During flowering stage, leaf cutting, application of "920" and pollination were conducted; after pollination, bentazon with a certain concentration was sprayed to kill the male parent; and the hybrid rice was harvested mechanically. Before storage, color separation was performed to remove little remaining male parent, thereby achieving whole-process mechanization of hybrid rice seed production. This study introduced mechanized seed production of Xinhunyou No. 6 through mixed- seeding from the aspects including mechanical direct seeding, seeding raising fol- lowed by transplanting and mechanical planting.展开更多

By visualization of FDTD, Phenomena such as wave propagation, penetration through structures, renection and absorption by structures are observed. Visualization of electromagnetic wave interactions with two wing-shaped structures is demonstrated. These examples indicate that the approach describe in the paper offers an effective way for investigating electromagnetic wave phenomena and is helpful to the engineers in controlling radar signature of the targets.展开更多

Methods: With Excel and SPSS software, high or low density chips were analyzed through total intensity normalization (TIN) and locally weighted linear regression normalization (LWLRN). Results: These methods effectively reduced systemic errors and made data more comparable and reliable. Conclusion: These methods can search the genes of significant difference, although normalization methods are being developed and need to be improved further. Great breakthrough will be obtained in microarray data normalization analysis and transformation with the development of non-linear technology, software and hardware of computer.展开更多

A robust evolutionary algorithm, Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithms (the improved NSGA-Ⅱ), is applied on a spaceborne SAR antenna pattern design. The system consists of two objective functions with two constraints. Pareto fronts are generated as a result of multi-objective optimization. After being validated by a test problem ZDT4, the algorithms are used to synthesize spaceborne SAR antenna radiation pattern. The good results with low Ambi- guity-to-Signal Ratio (ASR) and high directivity are obtained in the paper.展开更多

Members of this superfamily were further assigned to different families and subfamilies based on their amino acid similarities. According to their phylogenetic relationships, the CYP genes which likely diverged from common ancestor gene and may share common functions were grouped into one clan. Widely distributing scallops are a group of the most conspicuous bivalve; however the studies on their CYP is acarce. In this study, we searched the genome and expressed sequence tags of Zhikong scallop (Chlamysfarreri) for CYP genes. In total, 88 non-redundant CIfP were identified, which were homed in 13 CYPs gene families. Phylogenetic analysis divided these genes into 4 CYP clans. As in deuterostomes, Clan 2 was the largest, which contained 33 genes belonging to CYP1, CYP2, CYP17 and CYP356 families. Clan 3 contgained 19 genes belonging to CYP3, CYP5 and CYP30 families. Clan 4 contained 23 genes, all belonging to CYP4 family. The mitochondrial CYP clan contained 9 genes belonging to CYPIO and CYP24 families. In comparison, protostomes (C. farreri, D. pluex, D. melanogaster) contained more CYP genes than deuterostomes (S. purpuratus and vertebrates) in Clan 2 but less genes in Clan 3 and Clan 4. Our findings will aid to deciphering CYP function and evolution in scallops and bivalves.展开更多
