目的分析南部沿海珠海地区儿童过敏性疾病的过敏原谱,为诊治及预防儿童过敏性疾病提供参考。方法回顾性分析2016年1月~2017年3月珠海市妇幼保健院门诊因过敏临床症状或疑似有过敏原因就诊的2146例患儿,进行食物类与吸入物过敏原皮肤点... 目的分析南部沿海珠海地区儿童过敏性疾病的过敏原谱,为诊治及预防儿童过敏性疾病提供参考。方法回顾性分析2016年1月~2017年3月珠海市妇幼保健院门诊因过敏临床症状或疑似有过敏原因就诊的2146例患儿,进行食物类与吸入物过敏原皮肤点刺试验(SPT),阳性结果共9478项次,按年龄(<1岁、1~<3岁、3~<6岁、6~14岁)和季节(春、夏、秋、冬)分组,分析南部沿海珠海地区儿童过敏性疾病过敏原谱的流行特点。结果9478项次阳性SPT结果中(食物类20种、吸入类11种),食物类阳性占比为72.23%,吸入类阳性占比为27.77%。食物类阳性过敏原前9位顺位:牛奶、鸡蛋、小虾、鸡蛋清、鸡蛋黄、花生、核桃、鳕鱼、蟹肉;吸入类阳性过敏原前9位顺位:螨Ⅰ(粉尘螨)>螨Ⅱ(屋尘螨)>蟑螂>羽毛>霉菌Ⅰ>禾本科>猫上皮>乳胶>狗上皮。食物类过敏四季均以牛奶、鸡蛋最为常见,食物类过敏尤其以<1岁组最高发;吸入物类过敏四季均以螨Ⅰ(粉尘螨)、螨Ⅱ(屋尘螨)最为常见,吸入物类过敏尤其以6~14岁组最高发。食物类与吸入类过敏原均以冬、春季为主。过敏原反应强度+,以<1岁组最多见;过敏原++和过敏原++++,则以6~14岁组为主。结论珠海地区儿童过敏性疾病的过敏原谱因年龄、季节、过敏原反应强度不同而异。应结合儿童过敏性疾病临床症状与SPT检测特征性结果,对不同年龄和季节儿童过敏性疾病实施临床预防诊治干预。 展开更多

Injectable bovine collagen has been used clinically for years. But both the necessity of repeated injections to maintain corrections and the question of adverse allergic reactions developing from the use of a xenogenic collagen have been an area of serious concern. To overoome these adverse effects, we have developed injectable collagen preparations from human placenta. Gamma irradiation was used for sterilization and crosslinkins of the collagen.We observed the mouse immune respose to gamma-irradiated human placenta soluble and insoluble collagen following multiple injections. After six injections of these materials, no total IgG level increase was found, nor was antibody specifically directed against human collagen found.Mouse antibody levels were also observed following Zyderm II and Zyplast repetitive injections and following repetitive implantations of coated vicryl and chromic gut. No humoral immune response was found in this heterologous type system. 展开更多

Its major symptom is bowel dysmotility, yet the mechanism of the symptom is poorly understood. Since the neurokinin-1 receptor (NK1R)-mediated signaling in the gut is important in the control of normal bowel motor function,we aimed to investigate whether the NK1R-mediated bowel motor function was altered in IBS, using a rat IBS model that was previously reported to show colonic dysmotility in response to restraint stress.METHODS: IBS symptoms were produced in male SpragueDawley rats by inducing colitis with acetic acid. Rats were left to recover from colitis for 6 d, and used for experiments 7 d post-induction of colitis. Motor activities of distal colon were recorded in vitro.RESULTS: The contractile sensitivity of isolated colon to a NK1R agonist [Sar9, Met(O2)11]-substance P (1-30 nmol/L)was higher in IBS rats than that in normal rats. After the enteric neurotransmission was blocked by tetrodotoxin (TTX, 1 μmol/L), the contractile sensitivity to the NK1R agonist was increased in normal colon but not in IBS rat colon. The NK1R agonist-induced contraction was not different between the two groups when the agonist was challenged to the TTX-treated colon or the isolated colonic myocytes. A nitric oxide synthase inhibitor Nω-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME, 100 μmol/L) augmented the NK1R agonist-induced contraction only in normal rat colon.CONCLUSION: These results suggest that the NK1R-meidated colonic motor response is increased in IBS rats, due to the decrease in the nitrergic inhibitory neural component. 展开更多

Induced Immunity of Response to Some Allergens Towards Response of Other Skin Test Allergens and Its Correlation with Immediate Hypersensitivity Reactions

Allergens are innocuous environmental antigens that cause lgE mediated hypersensitivity reactions. These antigens can be divided into several groups according to their nature like plant allergens, grasses, fungal allergens, pollen grains and house dust mite. Skin response to such allergens is associated with each other either by positive relation (positive correlation) or negative (inverse) relation. No previous papers found to discuss such correlations. In order to investigate these correlations, skin prick test of standard allergens solutions was carried out in 500 patients suffering allergic reactions of the age 12-60 years of both sexes. The results showed that there is a high significance of positive and negative correlations in skin response to allergens in the same group and with allergens of different groups suggesting that there is an induction or suppression of immune response. In conclusion the similarity or dissimilarity in the primary structure of some allergens in addition to gene-environment interaction may reflect positive/negative correlations between certain allergens that can influence the related allergic reactions. 展开更多

Effect of Abiotic Factors on the Mercury Reduction Process by Humic Acids in Aqueous Systems 被引量:6

As a global pollutant process, the reduction of mercury (Hg) is especially important. One pathway is through an abiotic reduction with humic acids (HAs), which is controlled by different factors, including initial Hg and HA concentrations, pH, temperature and light. In this study, three humic acids were selected to illustrate the Hg2+ abiotic reduction mechanisms by HAs, and to identify the key limiting factors for reduction rates and amounts. In addition, the initial status of the HAs as a solid or in an aqueous solution were also compared, to help explain why HAs show different dominant characteristics (e.g. complexation or reduction) in the reaction process with Hg. Results indicated that HAs were able to reduce Hg abiotically. Higher initial Hg, higher HA concentrations and either high (8.1) or low (3.6) solution pH decreased the HA reduction capacity. In addition, Hg~ production rates increased with increasing temperature, and the same trend was observed with light exposure. Humic acids added as an aqueous solution resulted in significantly greater HgO production than addition as a bulk solid. Finally, the Hg reduction rate and capacity varied significantly (P 〈 0.05) with HAs from different sources. These findings helped to explain why HAs showed different dominant characteristics (e.g. complexation or reduction) in the reaction process with of Hg2+ reduction, which indicated that humic substances in sink or a source for Hg.
