding turbine. Herewith, the gas distribution station is turned into energy and cold generating plant. Simultaneous operation of energy and cold generating plant is described. A method and appropriate formulas for determination of design characteristics of considered plant are suggested. A new method for reveres order of calculation and design of the cold store based on the use of expanded cold gas as cooling agent is developed. Calculations and analysis prove high energy efficiency of suggested technology, the wide use of which will provide significant production of cheap electricity and cold and as well as reduction of fossil fuel consumption. 展开更多
