One end of the open chain is fixed to the base or the earth, and the other end which is free fastens the end executor to complete various duties. Each link of this arc welding robot has four kinds of Denavit-Hartenberg parameters: common normal length between two adjacent links, angle of two adjacent joints, distance between the crossing of common normal length and two joints axes, and angle of two adjacent links. The displacement relation between each link of the Motoman HP6 arc welding robot is introduced, and the kinematic positive-going solution and the kinematic passive-going solution are calculated.展开更多

Similar simulations were carried out under certain weather conditions. The different boundary conditions of chloride transport were also discussed from FA texture, cover soil thickness, groundwater table level, and initial chloride concentration. Furthermore, the sensitivities of chloride ions to these effect factors were analyzed. The results show that the different top soil thickness and initial chloride concentration have no effect on salinity of topsoil solution in the monitoring points, but they can clearly change the chloride concentration of FA layers. The sensibilities from top soil thickness and initial chloride content are exceedingly weak to the salinity balance based on two dimensions of the time and concentration. While the different FA texture and groundwater table not only affect the salinity equilibrium process of the whole reclaimed soil profile, but also change its balance state. Generally, coarse FA particles and high groundwater table can defer the salinity balance process of the reclaimed soil solution, and they also increase the chloride concentration of FA layer solutions, and even topsoil ones.展开更多

In total, 37608 transporters with 15075 substrates from 884 organisms were curated from UniProt functional annotation. A unique feature of TSdb is that all the substrates are mapped to identifiers from the KEGG Ligand com- pound database. Thus, TSdb links current metabolic pathway schema with compound transporter systems via the shared compounds in the pathways. Furthermore, all the transporter substrates in TSdb are classified according to their biochemical properties, biological roles and subcellular localizations. In addition to the functional annotation of transporters, extensive compound annotation that includes inhibitor information from the KEGG Ligand and BRENDA databases has been integrated, making TSdb a useful source for the discovery of potential inhibitory mechanisms linking transporter substrates and metabolic enzymes. User-friendly web interfaces are designed for easy access, query and download of the data. Text and BLAST searches against all transporters in the database are provided. We will regularly update the substrate data with evidence from new publications.展开更多
