Detailed experimental processes and results are described and carried out. Results indicate that heat transfer coefficient (HTC) is increased with the increase of blowing ratio. When the blowing ratio is lower, the distribution of HTC along the heated wall can be divided into three regions. For larger blowing ratio or diameter, the cooling characteristics oi parallel-inlet film holes are similar to those of convective heat transfer around flat. Furthermore, when hole diameter is deter- mined, the arrangement patterns of film hole and the blowing ratio take a great influence on HTC.展开更多

Numerical solution of gas-particle two-phase flow was put forward based on collocated grid SIMPLE algorithm. Moreover, numerical simulation of dust concentration in fully mechanized caving face was carded out by using Fluent software. Finally, when in forced-exhaust ventilation circumstance, drawer type fan drum have less dust absorption, and most of dust spread to the other site; the dust concentration is inversely proportional to the distance from tunneling head, and the dust concentration has already diffused to decrease below 102 mg/m3 at the position ofx=12 m. Dust are more focused on relative side(in the range about y from 0 to 2 meter) of roadway space of press-ventilated fan drum, especially between tunneling place and drawer type fan drum; the roadway with road header have a higher dust concentration. These conclusions provide reliable theory basis for the dust prevention in comprehensive mechanized heading face.展开更多

On the basis of Level Set method, an improved mathematical model that described interfacial dynamics of acid gas-brine system in a deep confined saline aquifer was proposed for predicting the propagation of the acid gas plume, which was featured by using Peng-Robinson equation and modified Lucas equation to describe variations of the density and viscosity of acid gas in saline aquifers. The evolutional characte^stics of acid gas plume were obtained through numerical simulations using COMSOL Multiphysics 3.5a. The results showed that under intrinsic characteristics of aquifers and operational conditions given, the variation of acid gas density was the major factor that influences the patterns and shapes of the plume. The leading edge position of acid gas plume was intensively dependent on the acid gas composition. Under the scheme of fixed mass flow rate injection, as the molar fraction of H2S increased, the position of leading edge advanced gradually towards the injection well. Moreover, the estimation of the storage efficiency of acid gas in saline aquifers was clarified and discussed. The proposed approach and the simulation results will provide insights into the determination of optimal operational strategies and rapid identification of the consequences of acid gas injection into deep confined saline aquifers.展开更多
