Increasing populations are causing an increase in food demands, and the area of cultivated land expands every year. Inappropriate land transition from ecology to production results in the constant decline of the ecolo...Increasing populations are causing an increase in food demands, and the area of cultivated land expands every year. Inappropriate land transition from ecology to production results in the constant decline of the ecological security level and influences the regional sustainable development. Adjusting unreasonable land use mode and reconstructing natural land cover are important ways to maintain and improve the ecological environment. Also reclaiming farmland as areas for forests and grasslands (FRFG) is another way. Successful implementation of FRFG in China is the result of comprehensive effect of the multi-scales driving forces. This paper analyses the driving forces of FRFG in China on a national (country) –regional (province) – local (county) – household (farmer) level scale, and the results are: driving forces at the national scale include ecological and food security and the western development of China; at the regional scale, ecological and economic benefits become the main factors to influence the dimension of FRFG under the same policy. The driving forces can be divided into 6 types: industrial structure adjustment, water source protection, flood prevention, the Three-Gorge Project protection, reduction of the amount of sediment flowing into the Yellow River and wind erosion desertification prevention. The driving forces at the local scale can be divided into 12 types with developing leading industries, increasing farmers’ income and improving agricultural production conditions as the main types; at the household scale, the nationalpolicy meeting farmers’ demands and the optimization of individual interests are all driving forces.展开更多
There are a lot of security issues in block cipher algorithm.Security analysis and enhanced design of a dynamic block cipher was proposed.Firstly,the safety of ciphertext was enhanced based on confusion substitution o...There are a lot of security issues in block cipher algorithm.Security analysis and enhanced design of a dynamic block cipher was proposed.Firstly,the safety of ciphertext was enhanced based on confusion substitution of S-box,thus disordering the internal structure of data blocks by four steps of matrix transformation.Then,the diffusivity of ciphertext was obtained by cyclic displacement of bytes using column ambiguity function.The dynamic key was finally generated by using LFSR,which improved the stochastic characters of secret key in each of round of iteration.The safety performance of proposed algorithm was analyzed by simulation test.The results showed the proposed algorithm has a little effect on the speed of encryption and decryption while enhancing the security.Meanwhile,the proposed algorithm has highly scalability,the dimension of S-box and the number of register can be dynamically extended according to the security requirement.展开更多

In this paper, we propose a fully homomorphic encryption scheme based on LWE, which has better key size. Our main contributions are: (1) According to the binary-LWE recently, we choose secret key from binary set and modify the basic encryption scheme proposed in Linder and Peikert in 2010. We propose a fully homomorphic encryption scheme based on the new basic encryption scheme. We analyze the correctness and give the proof of the security of our scheme. The public key, evaluation keys and tensored ciphertext have better size in our scheme. (2) Estimating parameters for fully homomorphic encryption scheme is an important work. We estimate the concert parameters for our scheme. We compare these parameters between our scheme and Bral2 scheme. Our scheme have public key and private key that smaller by a factor of about logq than in Bral2 scheme. Tensored ciphertext in our scheme is smaller by a factor of about log2q than in Bral2 scheme. Key switching matrix in our scheme is smaller by a factor of about log3q than in Bra12 scheme.展开更多

Methods: We improved time-out compliance rate by using PDCA-cycle (a...Objective: To explore the effect of PDCA-cycle in improving time-out compliance rate and improvement in quality and safety management of surgery. Methods: We improved time-out compliance rate by using PDCA-cycle (a quality improvement tools). Data were collected before and after the implementation of PDCA-cycle. The results were analyzed. Results: After implementation of PDCA-cycle, over all time-out compliance rate was increased from 80% to 99.8% (P=0.000). The compliance rate of identifying patient, performing site marking before surgery, verification of correct-site and correct procedure were increased from 85.1%, 79.2%, 89.7% and 89.1% to 99.8%, 99.9%, 100% and 100% (P〈0.05) respectively. Conclusion: Our study validated the PDCA-cycle methodology improves time-out compliance rate, and it is one of the most effective quality improvement tools for hospital management.展开更多

The interpretation of case data with actor network theory (ANT) provides an illustration of power coalitions among banks to create a de facto standard for transnational electronic payment security on the Internet. After a step of protecting its political interests and well-known technological solutions, the coalition understands that its mission becomes a matter of life and death for its members: Brand-new currency has been invented on the Web and one could develop business and monetary transactions without the banks. This interpretative stage tells us much about the transnational mechanisms of regulation and standardization as well as the "translation" steps regarding these transnational organizations. However, an additional step has to be added to this interpretative step, a step of framework construction. The aim is to help managers of the transnational firms involved in regulations and standardization to anticipate the evolutions and make relevant decisions. The framework has three distinctive characteristics: the ability to help conception, the ability to help conceive problems "ex ante", and the ability to facilitate collective conception of strategic maneuvers.展开更多

This paper transformed this scheduling problem into a variant of the variable-sized bin packing problem, put forward eight bin packing algorithms adapted from the classic one-dimensional bin packing problem and investigated their performances from both of the worst-case and the average-case scenarios. Analytical results show that the worst-case performance ratios of the algorithms are not less than 2. Experimental results for average cases show that the Best Fit and the Best Fit Decreasing algorithm outperform any others for independent and precedence-constrained jobs respectively.展开更多

Enhancement of biodegradability of unreadi...In recent decades, a growing worldwide trend of developing the biodegradable lubricants has been prevailing to form a specific field of green chemistry and green engineering. Enhancement of biodegradability of unreadily biodegradable petroleum-based lubricants has as such become an urgent must. For over a decade the authors have been focusing on the improvement of biodegradability of unreadily biodegradable lubricants such as petroleum-based lubricating oils and greases. A new idea of lubricant biodegradation enhancer was put forward by the authors with the aim to stimulate the biodegradation of unreadily biodegradable lubricants by incorporating the enhancer into the lubricants in order to turn the lubricants into greener biodegradable ones and to help in situ bioremediation of lubricant-contaminated environment. This manuscript summarizes our recent efforts relating to the chemistry and technology of biodegradation enhancers for lubricants. Firstly, the chemistry of lubricant biodegradation enhancers was designed based on the principles of bioremediation for the treatment of hydrocarbon contaminated environment. Secondly, the ability of the designed biodegradation enhancers for increasing the biodegradability of unreadily biodegradable industrial lubricants was investigated through biodegradability evaluation tests, microbial population analysis, and biodegradation kinetics modeling. Finally, the impact of biodegradation enhancers on some crucial performance characteristics of lubricants such as lubricity and oxidation stability was tested via tribological evaluation and oxidation determinations. Our results have shown that the designed chemistry of nitrogenous and/or phosphorous compounds such as lauroyl glutamine, oleoyl glycine, oleic diethanolamide phosphate and lauric diethanolamide borate was outstanding in boosting biodegradation of petroleum-based lubricants which was ascribed to increase the microbial population and decrease the oil-water interfacial tension during the biodegradation process. Lubricants doped with the biodegradation enhancers exhibited much better biodegradability and higher biodegradation rate in the surrounding soils which could be well modeled by the exponential biodegradation kinetics. Furthermore, as lubricant dopants, the biodegradation enhancers also provided excellent capability in reducing friction and wear and in retarding oxidation of lubricants. In the nature of things, lubricant biodegradation enhancers, which are multi-functional not only in the improvement of biodegradability, but also in the fortification of lubricity and in the inhibition of oxidation of lubricants, are expected to be promising as a new category of lubricant additives.展开更多

Further, the models are applied to a comparative study on coal mine safety warning instance. Results show that the identification precision of MPSO-BP network model is higher than GBP and PSO-BP model, and MPSO- BP model can not only effectively reduce the possibility of the network falling into a local minimum point, but also has fast convergence and high precision, which will provide the scientific basis for the forewarnin~ management of coal mine safetv production.展开更多

Due to this relevance, in October 2012, the Brazilian government has approved by decree a program of incentive to innovation and intensification of the local productive chain in the automotive industry called "Inovar-Auto". The new Brazilian automotive policy aims by encouraging R & D (research and development) to raise the technological level of vehicles manufactured in country. Undoubtedly, those initiatives contribute hugely for inserting the country on worldwide route of technological development encouraging the local production of safer vehicles and better technological contents. The aims of innovations are to decrease required power of construction (in particular, piling) equipment and, correspondingly, to improve environmental situation at the construction site. Another achieved goal is providing long tubular piles installation in hard soils conditions without application of very heavy and powerful driving machines. Worked out solutions are based on two approaches. One of them provides separate loading of driving force on pile's shaft and pile's tip concentrating the whole driving force on one of the mentioned parts of the pile. Another approach is focused on prevention of soil plug formation inside of the tubular pile tip facilitating the pile installation process. Also improved anchorage system for sheet piling seafront walls is presented and discussed. All considered innovations are patented and can be used in wide range of marine, offshore, coastal and harbor structures.展开更多

First,...Automatic profiling control using a boom-type roadheader requires an understanding of horizontal and vertical swing angles of the cutting boom. In this study the vertical angle of the cutting boom is discussed. First, a vertical swing detection model for the cutting boom is established. Then, a kinematic analysis of the vertical swing mechanism is made and formulae describing the geometrical relationship between the vertical swing of the cutting boom and the telescopic length of vertical hydraulic lift cylinders and vertical swing angle of the boom are presented. Various factors such as complexity of the calculation model, the difficulty of installing the sensor and the cost are compared for two methods. Finally, directly measuring the vertical swing angle of the cutting boom with a tilt sensor is decided to be the more simple and effective method. The detection sensitivity and the vertical cutting error of a tilt sensor are studied. Vibration tests on an EBZ160 roadheader were performed in a coal mine. The characteristic vibration frequencies are analyzed. A design of a vibration isolation mount for the tilt sensor is presented. It makes the detection device work more reliably under conditions where vibration is present and lays a foundation for the implementation of an automatic roadhead cutter. A tilt sensor is installed on an EBZ160 and an EBZ200, and experiments have been done in a coal mine. The re- suits show that the experimental result is favorable and achieves the goal of automatic control of the vertical swing of the cutting boom.展开更多

文摘The purpose of this article is to present and interpret the case study of the secure electronic transaction (SET) scheme of Internet security, as an illustration of the necessary construction of interoperability solutions for financial services. The interpretation of case data with actor network theory (ANT) provides an illustration of power coalitions among banks to create a de facto standard for transnational electronic payment security on the Internet. After a step of protecting its political interests and well-known technological solutions, the coalition understands that its mission becomes a matter of life and death for its members: Brand-new currency has been invented on the Web and one could develop business and monetary transactions without the banks. This interpretative stage tells us much about the transnational mechanisms of regulation and standardization as well as the "translation" steps regarding these transnational organizations. However, an additional step has to be added to this interpretative step, a step of framework construction. The aim is to help managers of the transnational firms involved in regulations and standardization to anticipate the evolutions and make relevant decisions. The framework has three distinctive characteristics: the ability to help conception, the ability to help conceive problems "ex ante", and the ability to facilitate collective conception of strategic maneuvers.
文摘It is a NP-hard problem to schedule a list of nonresumable jobs to the available intervals of an availability-constrained single machine to minimize the scheduling length. This paper transformed this scheduling problem into a variant of the variable-sized bin packing problem, put forward eight bin packing algorithms adapted from the classic one-dimensional bin packing problem and investigated their performances from both of the worst-case and the average-case scenarios. Analytical results show that the worst-case performance ratios of the algorithms are not less than 2. Experimental results for average cases show that the Best Fit and the Best Fit Decreasing algorithm outperform any others for independent and precedence-constrained jobs respectively.

文摘In recent decades, a growing worldwide trend of developing the biodegradable lubricants has been prevailing to form a specific field of green chemistry and green engineering. Enhancement of biodegradability of unreadily biodegradable petroleum-based lubricants has as such become an urgent must. For over a decade the authors have been focusing on the improvement of biodegradability of unreadily biodegradable lubricants such as petroleum-based lubricating oils and greases. A new idea of lubricant biodegradation enhancer was put forward by the authors with the aim to stimulate the biodegradation of unreadily biodegradable lubricants by incorporating the enhancer into the lubricants in order to turn the lubricants into greener biodegradable ones and to help in situ bioremediation of lubricant-contaminated environment. This manuscript summarizes our recent efforts relating to the chemistry and technology of biodegradation enhancers for lubricants. Firstly, the chemistry of lubricant biodegradation enhancers was designed based on the principles of bioremediation for the treatment of hydrocarbon contaminated environment. Secondly, the ability of the designed biodegradation enhancers for increasing the biodegradability of unreadily biodegradable industrial lubricants was investigated through biodegradability evaluation tests, microbial population analysis, and biodegradation kinetics modeling. Finally, the impact of biodegradation enhancers on some crucial performance characteristics of lubricants such as lubricity and oxidation stability was tested via tribological evaluation and oxidation determinations. Our results have shown that the designed chemistry of nitrogenous and/or phosphorous compounds such as lauroyl glutamine, oleoyl glycine, oleic diethanolamide phosphate and lauric diethanolamide borate was outstanding in boosting biodegradation of petroleum-based lubricants which was ascribed to increase the microbial population and decrease the oil-water interfacial tension during the biodegradation process. Lubricants doped with the biodegradation enhancers exhibited much better biodegradability and higher biodegradation rate in the surrounding soils which could be well modeled by the exponential biodegradation kinetics. Furthermore, as lubricant dopants, the biodegradation enhancers also provided excellent capability in reducing friction and wear and in retarding oxidation of lubricants. In the nature of things, lubricant biodegradation enhancers, which are multi-functional not only in the improvement of biodegradability, but also in the fortification of lubricity and in the inhibition of oxidation of lubricants, are expected to be promising as a new category of lubricant additives.
文摘Objective: Explore the practice and application of safety care management and quality management at work. Methods: Establish and improve the nursing management system, safety assurance and quality improvement through the development of clinical nursing assessment standards, supervision, inspection and evaluation of the hospital based nursing quality management to ensure the compliance of the basic quality indicators; raised the nursing quality,to improve with the basic pattern, we prefer both the long and short-term goals, implement and guide the nursing quality, to improve project implementation, quality management training and assessment. Results: Through the implementation of the management of nursing safety and nursing quality, hospital comprehensive nursing quality and service satisfaction has increased significantly. Conclusion: Implementation of nursing safety management and nursing quality management, which ensure the nursing quality of hospital-wide surveillance, improvement and implementation of nursing quality and service satisfaction improved to play a positive role in promoting. Through increased management, nursing quality management more standardized and institutionalized procedures, and enhanced the quality of nurses' awareness and sense of competition, play an enhanced role in the promotion of the service concept of "patient-centered", improve the nursing comprehensive quality, and create a safe and comfortable medical and rehabilitation environment.

文摘We design a practical and provablysecure block ciper over small domain and non-binary inputs,which is also can be considered as a pseudorandom permutation on N elements.Our work is based on a relation we found between the small domain ciper and the negative hypergeometric probability(NHG) distribution.We prove that our block ciper achieves ideal security,that is,it is indistinguishable from a random permutation even if the adversary had already observed N plaintext-cipertext pairs.In particular,we initiate an efficient and sufficiently precise sampling algorithm for negative hypergeometric distribution.
文摘Firstly, the early warning index system of coal mine safety production was given from four aspects as per- sonnel, environment, equipment and management. Then, improvement measures which are additional momentum method, adaptive learning rate, particle swarm optimization algorithm, variable weight method and asynchronous learning factor, are used to optimize BP neural network models. Further, the models are applied to a comparative study on coal mine safety warning instance. Results show that the identification precision of MPSO-BP network model is higher than GBP and PSO-BP model, and MPSO- BP model can not only effectively reduce the possibility of the network falling into a local minimum point, but also has fast convergence and high precision, which will provide the scientific basis for the forewarnin~ management of coal mine safetv production.
文摘With almost 23% of the industry's GDP (gross domestic public), the Brazilian automobile industry confirms, once more, to be one of the most important sectors for national economy in the past years. Due to this relevance, in October 2012, the Brazilian government has approved by decree a program of incentive to innovation and intensification of the local productive chain in the automotive industry called "Inovar-Auto". The new Brazilian automotive policy aims by encouraging R & D (research and development) to raise the technological level of vehicles manufactured in country. Undoubtedly, those initiatives contribute hugely for inserting the country on worldwide route of technological development encouraging the local production of safer vehicles and better technological contents. The search for this standard of vehicles has been a subject of several studies in the automotive world and in recent years it has gained importance, including being one of the Inovar-Auto challenges. In this context, this paper aims to present, through a theoretical research, key technologies and vehicle security initiatives developed so far in worldwide and to point out the challenges for development in the national market.
文摘Some new innovative constructions and piling technologies for improvement of offshore and port berthing structures are worked out and discussed. The aims of innovations are to decrease required power of construction (in particular, piling) equipment and, correspondingly, to improve environmental situation at the construction site. Another achieved goal is providing long tubular piles installation in hard soils conditions without application of very heavy and powerful driving machines. Worked out solutions are based on two approaches. One of them provides separate loading of driving force on pile's shaft and pile's tip concentrating the whole driving force on one of the mentioned parts of the pile. Another approach is focused on prevention of soil plug formation inside of the tubular pile tip facilitating the pile installation process. Also improved anchorage system for sheet piling seafront walls is presented and discussed. All considered innovations are patented and can be used in wide range of marine, offshore, coastal and harbor structures.

文摘Automatic profiling control using a boom-type roadheader requires an understanding of horizontal and vertical swing angles of the cutting boom. In this study the vertical angle of the cutting boom is discussed. First, a vertical swing detection model for the cutting boom is established. Then, a kinematic analysis of the vertical swing mechanism is made and formulae describing the geometrical relationship between the vertical swing of the cutting boom and the telescopic length of vertical hydraulic lift cylinders and vertical swing angle of the boom are presented. Various factors such as complexity of the calculation model, the difficulty of installing the sensor and the cost are compared for two methods. Finally, directly measuring the vertical swing angle of the cutting boom with a tilt sensor is decided to be the more simple and effective method. The detection sensitivity and the vertical cutting error of a tilt sensor are studied. Vibration tests on an EBZ160 roadheader were performed in a coal mine. The characteristic vibration frequencies are analyzed. A design of a vibration isolation mount for the tilt sensor is presented. It makes the detection device work more reliably under conditions where vibration is present and lays a foundation for the implementation of an automatic roadhead cutter. A tilt sensor is installed on an EBZ160 and an EBZ200, and experiments have been done in a coal mine. The re- suits show that the experimental result is favorable and achieves the goal of automatic control of the vertical swing of the cutting boom.
文摘This work is devoted to developing of the ecologically safe technology of chickpea cultivation by using microbial biopreparations, based on the effective heterotrophic (nodulating, growth-promoting and phosphate mobilizing bacteria, and microorganisms-antagonists of the phytopathogenes) and phototrophic microorganisms (cyanobacteria). These preparations were used for pre-sowing treatment of seeds and for treatment of the plants in the vegetation period for optimization of symbiotic nitrogen fixation and growing of ecologically safe production (without application of mineral fertilizers) in the steppe non-irrigated areas of Ukraine.
