Then an efficient identification algorithm is proposed for those fractional order systems. The basic idea of the algorithm is to compute fractional derivatives and the filter simultaneously, i.e., the filtered fractional derivatives can be obtained by computing them in one step, and then system identification can be fulfilled by the least square method. The instrumental variable method is also used in the identification of fractional order systems. In this way, even if there is colored noise in the systems, the unbiased estimation of the parameters can still be obtained. Finally an example of identifying a viscoelastic system is given to show the effectiveness of the aforementioned method.展开更多

In the presence ot abnormality, avoidance strategies were designed to guarantee the safety of the robot. Firstly, the kinematics of the normal and abnormal movement states were exploited, 8 kinds of features were extracted. Secondly, 4 multi-layer pereeptrons were employed to classify the features for four 4-driving wheels into 4 kinds of states, i.e. normal, blocked, deadly blocked, and slipping. Finally, avoidance strategies were designed based on this. Experiment results show that the methods can identify most abnormal movement states and avoid the abnormality correctly and timely.展开更多

One of main conclusions of OECD/NEA SERENA Phase 1, which was completed in 2005, was that some damage to the cavity is to be expected for an ex-vessel explosion. One major uncertainty that does not allow for a convergence toward consistent predictions was that there are no data on the component distribution in a pre-mixture at the time of an explosion, especially the level of the void. The other major uncertainty is the explosion behavior of corium melts. Therefore, SERENA Phase 2 was launched on October 1, 2007 to resolve the uncertainties of the coolant void and material effect by performing a limited number of well-designed tests with advanced instrumentation reflecting a large spectrum of ex-vessel melt compositions and conditions, and the required analytical work to bring the code capabilities to a sufficient level for use in reactor case analyses. The recent status of the OECD-SERENA Phase 2 project for the resolution of ex-vessel steam explosion risks will be described.展开更多

Using the orthogonal projection approach to eliminate the noise influence, consistent estimation is guaranteed for the deterministic part of such a system. A strict proof is given for analyzing the rank condition for such orthogonal projection, in order to use the principal component analysis (PCA) based singular value decomposition (SVD) to derive the extended observability matrix and lower triangular Toeliptz matrix of the plant state-space model. In the result, the plant state matrices can be retrieved in a transparent manner from the above matrices. An illustrative example is shown to demonstrate the effectiveness and merits of the proposed subspace identification method.展开更多

Vibrational state-resolved differential cross sections were measured, with partial rotational state resolution, at eight collision energies in the range of 2.51-5.60 kJ/mol. Experimental results indicated that the product angular distributions are predominantly backward scattered. As the collision energy increases, the backward scattered peak becomes broader gradually. Dependence of product vibration branching ratios on the collision energy was also determined. The experimental results show that the DF products are highly inverted in the vibrational state distribution and the DF (v'=3) product is the most populated state. Furthermore, the DF (v'=l) product has also been observed at collision energy above 3.97 kJ/mol.展开更多
