目的评估在疑似泌尿系统结石患者CT扫描中沿z轴过度扫描现象发生的频率及程度,探讨导致该现象的主要的因素及相应解决方案。方法回顾性分析天津市3所三级甲等医院共172例疑诊泌尿系统结石患者的CT扫描资料,测量实际扫描距离(L0)、有效... 目的评估在疑似泌尿系统结石患者CT扫描中沿z轴过度扫描现象发生的频率及程度,探讨导致该现象的主要的因素及相应解决方案。方法回顾性分析天津市3所三级甲等医院共172例疑诊泌尿系统结石患者的CT扫描资料,测量实际扫描距离(L0)、有效扫描距离(L_1),计算额外扫描距离(L_(ex))、额外辐射剂量占实际辐射剂量的百分比(ED_(ex)%)和过度扫描发生率,分析比较不同医疗机构和患者类别(急诊、门诊及住院患者)间的差异。结果本组172例患者中,169例存在过度扫描,发生率为98.26%(169/172)。不同患者类别间L_(ex)差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);3所医疗机构间L_(ex)和ED_(ex)%差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。结论对疑似泌尿系统结石患者行CT扫描时,沿z轴过度扫描现象十分普遍;通过训练影像技师,可减轻或避免这种现象。 展开更多

A water-TiO2nanofluid with a weight fraction of 5% and an average particle size of 75 nm is used to investigate the effect of TiO2 nanoparticles on the crystallization and melting behaviors of deionized water by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)at four different cooling rates,3,5,7,9 ℃/min.The DSC experimental results show that the water-TiO2 nanofluid has a lower supercooling degree and a faster crystallization rate than the deionized water.With the increase in the cooling rate,the influence of the TiO2 nanoparticles on the supercooling degree of the deionized water becomes greater,but on the crystallization rate it turns lower.During the melting process,compared with the deionized water,the water-TiO2 nanofluid has a lower melting temperature,a less latent heat and a higher melting rate. 展开更多

In order to get the entire data in the optical measurement, a multi-view three-dimensional(3D) measurement method based on turntable is proposed. In the method, a turntable is used to rotate the object and obtain multi-view point cloud data, and then multi-view point cloud data are registered and integrated into a 3D model. The measurement results are compared with that of the sticking marked point method. Experimental results show that the measurement process of the proposed method is simpler, and the scanning speed and accuracy are improved. 展开更多

Topological materials and topological phases have recently become a hot topic in condensed matter physics.In this work,we report an In-intercalated transition-metal dichalcogenide In_(x)TaSe_(2)(named 112 system),a topological nodal-line semimetal in the prep seffiffinffi ce of both charge density wave(CDW)and superconductivity.In the x=0.58 sample,the 2×√3 commensurate CDW(CCDW)and the 2×2 CCDW are observed below 116 and 77 K,respectively.Consistent with theoretical calculations,the spin–orbital coupling gives rise to two twofold-degenerate nodal rings(Weyl rings)connected by drumhead surface states,confirmed by angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy.Our results suggest that the 2×2 CCDW ordering gaps out one Weyl ring in accordance with the CDW band folding,while the other Weyl ring remains gapless with intact surface states.In addition,superconductivity emerges at 0.91 K,with the upper critical field deviating from the s-wave behavior at low temperature,implying possibly unconventional superconductivity.Therefore,we think this type of the 112 system may possess abundant physical states and offer a platform to investigate the interplay between CDW,nontrivial band topology and superconductivity. 展开更多
