The purpose of this study is to determine if body weight support influences the stride length (SL)-velocity as well as leg impact acceleration relationship during running. Methods: Subjects (n = 10, 21.4 ± 2.0 years, 72.4 ± 10.3 kg, 1.76 ± 0.09 m) completed 16 run conditions consisting of specific body weight support and velocity combinations. Velocities tested were 100%, 110%, 120%, and 130% of the preferred velocity (2.75± 0.36 m/s). Body weight support conditions consisted of 0, 60%,5, 70%, and 80% body weight support. SL and leg impact accelerations were determined using a light-weight accelerometer mounted on the surface of the anterior-distal aspect of the tibia. A 4 × 4 (velocity x body weight support) repeated measures ANOVA was used for each dependent variable (a = 0.05). Results: Neither SL nor leg impact acceleration were influenced by the interaction of body weight support and velocity (p 〉 0.05). SL was least during no body weight support (p 〈 0.05) but not different between 60%, 70%, and 80% support (p 〉 0.05). Leg impact acceleration was greatest during no body weight support (p 〈 0.05) but not different between 60%, 70%, and 80% support (p 〉 0.05). SL and leg impact accelerations increased with velocity regardless of support (p 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The relationships between SL and leg impact accelerations with velocity were not influenced by body weight support.展开更多

Looked from the running situation of Wu Long kou sewage treatment plant, the improved oxidation ditch have certain advantages in city sewage treatment, such as high organic removing efficiency, good removing effect of nitrogen and phosphorus, low investing expenses and operating cost and so on. In light of the results of B-modes power spectrum from BICEP2 and using the based ACDM, a constraint on the tensor-to-scalar ratio r = 0.20-0.05+0.07 (68% C.L.) can be obtained, however, this result is in apparent tension with the limit on standard inflation models from the recent PLANCK measurement, r 〈 0.11 (95% C.L.). Herein we review the recent progress on the cosmological studies after BICEP2 and discuss on different ways of reconciling the tension between PLANCK and BICEP2 data. We will discuss possible modifications on the standard cosmological model, such as including the running of scalar spectral index or other cosmological parameters correlated with inflationary cosmological parameters, or tilting the primordial power spectrum at large scales by introducing a cut off which can be predicted by bouncing cosmology. We will also comment on another possibility of generating extra B-modes of CMB polarization, namely by a non-zero polarization rotation angle during its transferring from the last scattering surface.展开更多

But hints of these features can also be observed at purely classic levels. For this purpose we need to find solutions to the colorly-sourceful Yang-Mills equations with both confining and asymptotic freedom features. We provide such a solution in this paper which at the near-source region is of serial form, while at the far-away region is approximately expressed through simple elementary functions. From the solution, we derive out a classically non-perturbative beta function describing the running of effective coupling constant, which is linear in the couplings both in the infrared and ultraviolet region.展开更多
