为探索开源设计社区中不同成员构成对知识协作网络进化的影响,建立了开源设计社区知识协作网络进化过程模型,刻画了主体—任务知识匹配机制、协作伙伴选择机制、知识溢出机制和知识增长机制。使用多主体建模及仿真方法实现了开源设计知... 为探索开源设计社区中不同成员构成对知识协作网络进化的影响,建立了开源设计社区知识协作网络进化过程模型,刻画了主体—任务知识匹配机制、协作伙伴选择机制、知识溢出机制和知识增长机制。使用多主体建模及仿真方法实现了开源设计知识协作网络进化过程的仿真。设计了一系列仿真实验,研究了不同数量比例的成员结构对知识协作网络进化的影响。实验结果表明,增加精英主体的比例能够显著提高项目的成长速度,但随着精英主体的增加,精英主体带来的项目成长速度与知识增长效应逐渐衰弱。基于仿真结果提出了开源设计社区的管理建议。 展开更多

This paper discussed an extended model for flexibility analysis of chemical process. Under uncertainty, probability density function is used to describe uncertain parameters instead of hyper-rectangle, and chanceconstrained programming is a feasible way to deal with the violation of constraints. Because the feasible region of control variables would change along with uncertain parameters, its smallest acceptable size threshold is presented to ensure the controllability condition. By synthesizing the considerations mentioned above, a modified model can describe the flexibility analysis problem more exactly. Then a hybrid algorithm, which integrates stochastic simulation and genetic algorithm, is applied to solve this model and maximize the flexibility region. Both numerical and chemical process examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method. 展开更多

In order to reduce the computation of complex problems, a new surrogate-assisted estimation of distribution algorithm with Gaussian process was proposed. Coevolution was used in dual populations which evolved in parallel. The search space was projected into multiple subspaces and searched by sub-populations. Also, the whole space was exploited by the other population which exchanges information with the sub-populations. In order to make the evolutionary course efficient, multivariate Gaussian model and Gaussian mixture model were used in both populations separately to estimate the distribution of individuals and reproduce new generations. For the surrogate model, Gaussian process was combined with the algorithm which predicted variance of the predictions. The results on six benchmark functions show that the new algorithm performs better than other surrogate-model based algorithms and the computation complexity is only 10% of the original estimation of distribution algorithm. 展开更多

MacArthur and Wilson's equilibrium theory is one of the most influential theories in ecology.Although evolution on islands is to be important to island biodiversity,speciation has not been well integrated into island biogeography models.By incorporating speciation and factors influencing it into the MacArthur-Wilson model,we propose a generalized model unifying ecological and evolutionary processes and island features.Intra-island speciation may play an important role in both island species richness and endemism,and the contribution of speciation to local species diversity may eventually be greater than that of immigration under certain conditions.Those conditions are related to the per species speciation rate,per species extinction rate,and island features,and they are independent of immigration rate.The model predicts that large islands will have a high,though not the highest,proportional endemism when other parameters are fixed.Based on the generalized model,changes in species richness and endemism on an oceanic island over time were predicted to be similar to empirical observations.Our model provides an ideal starting point for re-evaluating the role of speciation and re-analyzing available data on island species diversity,especially those biased by the MacArthur-Wilson model. 展开更多

The W UMa-type contact binaries have been observed for several decades.To construct the evolutionary model for W UMa-type contact binaries,many difficulties were encountered due to the existence of complicated physical processes in such systems.The model introduced by Huang,Song and Bi includes some special and unique understandings of the physical processes of contact binaries.It is necessary to test whether this model can be used for W UMa-type contact binaries.The best way to test a theoretical model is to know whether this model can explain the observational phenomena of such systems.For this aim,a comparison is performed for the relations of mass-luminosity,mass-radius,and the distribution in the HR diagram obtained from the model introduced by Huang et al.and those from the astronomical observations.The result of the comparison indicates that this model can be applied to W UMa-type contact binaries and can explain the observational phenomena of such binaries. 展开更多
