花粉过敏的研究现状与应对措施

城市作为人类主要聚集地,部分植物因释放过敏花粉而诱发的过敏反应,成为威胁城市人口健康的障碍因子。花粉过敏发展成为一个广泛而复杂的研究领域,涉及花粉过敏原的分子特性、携带过敏原的颗粒的性质以及来源分布等多学科知识,了解空气... 城市作为人类主要聚集地,部分植物因释放过敏花粉而诱发的过敏反应,成为威胁城市人口健康的障碍因子。花粉过敏发展成为一个广泛而复杂的研究领域,涉及花粉过敏原的分子特性、携带过敏原的颗粒的性质以及来源分布等多学科知识,了解空气传播花粉过敏原的趋势,对于花粉相关呼吸系统疾病在全球范围内的高流行率和社会经济影响具有重要意义。本研究梳理了国内外花粉过敏研究进展,分析了影响花粉过敏的因素及对人们健康产生的危害,进一步获得花粉过敏程度的评估方式。在此基础上,归纳出主要致敏植物及花粉过敏的流行趋势与花粉过敏的预防和治疗,指出了要估计城市植被和大气花粉浓度对变态反应者的健康危害,关键是建立高效、快速的监测系统和可靠的变态反应风险指标,以及对未来该领域研究方向提出展望,以期为我国城市健康发展提供科学指导,助力“健康中国”发展战略的实施。 展开更多

目的 :对清开灵引起的过敏反应进行统计分析。方法 :对 2 0 0 0年 1月~ 2 0 0 4年 3月中国期刊网中收录的 90例次清开灵过敏反应从性别、年龄、发生时间、给药途径和临床表现等方面进行分析。结果 :清开灵过敏与年龄、性别无关。在类型... 目的 :对清开灵引起的过敏反应进行统计分析。方法 :对 2 0 0 0年 1月~ 2 0 0 4年 3月中国期刊网中收录的 90例次清开灵过敏反应从性别、年龄、发生时间、给药途径和临床表现等方面进行分析。结果 :清开灵过敏与年龄、性别无关。在类型上 ,过敏性休克者 5 0例 (5 6 % ) ,皮肤粘膜症状者 4 0例 (4 4 % ) ,药热者 11例 (12 % ) ,其他类型过敏反应 18例 (2 0 % ) ,2 9例同时出现多种过敏症状。最短过敏时间为开始用药 0 .5min以内 ,最长为用药后 12 0h ,83例 (92 % )在用药过程中发生过敏症状。结论 :过敏性休克在清开灵过敏中最为常见 。 展开更多

目的基于血清特异性IgE(sIgE)水平,分析支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)患儿的过敏情况及其与年龄、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数的关系。方法回顾性分析120例哮喘患儿的临床资料,根据年龄将患儿分为A组(1岁<年龄≤3岁)15例、B组(3岁<年龄≤... 目的基于血清特异性IgE(sIgE)水平,分析支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)患儿的过敏情况及其与年龄、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数的关系。方法回顾性分析120例哮喘患儿的临床资料,根据年龄将患儿分为A组(1岁<年龄≤3岁)15例、B组(3岁<年龄≤6岁)56例、C组(6岁<年龄≤15岁)49例。分析哮喘患儿血清总IgE阳性情况、吸入性及食入性过敏原sIgE阳性情况。比较3组患儿血清总IgE水平、吸入性及食入性过敏原sIgE水平。分析屋尘螨/粉尘螨sIgE阳性患儿的过敏程度与年龄、外周血EOS计数的关系。结果(1)120例哮喘患儿中,有110例(91.67%)患儿血清总IgE阳性;A组、B组、C组的血清总IgE阳性率分别为73.33%(11/15)、91.07%(51/56)、97.96%(48/49),C组的血清总IgE阳性率高于A组(P<0.05)。(2)120例哮喘儿童中,屋尘螨/粉尘螨sIgE阳性例数最多;A组哮喘患儿以屋尘螨/粉尘螨、霉菌混合、牛奶过敏为主,B组哮喘患儿以屋尘螨/粉尘螨、鸡蛋、大豆过敏为主,C组哮喘患儿以屋尘螨/粉尘螨、蟑螂、狗毛过敏为主。C组哮喘患儿屋尘螨/粉尘螨sIgE阳性率高于A组和B组,而A组哮喘患儿霉菌混合sIgE阳性率高于C组(P<0.05)。(3)67.06%(57/85)的屋尘螨/粉尘螨sIgE阳性哮喘患儿为特重度过敏。屋尘螨/粉尘螨sIgE阳性哮喘患儿的过敏程度与外周血EOS计数呈正相关,且C组患儿的屋尘螨/粉尘螨过敏程度较A组与B组严重(P<0.05)。结论哮喘患儿的血清总IgE水平升高,且随年龄增加总体呈现升高趋势。屋尘螨/粉尘螨是哮喘患儿的主要过敏原,且随着年龄增加,哮喘患儿的常见过敏原由混合性过敏原逐渐过渡为吸入性过敏原。屋尘螨/粉尘螨过敏的哮喘患儿的过敏程度随着年龄增加而加重,且与外周血EOS计数相关;外周血EOS计数可作为评估屋尘螨/粉尘螨过敏的哮喘患儿过敏程度的参考指标。 展开更多

A new cascade control program was proposed based on modified internal model control to handle stable,unstable and integrating processes with time delay.The program had totally four controllers of which the secondary loop had two controllers and the primary loop had two controllers.The two secondary loop controllers were designed using IMC technique.They were decoupled completely and could be adjusted independently,which avoided the undesirable influence on performance of the primary controllers.The main controller in the primary loop was devised as a PID using the method of minimum sensitivity,which could guarantee not only the nominal performance but also the robust stability of the system.A setpoint filter was added in the primary loop to improve the tracking performance.All the controllers of the two closed-loops were designed analytically,and could be adjusted and optimized by single parameter respectively.Simulations were carried out on three various processes with time delay,and the results show that the proposed method can provide a better performance of both set-point tracking and disturbance rejection and robustness against parameters perturbation. 展开更多

This paper addresses a unified approach of the PID controller design for low as well as high order unstable processes with time delay.The design method is based on the direct synthesis(DS)approach to achieve the enhanced load disturbance rejection.To improve the servo response,a two-degree of freedom control scheme has been considered.A suitable guideline has been provided to select the desired reference model in the DS scheme.The direct synthesis controller has been approximated to the PID controller using the frequency response matching method.A consistently better performance has been obtained in comparison with the recently reported methods. 展开更多

Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA) will take the advantage of the ultra-low background of CJPL lab and high current accelerator based on an ECR source and a highly sensitive detector to directly study for the first time a number of crucial reactions occurring at their relevant stellar energies during the evolution of hydrostatic stars. In its first phase, JUNA aims at the direct measurements of^(25)Mg(p,γ)^(26)Al,^(19)F(p,α)^(16)O,^(13)C(α,n)^(16)O and ^(12)C(α,γ)^(16)O reactions. The experimental setup,which includes an accelerator system with high stability and high intensity, a detector system, and a shielding material with low background, will be established during the above research. In the present study, time evolution of quantum Cramer–Rao bound of entangled N00N state, as phase sensitivity, is determined by the aid of quantum estimation theory in the presence decoherence channels. Also, the dynamic quantum process as decoherence approach is characterized by quantum fisher information flow and entanglement amount in order to distinguish between Markovian and Non-Markovian process. The comparison between quantum fisher information and quantum fisher information flow assists to comprehend the phase sensitivity evolution corresponding to Non-Markovian and Markovian process. Furthermore, as result of backflow of information from the environment to system, the phase sensitivity corresponding memory effect of environment are revived after complete decay and increase in the few times. 展开更多
