结合跨座式单轨的系统特点和应用案例,探讨跨座式单轨线路设计中涉及的道路横断面调整、高架桥梁结构选择、环评影响、敷设方式选择等典型问题,并根据重庆单轨交通2、3号线多年的运营情况,总结和分析规划设计过程中的经验教训。单轨线... 结合跨座式单轨的系统特点和应用案例,探讨跨座式单轨线路设计中涉及的道路横断面调整、高架桥梁结构选择、环评影响、敷设方式选择等典型问题,并根据重庆单轨交通2、3号线多年的运营情况,总结和分析规划设计过程中的经验教训。单轨线路线形与城市道路线形应匹配,尽量采用标准桥墩,在条件不允许时,可采用不对称的T形、倒L形、门式墩等非标准桥墩。梁体形式需结合桥梁跨度、平面曲线半径、施工方法综合选择。单轨线路布设时,应结合平面曲线半径,比选路中、路侧敷设方案,降低环境影响。跨座式单轨敷设方式并非全部采用高架线,局部采用地下线可灵活适应地形高差、提高运营条件、有利交通枢纽衔接、符合综合交通体系建设等,具有一定必要性。 展开更多

The aim of this paper is to examine the opportunities and problems presented by the increasing availability of technologies which is capable of enhancing sporting performance and identifying the risks in sports for creating educational and sports management practices to lead with justice, honesty, and beneficence. A questionnaire is developed to ascertain the social determinants and risks of health aspects of sports in a sample of professionals and amateurs. Descriptive and correlation analysis were used for data analysis. The study identifies health risks connected with the intensive loading of locomotors system, poor working conditions which cause working trauma and diseases as well as low level of health culture regarding the effects of performance-enhancing drugs including anabolic steroids, stimulants, human growth hormone, and supplements. There are arguments that the quality of sport education will be achieved by addressing the study of sports ethics coupled with a study of management and law. 展开更多

The risk evaluation model of construction diversion is established by taking into consideration the risk factors of construction diversion system with discharge control feature as well as their composition. And the risk factors include the upstream operational reservoir discharge control, the interval flood and branch flood and the diversion system itself. And then based on analyzing of the conversion relation between risk index and investment index of diversion scheme, the risk control and conversion principals of diversion system are put forward, and the feasible diversion scheme model is built. At last, the risk and economic evaluation and scheme economic feasibility analysis method of diversion scheme are shown by an example of construction diversion scheme optimization with the discharge control condition of upstream hydropower station. The study is valuable for establishment and optimization of construction diversion scheme with upstream reservoir discharge control. 展开更多

In this paper, online security warning and risk assessment of power grid are proposed, based on data from EMS (Energy Management System), combined with information of real-time operation state, component status and external operating environment. It combines the two factors, contingency likelihood and severity, that determine system reliability, into risk indices on different loads and operation modes, which provide precise evaluation of the power grid's security performance. According to these indices, it can know the vulnerable area of the system and whether the normal operating mode or repair mode is over-limited or not, and provide decision-making support for dispatchers. Common cause outages and equipment-aging are considered in terms of the establishment of outage model. Multiple risk indices are defined in order to reflect the risk level of the power grid more comprehensively. 展开更多
