Then, an investigation on the influence of two different quenching processes ...Effect of quenching process on the microstrucmre and mechanical properties of a kind of seamless tubes of steel 28CrMnMoV was investigated. Then, an investigation on the influence of two different quenching processes on the ductile-brittle transition behavior of this steel was undertaken. The ductile-brittle transition temperatures of the steel by two different quenching processes were also determined. The results show that a good combination of mechanical properties can be obtained through austenitizing experimental steel at 800 ℃ or 890 ℃ followed by tempering at 630 ℃. Ductile-to-brittle transition temperature of 28CrMnMoV steel austenitized at 800 ℃ followed by tempering at 640 ℃ is about -73 ℃, which is much lower than the value -37 ℃ when the steel was austenitized at 890℃ and then tempered at 650 ℃. This indicates that subcritical quenching process could decrease largely the ductile-to-brittle transition temperature of 28CrMnMoV steel.展开更多

The plastic behavior of the extruded alloys with compositions of Mg99.2Zn0.2Y0.6 and Mg89Zn4Y7 (molar fraction, %), which were almost the same compositions of Mg matrix phase and LPSO phase in Mg97Zn1Y2 Mg/LPSO two-phase alloy, respectively, were also prepared. By comparing their mechanical properties, the strengthening mechanisms operating in the Mg97Zn1 Y2 extruded alloy were discussed. Existence of the LPSO-phase strongly enhanced the refinement of Mg matrix grain size during extrusion, which led to a large increment of the strength of alloy. In addition, the LPSO-phases, which were aligned along the extrusion direction in Mg97Zn1Y2 extruded alloy, acted as hardening phases, just like reinforced fibers.展开更多

The effect of temperature, space velocity and ion concentration on the breakthrough curves was carefully investigated. At the first exchange section, the maximum proportion of qualified zeolites(QR) was obtained at a temperature of 70 ℃, a weight hourly space velocity of 0.61 h-1, and an ion concentration of 197 mg/L. The minimum length of mass-transfer zone(MTZ) of the resin bed was achieved at a temperature of 70 ℃, a space velocity of 0.61 h-1, and an ion concentration of 423 mg/L. At the second exchange section, the length of MTZ of the resin bed was significantly increased, and the exchange of Na+ ions contained in zeolite Y was more difficult than that achieved at the first exchange section. In both the first and the second exchange sections, the zeolite Y subjected to ion exchange with the resin maintained the similar physical and chemical properties as compared to those exchanged by the conventional approaches, but the zeolite Y, which was obtained after ion exchange, contained a significantly lower content of Na2 O.展开更多

Besides, six horizon samples of 4 other profiles randomly takenfrom the studied area were examined for calculation of the redistributing enrichment coefficient, which wasapplied for a better understanding of the element redistribution between soil and clay fraction along with soildevelopment. The results showed that the enrichment, migration and redistribution of the elements variedstrongly among the investigated soils and horizons, due to the differences of weathering degrees and moisturestatus, influences of sea bird activities, etc.展开更多

Analysing residents' satisfaction wit...Abstract: Enhancing the efficiency of public services is essential to residents in mountainous areas. It is also important to promote sus- tainable development of these regions. Analysing residents' satisfaction with public services in mountainous areas can help in evaluating outcomes of fiscal investment and identifying potential coping approaches for improving public service efficiencies. The residents' satisfaction with public services and the factors that influence such satisfaction were examined in this study. A study of 12 towns located in the southwestern Sichuan Province was performed using an entropy-weighted analytic hierarchy process (EWAHP), the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) and Tobit regression methods. The results indicate that: 1) the spatial distribu- tion of satisfaction with public services is non-uniform, and the spatial distribution structure varies for different types of public services. 2) Residents' satisfaction with public services is influenced by both objective and subjective factors. Population density, economic dis- tance, social and cultural divisions and elevation are the major objective factors, whereas bounded rationality, the hierarchy of needs and service expectations are the main subjective factors. The most effective strategies for enhancing residents' satisfaction with public ser- vices are likely to be clustering the population, choosing supply centres with different public services, regulating the cultural division in ethnic minority towns, selecting supply priorities in accordance with residents' needs, implementing targeted intervention policies and establishing 'bottom-up' and 'top-down' integrated decision-making mechanisms. The aims of the present work are to evaluate the overaging behaviour of the investigated Cu-enriched alloy and to assess its mechanical behaviour,in terms of the tensile and fatigue strength,at room temperature and at...The aims of the present work are to evaluate the overaging behaviour of the investigated Cu-enriched alloy and to assess its mechanical behaviour,in terms of the tensile and fatigue strength,at room temperature and at 200℃,and to correlate the mechanical performance with its microstructure,in particular with the secondary dendrite arm spacing(SDAS).The mechanical tests carried out on the overaged alloy at 200℃ indicate that the addition of about 1.3 wt.%Cu to the A357 alloy enables to maintain ultimate tensile strength and yield strength values close to 210 and 200 MPa,respectively,and fatigue strength at about 100 MPa.Compared to the quaternary(Al−Si−Cu−Mg)alloy C355,the A357−Cu alloy has greater mechanical properties at room temperature and comparable mechanical behaviour in the overaged condition at 200℃.The microstructural analyses highlight that SDAS affects the mechanical behaviour of the peak-aged A357−Cu alloy at room temperature,while its influence is negligible on the tensile and fatigue properties of the overaged alloy at 200℃.展开更多

In view of the extensive bone damage in rheumatoid arthritis, we used a commonly utilized animal model to detect behavioral changes in pain-related and the bone damage during the early disease, and to explore the corr...In view of the extensive bone damage in rheumatoid arthritis, we used a commonly utilized animal model to detect behavioral changes in pain-related and the bone damage during the early disease, and to explore the correlation between bone damage and pain-related behavioral changes. Methods: Arthritis were induced in Sprague-Dawley (SD) male rats by injecting complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) into the tails. Pain-related behavior changes were studied using the Hargreaves, VonFrey, and acetone tests on the 0, 7, 14, day and 28 day after CFA injection. The rats were sacrificed according the same schedule. The bone damage of the right proximal tibia was studied by microCT scan and bone histological slices. Results: Animals developed soft tissue inflammation and polyarthritis on 7 days after CFA injection, and arthritic score proved obvious arthritis were established within the study period. Mechanical hyperalgesia and cold allodynia were present in the affected hind paw from the 7 day through the 28 day, but the heat hyperalgesia and the mechanical allodynia lasted a short time after CFA injection. Trabecular bone number (Tb.N), Tissue Mineral Content (TMC) and Bone Volume to Tissue Volume (BV/TV) in the proximal tibia by microCT scan were also reduced after induction, especial 14 days after CFA injection. The bone histologicalslices showed the trabecular bone and proteoglycan diminished, the bone damage severity scores became more severely on the 7 day after CFA injection. Using analysis of covariance, these changes had statistical significance compared with baseline. By linear regression analysis demonstrated mechanical hyperalgesia and cold allodynia correlated well with arthritic score, bone damage parameters and bone damage severity scores. Conclusion: Adjuvant-induced arthritis (AA) were observed after CFA injection and lasted within the later experimental period. Pain-related behavioral changes were observed in the early time of AA. Bone damage was also occurred with arthritis development. Pain-related behavioral change correlated well with arthritic score and bone damage parameters展开更多

And the electrochemical properties after various ECAP passes were investigated i...Ultrafine-grained(UFG) hypereutectic Al-23%Si (mass fraction) alloy was achieved through equal-channel angular pressing(EACP) procedure. And the electrochemical properties after various ECAP passes were investigated in neutral NaCl solution. Potentiostatic polarization curves show that the corrosion potential of the ECAPed sample after 4 passes decreases markedly, while the corrosion current density reaches 1.37 times that of the as-cast alloy. However, the φcorr and Jcorr values after 16 passes are improved and approach those of the as-cast alloy. Immersion tests also show that the mass-loss ratio of ECAPed alloy decreases with increasing the pressing pass, which is lowered to 28.7% with the increase of pass number from 4 to 16. Pitting susceptibility of the ECAPed alloy after initial 4 passes is boosted, due to the presence of biggish voids resulted from the breakage of brittle large primary silicon crystals during ECAP. Increasing ECAP pass makes the voids evanesce and results in the homogeneous ultrafine-grained structure, contributing to a higher pitting resistance. These results indicate that enough ECAP passes are beneficial to increasing corrosion resistance of the hypereutectic Al-23%Si alloy.展开更多

The results indicate that the pyrr...Bioleaching and electrochemical experiments were conducted to evaluate pyrrhotite dissolution in the presence of pure L.ferriphilum and mixed culture of L. ferriphilum and A. caldus. The results indicate that the pyrrhotite oxidation behavior is the preferential dissolution of iron accompanied with the massive formation of sulfur in the presence of L. ferriphilum, which significantly hinders the leaching efficiency. Comparatively, the leaching rate of pyrrhotite distinctly increases by 68% in the mixed culture of L. ferriphilum and A. caldus at the 3rd day. But, the accumulated ferric ions and high p H value produced by bioleaching process can give rise to the rapid formation of jarosite, which is the primary passivation film blocking continuous iron extraction during bioleaching by the mixed culture. The addition of A. caldus during leaching by L. ferriphilum can accelerate the oxidation rate of pyrrhotite, but not change the electrochemical oxidation mechanisms of pyrrhotite. XRD and SEM/EDS analyses as well as electrochemical study confirm the above conclusions.展开更多

The primary objective of t...Mineral phase characterization and thorough understanding of its transformation behavior during combustion are imperative to know the potential utilization of coal in the thermal industries. The primary objective of this work is to analyze the quality of Indian Coals and obtain their mineral species-specific information at different depths. The samples were obtained from Talcher Coalfield, Odisha, India. Coal from four seam sections in the Talcher coalfield, India are mainly high ash coal (〉50 %) and volatile matter deceases along with the seam depth. XRD results show that the major mineral phases present in the coal are quartz and kaolinite. Siderite, illite, and anatase were found in minor quantities. It has been observed that the clay minerals (kaolinite, silimanite, illite) decompose at higher temperature and traces of dolomite, mullite, hematite etc. are formed during the process of combustion. Among the four seams (M2, M12, M24 and M43) studied, ash of M43 has high A1203%, TIO2% and K20% content and low SIO2%, CaO% and MgO% content. High acid- to-base ratios contributed to high ash fusion temperatures (IDT 〉 1500 ℃) and low slagging potential of the coals studied. Relatively low fouling index (〈0.3) was estimated for all the coal seams studied. Furthermore, thermodynamic modeling software, FactSage, have been used to envision the mineral phase transformations that take place between 800 and 1500℃ during coal combustion.展开更多

The modes of occurrence of arsenic were determined by sequ...The influence of crown ether on behaviors of arsenic at different temperatures and residence time was investigated during the pyrolysis of Tuanbo (TB) coal. The modes of occurrence of arsenic were determined by sequential chemical extraction, density fractionation and demineralization. The results indicated that at the same temperature and residence time, the arsenic removal adding dibenzo-18-crown-6 was higher than that adding 18-crown-6, and were all higher than that of TB coal during pyrolysis. When temperature was 850 ℃ and residence time was 30 min, the arsenic removal of TB coal was 30.63%; at the same condition, the arsenic removal while adding 18-crown-6 was 33.21%, higher than that of TB coal; and the arsenic removal while adding dibenzo-18-crown-6 was 67.41%, significantly higher than that of TB coal. From the results, we can see that adding crown ether can improve the arsenic removal during coal pyrolysis, and especially be conducive to the arsenic which is mainly associated with sulfates & monosulfides and that in stable forms.展开更多

The washout filter-aided controller(WFC),...Stabilizing unstable operating points is an effective way to enhance process benefits and safety, which motivates the development for a variety of advanced control strategies. The washout filter-aided controller(WFC), originally used for electric power system and aircraft, has been introduced to adjust the dynamic behavior of chemical process. However, the parameter tuning method faces two major limitations: the dimension of operating variables must be equal to or greater than that of state variables and only one positive real eigenvalue exists in the open loop system. To overcome the two limitations, this paper proposes a new parameter tuning method, so that the WFC is applicable in most chemical processes. By solving a constrained optimization problem, the controller parameters are determined under the constraint that the reassignment of the eigenvalues of the unstable desired operating point can satisfy the stability condition. Thus parts of the equilibrium manifold including the desired operating point are stabilized without affecting the shape of the equilibrium manifold. Finally, the effectiveness of the WFC improved by the proposed parameter tuning method is illustrated through a case study for propanediol anaerobic fermentation.展开更多

文摘Nine horizon samples of three soil profiles representative of Dystri-gelic Cambisol, Fibri-gelic Histosoland Relic Ornithosol were taken from Fildes Peninsula of King George Island, Antarctica, to quantitativelydemonstrate the enrichment, migration and loss of the elements (Si, Al, Fe, Ca, Mg, Mn, K, Na and P) insoil horizons and their behaviours within profiles by application of the concept of the enrichment coefficientcalculated in terms of the abundance of Ti. Besides, six horizon samples of 4 other profiles randomly takenfrom the studied area were examined for calculation of the redistributing enrichment coefficient, which wasapplied for a better understanding of the element redistribution between soil and clay fraction along with soildevelopment. The results showed that the enrichment, migration and redistribution of the elements variedstrongly among the investigated soils and horizons, due to the differences of weathering degrees and moisturestatus, influences of sea bird activities, etc.

文摘Abstract: Enhancing the efficiency of public services is essential to residents in mountainous areas. It is also important to promote sus- tainable development of these regions. Analysing residents' satisfaction with public services in mountainous areas can help in evaluating outcomes of fiscal investment and identifying potential coping approaches for improving public service efficiencies. The residents' satisfaction with public services and the factors that influence such satisfaction were examined in this study. A study of 12 towns located in the southwestern Sichuan Province was performed using an entropy-weighted analytic hierarchy process (EWAHP), the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) and Tobit regression methods. The results indicate that: 1) the spatial distribu- tion of satisfaction with public services is non-uniform, and the spatial distribution structure varies for different types of public services. 2) Residents' satisfaction with public services is influenced by both objective and subjective factors. Population density, economic dis- tance, social and cultural divisions and elevation are the major objective factors, whereas bounded rationality, the hierarchy of needs and service expectations are the main subjective factors. The most effective strategies for enhancing residents' satisfaction with public ser- vices are likely to be clustering the population, choosing supply centres with different public services, regulating the cultural division in ethnic minority towns, selecting supply priorities in accordance with residents' needs, implementing targeted intervention policies and establishing 'bottom-up' and 'top-down' integrated decision-making mechanisms. 文摘The aims of the present work are to evaluate the overaging behaviour of the investigated Cu-enriched alloy and to assess its mechanical behaviour,in terms of the tensile and fatigue strength,at room temperature and at 200℃,and to correlate the mechanical performance with its microstructure,in particular with the secondary dendrite arm spacing(SDAS).The mechanical tests carried out on the overaged alloy at 200℃ indicate that the addition of about 1.3 wt.%Cu to the A357 alloy enables to maintain ultimate tensile strength and yield strength values close to 210 and 200 MPa,respectively,and fatigue strength at about 100 MPa.Compared to the quaternary(Al−Si−Cu−Mg)alloy C355,the A357−Cu alloy has greater mechanical properties at room temperature and comparable mechanical behaviour in the overaged condition at 200℃.The microstructural analyses highlight that SDAS affects the mechanical behaviour of the peak-aged A357−Cu alloy at room temperature,while its influence is negligible on the tensile and fatigue properties of the overaged alloy at 200℃.
文摘The static recrystallization of hot-deformed magnesium alloy AZ31 during isothermal annealing was studied at temperature of 503 K by optical and SEM/EBSD metallographic observation.The grain size change during isothermal annealing is categorized into three regions,i.e.an incubation period for grain growth,rapid grain coarsening,and normal grain growth.The number of fine grains per unit area,however,decreases remarkably even in incubation period.This leads to grain coarsening taking place continuously in the whole period of annealing.In contrast,the deformation texture scarcely changes even after full annealing at high temperatures.It is concluded that the annealing processes operating in hot-deformed magnesium alloy with continuous dynamic recrystallized grain structures can be mainly controlled by grain coarsening without texture change,that is,continuous static recrystallization.
文摘In view of the extensive bone damage in rheumatoid arthritis, we used a commonly utilized animal model to detect behavioral changes in pain-related and the bone damage during the early disease, and to explore the correlation between bone damage and pain-related behavioral changes. Methods: Arthritis were induced in Sprague-Dawley (SD) male rats by injecting complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) into the tails. Pain-related behavior changes were studied using the Hargreaves, VonFrey, and acetone tests on the 0, 7, 14, day and 28 day after CFA injection. The rats were sacrificed according the same schedule. The bone damage of the right proximal tibia was studied by microCT scan and bone histological slices. Results: Animals developed soft tissue inflammation and polyarthritis on 7 days after CFA injection, and arthritic score proved obvious arthritis were established within the study period. Mechanical hyperalgesia and cold allodynia were present in the affected hind paw from the 7 day through the 28 day, but the heat hyperalgesia and the mechanical allodynia lasted a short time after CFA injection. Trabecular bone number (Tb.N), Tissue Mineral Content (TMC) and Bone Volume to Tissue Volume (BV/TV) in the proximal tibia by microCT scan were also reduced after induction, especial 14 days after CFA injection. The bone histologicalslices showed the trabecular bone and proteoglycan diminished, the bone damage severity scores became more severely on the 7 day after CFA injection. Using analysis of covariance, these changes had statistical significance compared with baseline. By linear regression analysis demonstrated mechanical hyperalgesia and cold allodynia correlated well with arthritic score, bone damage parameters and bone damage severity scores. Conclusion: Adjuvant-induced arthritis (AA) were observed after CFA injection and lasted within the later experimental period. Pain-related behavioral changes were observed in the early time of AA. Bone damage was also occurred with arthritis development. Pain-related behavioral change correlated well with arthritic score and bone damage parameters

Theexperimental results show that solvability of the solvent, stirringspeed, and temperature are the factors which influence theion-exchange rate. The increase of solvability, stirring speed andtemperature will speed up the ion-exchange process.

文摘Most existing work on survivability in mobile ad-hoc networks(MANETs) focuses on two dimensional(2D) networks.However,many real applications run in three dimensional(3D) networks,e.g.,climate and ocean monitoring,and air defense systems.The impact on network survivability due to node behaviors was presented,and a quantitative analysis method on survivability was developed in 3D MANETs by modeling node behaviors and analyzing 3D network connectivity.Node behaviors were modeled by using a semi-Markov process.The node minimum degree of 3D MANETs was discussed.An effective approach to derive the survivability of k-connected networks was proposed through analyzing the connectivity of 3D MANETs caused by node misbehaviors,based on the model of node isolation.The quantitative analysis of node misbehaviors on the survivability in 3D MANETs is obtained through mathematical description,and the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed approach are verified through numerical analysis.The analytical results show that the effect from black and gray attack on network survivability is much severer than other misbehaviors.

文摘The cross-sectional distortion usually appears during rotary-draw bending process of thin-walled rectangular tube with small bending radius.To study the cross-sectional distortion of the tube,a three-dimensional finite-element model of the process was developed based on ABAQUS/Explicit code and its reliability was validated by experiment.Then,the cross-sectional distortion behaviors of the tube were investigated.The results show that a zone of larger circumferential stress appears on the tube when bending angle reaches 30°.And in the larger circumferential stress zone,the sagging phenomenon is produced obviously.The maximum cross-sectional distortion is located in the larger circumferential stress zone and the angle between the plane of maximum cross-sectional distortion and the bending reference plane is about 50°.The position of the maximum cross-sectional distortion keeps almost unchanged with the variation of the clearances between dies and tube.

文摘Ultrafine-grained(UFG) hypereutectic Al-23%Si (mass fraction) alloy was achieved through equal-channel angular pressing(EACP) procedure. And the electrochemical properties after various ECAP passes were investigated in neutral NaCl solution. Potentiostatic polarization curves show that the corrosion potential of the ECAPed sample after 4 passes decreases markedly, while the corrosion current density reaches 1.37 times that of the as-cast alloy. However, the φcorr and Jcorr values after 16 passes are improved and approach those of the as-cast alloy. Immersion tests also show that the mass-loss ratio of ECAPed alloy decreases with increasing the pressing pass, which is lowered to 28.7% with the increase of pass number from 4 to 16. Pitting susceptibility of the ECAPed alloy after initial 4 passes is boosted, due to the presence of biggish voids resulted from the breakage of brittle large primary silicon crystals during ECAP. Increasing ECAP pass makes the voids evanesce and results in the homogeneous ultrafine-grained structure, contributing to a higher pitting resistance. These results indicate that enough ECAP passes are beneficial to increasing corrosion resistance of the hypereutectic Al-23%Si alloy.

文摘To study the damage mechanism of single-layer reticulated domes subject to severe earthquakes, three limit states of single-layer reticulated domes under earthquakes are defined firstly in this paper. Then, two failure modes are presented by analyzing damage behaviors, and their characteristics are pointed out respectively. Furthermore, the damage process is analyzed and the causes of structural damage in different levels are studied. Finally, by comparing deformation and vibration status of domes with different failure modes, the principles of different failures are revealed and an integrated frame of damage mechanism is set up.

Anthropogenic soils are much more intensive and extensive in China for their history of agricultural production can be dated back to more than 7 000 years ago.Owing to different physical conditions and land uses, the aothropogenic soil-forming processes are various.Anthrosols are proposed, and the corresponding soil order is set up in Chinese Soil Taxonomy (CST). Mainly based on 6 Anthropogenic diagnostic horizons, which are anthraquic epipedon, hydragric horizon, irragric epipedon, cumulic epipedon, fimic epipedon and agric horizon, the Anthrosols Order is subdivided into 2 soil suborders and 4 soil groups. Meanwhile the classification of Anthrosols in CST has been basically accepted as the classification of Anthrosols in World Reference Base for Soil Resources (WRB).

文摘Bioleaching and electrochemical experiments were conducted to evaluate pyrrhotite dissolution in the presence of pure L.ferriphilum and mixed culture of L. ferriphilum and A. caldus. The results indicate that the pyrrhotite oxidation behavior is the preferential dissolution of iron accompanied with the massive formation of sulfur in the presence of L. ferriphilum, which significantly hinders the leaching efficiency. Comparatively, the leaching rate of pyrrhotite distinctly increases by 68% in the mixed culture of L. ferriphilum and A. caldus at the 3rd day. But, the accumulated ferric ions and high p H value produced by bioleaching process can give rise to the rapid formation of jarosite, which is the primary passivation film blocking continuous iron extraction during bioleaching by the mixed culture. The addition of A. caldus during leaching by L. ferriphilum can accelerate the oxidation rate of pyrrhotite, but not change the electrochemical oxidation mechanisms of pyrrhotite. XRD and SEM/EDS analyses as well as electrochemical study confirm the above conclusions.
文摘Mineral phase characterization and thorough understanding of its transformation behavior during combustion are imperative to know the potential utilization of coal in the thermal industries. The primary objective of this work is to analyze the quality of Indian Coals and obtain their mineral species-specific information at different depths. The samples were obtained from Talcher Coalfield, Odisha, India. Coal from four seam sections in the Talcher coalfield, India are mainly high ash coal (〉50 %) and volatile matter deceases along with the seam depth. XRD results show that the major mineral phases present in the coal are quartz and kaolinite. Siderite, illite, and anatase were found in minor quantities. It has been observed that the clay minerals (kaolinite, silimanite, illite) decompose at higher temperature and traces of dolomite, mullite, hematite etc. are formed during the process of combustion. Among the four seams (M2, M12, M24 and M43) studied, ash of M43 has high A1203%, TIO2% and K20% content and low SIO2%, CaO% and MgO% content. High acid- to-base ratios contributed to high ash fusion temperatures (IDT 〉 1500 ℃) and low slagging potential of the coals studied. Relatively low fouling index (〈0.3) was estimated for all the coal seams studied. Furthermore, thermodynamic modeling software, FactSage, have been used to envision the mineral phase transformations that take place between 800 and 1500℃ during coal combustion.

文摘The influence of crown ether on behaviors of arsenic at different temperatures and residence time was investigated during the pyrolysis of Tuanbo (TB) coal. The modes of occurrence of arsenic were determined by sequential chemical extraction, density fractionation and demineralization. The results indicated that at the same temperature and residence time, the arsenic removal adding dibenzo-18-crown-6 was higher than that adding 18-crown-6, and were all higher than that of TB coal during pyrolysis. When temperature was 850 ℃ and residence time was 30 min, the arsenic removal of TB coal was 30.63%; at the same condition, the arsenic removal while adding 18-crown-6 was 33.21%, higher than that of TB coal; and the arsenic removal while adding dibenzo-18-crown-6 was 67.41%, significantly higher than that of TB coal. From the results, we can see that adding crown ether can improve the arsenic removal during coal pyrolysis, and especially be conducive to the arsenic which is mainly associated with sulfates & monosulfides and that in stable forms.

文摘Stabilizing unstable operating points is an effective way to enhance process benefits and safety, which motivates the development for a variety of advanced control strategies. The washout filter-aided controller(WFC), originally used for electric power system and aircraft, has been introduced to adjust the dynamic behavior of chemical process. However, the parameter tuning method faces two major limitations: the dimension of operating variables must be equal to or greater than that of state variables and only one positive real eigenvalue exists in the open loop system. To overcome the two limitations, this paper proposes a new parameter tuning method, so that the WFC is applicable in most chemical processes. By solving a constrained optimization problem, the controller parameters are determined under the constraint that the reassignment of the eigenvalues of the unstable desired operating point can satisfy the stability condition. Thus parts of the equilibrium manifold including the desired operating point are stabilized without affecting the shape of the equilibrium manifold. Finally, the effectiveness of the WFC improved by the proposed parameter tuning method is illustrated through a case study for propanediol anaerobic fermentation.
