以廉价的固体硅胶和硅溶胶作为硅源,采用过程控制法,在无其它介孑L模板剂的情况下,直接合成了具有多级孔结构的ZSM-5沸石。用x射线粉末衍射(XRD),高分辨扫描电子显微镜(SEM),微分热重(DTG)以及氨程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)等... 以廉价的固体硅胶和硅溶胶作为硅源,采用过程控制法,在无其它介孑L模板剂的情况下,直接合成了具有多级孔结构的ZSM-5沸石。用x射线粉末衍射(XRD),高分辨扫描电子显微镜(SEM),微分热重(DTG)以及氨程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)等手段对沸石进行了表征。结果表明,该沸石材料具有发达的呈梯级分布的多级孔结构,集中孔径分布1.7和3.8nm,晶粒尺寸约为1.5μm。用于混合C4烃的催化裂解反应,与传统方法合成的ZSM-5沸石相比,其烯烃选择性(乙烯和丙烯)提高了约5%,烯烃产率提高了近10%。 展开更多

A finite horizon predictive control algorithm, which applies a saturated feedback control law as its local control law, is presented for nonlinear systems with time-delay subject to input constraints. In the algorithm, N free control moves, a saturated local control law and the terminal weighting matrices are solved by a minimization problem based on linear matrix inequality (LMI) constraints online. Compared with the algorithm with a nonsaturated local law, the presented algorithm improves the performances of the closed-loop systems such as feasibility and optimality. This model predictive control (MPC) algorithm is applied to an industrial continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) with explicit input constraint. The simulation results demonstrate that the presented algorithm is effective. 展开更多

The reason why the original DMC algorithm cannot be applied to these processes is analyzed. The shifting matrix is transformed into another form and the corresponding theorem is proved, then its applicable range is extended. Compared with other algorithms on the integral processes, this algorithm is more practical and simple to implement. Simulation results also prove its validity. Two general approaches are adopted in solving dynamic optimization problems in chemical processes, namely, the analytical and numerical methods. The numerical method, which is based on heuristic algorithms, has been widely used. An approach that combines differential evolution (DE) algorithm and control vector parameteri- zation (CVP) is proposed in this paper. In the proposed CVP, control variables are approximated with polynomials based on state variables and time in the entire time interval. Region reduction strategy is used in DE to reduce the width of the search region, which improves the computing efficiency. The results of the case studies demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of the oroposed methods. 展开更多

Control of pH neutralization processes is challenging in the chemical process industry because of their inherent strong nonlinearity. In this paper, the model algorithmic control (MAC) strategy is extended to nonlinear processes using Hammerstein model that consists of a static nonlinear polynomial function followed in series by a linear impulse response dynamic element. A new nonlinear Hammerstein MAC algorithm (named NLH-MAC) is presented in detail. The simulation control results of a pH neutralization process show that NLH-MAC gives better control performance than linear MAC and the commonly used industrial nonlinear propotional plus integral plus derivative (PID) controller. Further simulation experiment demonstrates that NLH-MAC not only gives good control response, but also possesses good stability and robustness even with large modeling errors. 展开更多

In response to many multi-attribute decision-making(MADM)problems involved in chemical processes such as controller tuning,which suffer human's subjective preferential nature in human–computer interactions,a novel affective computing and preferential evolutionary solution is proposed to adapt human–computer interaction mechanism.Based on the stimulating response mechanism,an improved affective computing model is introduced to quantify decision maker's preference in selections of interactive evolutionary computing.In addition,the mathematical relationship between affective space and decision maker's preferences is constructed.Subsequently,a human–computer interactive preferential evolutionary algorithm for MADM problems is proposed,which deals with attribute weights and optimal solutions based on preferential evolution metrics.To exemplify applications of the proposed methods,some test functions and,emphatically,controller tuning issues associated with a chemical process are investigated,giving satisfactory results. 展开更多

Multiple models are used to capture the nonlinear process dynamics relating to gain and time constant variations. The multi-model strategy was implemented on several controllers such as Smith-Predictor using PI (Proportional-lntegral) and GPC (Generalized Predictive Control). Computer simulations and experiments were conducted on several nonlinear systems and compared to the original form of these controllers. In considering the characteristic of a rudder,the maneuvers of a ship were described by an unmatched uncertain nonlinear mathematic model with unknown virtual control coefficient and parameter uncertainties.In order to solve the uncertainties in the ship heading control,specifically the controller singular and paramount re-estimation problem,a new multiple sliding-mode adaptive fuzzy control algorithm was proposed by combining Nussbaum gain technology,the approximation property of fuzzy logic systems,and a multiple sliding-mode control algorithm.Based on the Lyapunov function,it was proven in theory that the controller made all signals in the nonlinear system of unmatched uncertain ship motion uniformly bounded,with tracking errors converging to zero.Simulation results show that the demonstrated controller design can track a desired course fast and accurately.It also exhibits strong robustness peculiarity in relation to system uncertainties and disturbances. 展开更多
