河北省金融业在京津冀金融一体化进程中的角色定位及发展路径研究

本文通过对京津冀地区进行定量分析比较,对于河北省的金融业总体发展水平进行了综合评价,指出在基于京津冀金融一体化的背景下,河北省金融业发展过程中仍存在产钱纳里工业结构标准模式品缺乏创新、深度不够等问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的解决措施,希望能为相关工作人员提供帮助。

局域网分布式系统的负荷分担及调整

This article focuses on the problems of process allocation and load distributing in locally distributed systems. The authors mainly discuss a kind of process allocation models and some issues of load balancing adjustment algorithms. Insome database system which has complex middleware, this model and algorithmsprovide a feasible method on raising system response speed and load distributing ability.

虚拟环境下病毒查杀问题研究

传统的安全服务大多将病毒查杀实体置于用户的操作内部,会产生大量资源开销和浪费,且病毒查杀的程序本身就处于不安全的环境,容易遭到恶意程序的破坏,很难保证安全服务的完整性。为此,提出一种无代理的病毒查杀机制,将服务实体置于被保护的操作系统外部,不在被保护系统中安装任何插件和代理程序。基于虚拟化平台,利用虚拟化技术实现在线和离线的病毒查杀,且无需向系统中植入任何插件,以保证服务的完整性。实验结果表明,该离线杀毒安全服务具有较好的用户透明性,可以有效检测系统当前进程是否为恶意代码,并且成功终止恶意程序。

高校辅导员角色的历史嬗变及发展路向

新中国成立70多年以来,高校辅导员角色基本实现了由“政工干部”向“人生导师、知心朋友”的关键演变,主要经历了初步探索、优化成熟、精准发展三个阶段,角色定位由内涵单一转变为多元统整,角色期望由外在满足扩充为内外兼修,角色规范由政治优先发展为全面系统,角色实践由经验行动升格为专业合作,角色评价由单向考核强化为多维考评。从高校辅导员队伍“三化”建设和大学生思想政治教育科学化发展的趋势来看,辅导员理应呈现出基于“减法逻辑”的辅导本位回归、立足“三全育人”格局的不可替代性落实以及聚焦成长成才的“人生导师”现代转型,这是辅导员深化角色认知、实现角色优化、发挥角色优势的基本路向。

Repositioning Ethnicity in the Process of State Building： The Power of Culture and the Poverty of Interpretation

In this article, the author tries to analyze the incongruity between ethnicity and its theorization in China and explore the tension between the mainstream discourse of homogenization-cure-nationalism and the minority linguisticcultural ＂heteroglossia, ＂ as is typified by the conceptual and practical difficulty in translating Minzu[ I ] as well as the political revival and pragmatic use of traditional culture. Drawing on Walker Connor＇s study of the national question in Marxist-Leninist theory and strategy, the author argues that the old formula of ＂national in form, socialist in content,＂ as has been applied in China, lacks a Thirdness-based ＂indexical embodiment＂ dimension, a defect that creates a situation ＂national in form, ethnic in content,＂ and leads to political ambiguities and identity conflicts.
