本研究采用经验规则探讨柴油发电机组启停过程控制策略。火电厂机电一体化系统的控制部门划分为三个级别,其中,现场处理级(手动/自动选择开关)的控制权是系统的最高优先级。软件程序联锁具有操作所有系统设备的第二优先权。远程集控室... 本研究采用经验规则探讨柴油发电机组启停过程控制策略。火电厂机电一体化系统的控制部门划分为三个级别,其中,现场处理级(手动/自动选择开关)的控制权是系统的最高优先级。软件程序联锁具有操作所有系统设备的第二优先权。远程集控室中央监控和数据采集系统(SCADA)是操作所有系统设备的第三个优先事项。不同级别的操作通过远程控制系统的接口控制器使控制系统的功能与SCADA系统兼容。SCADA系统的控制成为一个统一协调的实体,既提高了柴油机的自动化水平,也提高了柴油发电机组运行的安全性和可靠性。 展开更多

利用ELID技术原理,采用砂轮法向跟踪法在数控坐标磨床上实现了氮化硅陶瓷球面的ELID磨削加工.通过实验研究ELID磨削过程中电解磨削动态平衡策略、电解主动控制策略、电解磨削交叉策略、磨削主动控制策略和径向进给主动控制策略五种过程... 利用ELID技术原理,采用砂轮法向跟踪法在数控坐标磨床上实现了氮化硅陶瓷球面的ELID磨削加工.通过实验研究ELID磨削过程中电解磨削动态平衡策略、电解主动控制策略、电解磨削交叉策略、磨削主动控制策略和径向进给主动控制策略五种过程控制策略,并对表面粗糙度和表面形貌进行了对比.总结出ELID磨削过程最优组合策略:粗磨阶段采用电解主动控制策略,以去除加工材料为主;精磨阶段采用磨削主动控制策略,以去除划痕及减少表面/亚表面损伤为主;光磨阶段采用径向进给主动控制策略,以磨粒的滚动和氧化膜的滑动抛光作用为主. 展开更多

采用改良A/O分段进水工艺处理我国南方低浓度、低碳氮比城市生活污水。在进水COD/TN为5.16,HRT为8.7h,SRT为15d,MLSS为5.66g.L-1,污泥回流比为75%,厌氧/缺氧/好氧体积比为4∶8∶10条件下,通过设置6种不同进水流量分配比,控制各好氧段DO... 采用改良A/O分段进水工艺处理我国南方低浓度、低碳氮比城市生活污水。在进水COD/TN为5.16,HRT为8.7h,SRT为15d,MLSS为5.66g.L-1,污泥回流比为75%,厌氧/缺氧/好氧体积比为4∶8∶10条件下,通过设置6种不同进水流量分配比,控制各好氧段DO为1~1.5mg.L-1,经过150d的连续运行,得到系统最佳流量分配比为20%∶35%∶35%∶10%;在此工况下COD、氨氮、总氮、总磷出水水质分别为33.05mg.L-1、0.58mg.L-1、9.26mg.L-1、0.46mg.L-1,出水优于国家GB 18918—2002一级A排放标准。原水COD绝大部分作为厌氧释磷和反硝化脱氮所需碳源,系统对碳源有效利用率达74%;DO和ORP的协同控制可以作为系统厌氧放磷段的控制参数;同时亦可作为缺氧段反硝化完成和好氧段硝化完成的指示性参数。 展开更多

Walking is the most basic and essential part of the activities of daily living. To enable the elderly and non-ambulatory gait-impaired patients, the repetitive practice of this task, a novel gait training robot(GTR) was designed followed the end-effector principle, and an active partial body weight support(PBWS) system was introduced to facilitate successful gait training. For successful establishment of a walking gait on the GTR with PBWS, the motion laws of the GTR were planned to enable the phase distribution relationships of the cycle step, and the center of gravity(COG) trajectory of the human body during gait training on the GTR was measured. A coordinated control strategy was proposed based on the impedance control principle. A robotic prototype was developed as a platform for evaluating the design concepts and control strategies. Preliminary gait training with a healthy subject was implemented by the robotic-assisted gait training system and the experimental results are encouraging. 展开更多

Industrial processes are mostly large-scale systems with high order.They use fully centralized control strategy,the parameters of which are difficult to tune.In the design of large-scale systems,the decomposition according to the interaction between input and output variables is the first step and the basis for the selection of control structure.In this paper,the decomposition principle of processes in large-scale systems is proposed for the design of control structure.A new variable pairing method is presented,considering the steady-state information and dynamic response of large-scale system.By selecting threshold values,the related matrix can be transformed into the adjoining matrixes,which directly measure the couple among different loops.The optimal number of controllers can be obtained after decomposing the large-scale system.A practical example is used to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the proposed interaction decomposition principle in process large-scale systems. 展开更多

The present work shows the results of a pilot methodology, designed after a series of observations and documented from 2006, on the process of acquisition of Translation Competence (TC) of students of translation. This method of analysis, appointed Previous Protocol to Translation or PPT, emerged as an option in search of teaching strategies of translation. This PPT has provided data not only on how novice translators acquire the translation competence, but it has been uncovered some independent variables that directly affect their development. There has been, in the four semesters analyzed in this work, a clear pattern that shows that an appropriate quality control to translate (and to carry out punctual terminology management) determines a better or worse quality of the final product (translations); therefore, this reflects in a better translation competence in the novice students. 展开更多

To overcome the large time-delay in measuring the hardness of mixed rubber, rheological parameters were used to predict the hardness. A novel Q-based model updating strategy was proposed as a universal platform to track time-varying properties. Using a few selected support samples to update the model, the strategy could dramat- ically save the storage cost and overcome the adverse influence of low signal-to-noise ratio samples. Moreover, it could be applied to any statistical process monitoring system without drastic changes to them, which is practical for industrial practices. As examples, the Q-based strategy was integrated with three popular algorithms (partial least squares (PIE), recursive PIE (RPLS), and kernel PIE (KPIE)) to form novel regression ones, QPLS, QRPIE and QKPLS, respectively. The applications for predicting mixed rubber hardness on a large-scale tire plant in east China prove the theoretical considerations. 展开更多

A Real-time Updated Model Predictive Control Strategy for Batch Processes Based on State Estimation

Nonlinear model predictive control(NMPC) is an appealing control technique for improving the performance of batch processes, but its implementation in industry is not always possible due to its heavy on-line computation. To facilitate the implementation of NMPC in batch processes, we propose a real-time updated model predictive control method based on state estimation. The method includes two strategies: a multiple model building strategy and a real-time model updated strategy. The multiple model building strategy is to produce a series of sim-plified models to reduce the on-line computational complexity of NMPC. The real-time model updated strategy is to update the simplified models to keep the accuracy of the models describing dynamic process behavior. The me-thod is validated with a typical batch reactor. Simulation studies show that the new method is efficient and robust with respect to model mismatch and changes in process parameters. 展开更多
