智能远程育人管理系统的研究与设计

随着信息技术的不断发展,交互式多媒体远程教育系统已成为研究热点,但实现因材施育的智能管理系统对目前来说还是一个挑战。本文基于远程教育技术和传统的德育管理手段,充分利用计算机资源,动态追踪学生历程信息,运用数据挖掘技术,提出智能远程育人管理系统的结构模型及其解决方案。

基于VB的校园远程教育平台设计与实现

随着信息化时代的爆发以及计算机的飞速发展,传统的教育模式已经无法满足现阶段的教与学,因此,借助网络进行学习已经变成未来教育模式以及教学改革的发展趋势。本课题借助VB技术以及SQLServer2005技术搭建了校园远程教育平台,测试表明,本平台稳定、可靠,可以投入使用。

现代远程教育是 80年代以来国际教育发展的共同趋势 ,进入 2 1世纪以来随着国内信息技术的飞速发展和计算机应用技能的普及 ,网络世界的核心技术已迅速渗入到教育学领域 ,相对于其他新型的科技手段更直接地冲击着传统教育的教育制度、教育理论和教育模式 ,对传统教育的教学手段 ,教育理念 ,教学内容 ,课程设置 ,教师角色和学生自学能力提出了更新 。

中育高效速读远程教育网开通

针对当前中小学生普遍存在的阅读效率低、阅读能力弱和课外阅读量不够的实际情况，为了提高中小学生的阅读能力和语文教师的阅读教学水平，以适应学习型社会建设和满足终身学习的需要，日前，中国教育学会中育教育发展研究中心正式开通中育高效速读远程教育网（www．gxsd．net．cn）。中育高效速读远程教育网以北京市语文特级教师程汉杰创立的现代文阅读训练体系为核心，以北京市教委批准成立的汉杰高效速读远程教育网为基础，

远程教育的宏观理论

本文在简述远程教育和开放学习这两个核心概念的基础上，探讨国内外远程教育研究工作者在建立远程教育的普遍理论体系、远程教育的发展动力基础理论、远程教育的工业化理论、三代信息技术和三代远程教育的理论等宏观理论方面的探索及其部分成果。这些理论体系既反映了对远程教育的内在本质和发展规律的认识，又总结得出了远程教育与其所处社会环境相互关系的某些规律性认识，为构建未来比较完整的远程教育宏观理论提供了有益的借鉴。

Nursing students’attitudes toward mobile learning:An integrative review

Purpose:This study aimed to explore whether the attitudes of nursing students toward the use of mobile learning are positive or negative and to identify the factors influencing their attitudes by reviewing the literature.Methods:Electronic search of six databases,including PubMed,the Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature,ProQuest,Web of Science,EMBASE,and Cochrane Library,was conducted,and relevant references within articles were manually searched.Retrieval time was from inception to October 21,2020.The literature review was conducted in accordance with the PRISMA guidelines and the integrative review method.The Mixed Method Appraisal Tool(MMAT)was used for quality assessment.Results:A total of 316 articles were identified,and 18 English-language studies were finally included by reviewing titles,abstracts,and full text.Six quantitative,five qualitative,and seven mixed-method articles related to nursing students’attitudes toward the use of mobile learning were identified.The results showed that most nursing students had positive attitudes toward mobile learning.Although students expressed strong intentions for mobile learning,the actual usage rate in practical settings was low.Several advantageous factors included usefulness,convenience,and ease of use,whereas disadvantageous factors included hardware facility,updated content,and software stability.Conclusion:Most nursing students have positive attitudes and willingness to mobile learning,but the actual use rate remains low.Advantageous and disadvantageous factors coexist.Further studies are needed to assess how mobile learning improves nursing students’clinical knowledge and improves patient care.

Application and Design of Virtual Reality Technology in Railway Maintenance Training

Virtual reality technology is a brand new comprehensive information technology emerging during the end of 21 st century. In recent years in particular, it gains rapid development, involving industries like education, industry, military, entertainment and medicine. Combined with the characteristics of railway maintenance training, this thesis proposes the application of virtual reality in courseware, distance education, locomotive simulation driving, locomotive overhauling oil and breakdown processing, and illustrates key technology and solution of the exploitation of virtual reality technology.

The Model of Open and Distance Learning for Teaching Indonesian Through Socio-Cultural Approach and Psychological Aspects to Students of Indonesian for Foreign

This study aims to find out the effect of the model of ODL （Open and Distance Learning） for teaching Indonesian for foreign and whether this model of ODL implements socio-cultural and psychological approaches. The students＇ learning of Indonesian for foreign is in so many aspects that it must be considered from both psychological aspects of students＇ language and cultural aspects. The research was carried out on foreign students＇ studying Indonesian language. The research method used action research. ODL model developed this concerning how the students are anxious in foreign language learning and language use in accordance with Indonesian culture. The model of ODL for teaching foreign Indonesian uses the Internet facilities such as email, Skype, VolP, Google Talk, circulating document with comments, chat, forum, CD, audio-video, stream media player, and e-learning system. Based on the results of this study which is that students study the model ODL for teaching Indonesian through socio-cultural approach and psychological aspects and students of Indonesian for foreign improve their ability to use the Indonesian language, students are able to converse fluently in Indonesian in accordance with Indonesian culture

Management Development Trends of Nowadays in Albania

Albanian business environment is defined by complexity, dynamism, uncertainty. In Albania, there are small and medium enterprises （businesses）. Although we have a high degree of business bankrupt, many businesses are reinforcing their competitive positions in market. In these conditions, a new appropriate organizational structure often plays a crucial role in managing the challenges. While the finn grows, at the same time grows the need for organization, involvement and leadership. In today＇s changing times, effective leadership is a key component of organizational success. Even if management is the key of operation and the standard operating procedures, our study shows that the manager always need leader＇s power. In today＇s global marketplace, organizations that strategically focus on building leadership capacity for the future will reap the benefits in the years to come. New trends in business development, of course have increased requirements for local managers. The organizations are under pressure to show return on investment for training and development. Although positive trends, problems which management is faced are more challenging than the degree of preparation and performance that they offer, so their qualitative qualification remains the continuous preoccupation as the role of our school is in this direction. From this point of view, education in distance can be considered as complementary approach and in some conditions as a worthy replacement of direct education, which still dominates educative systems in Albania.

MLEA： A Solution for Users of Android in UTPVirtual

This paper describes a design of an educational platform for a mobile learning architecture, which is a state of the an topic in distance education. The product will allow users to interact in an efficient, flexible, and transparent fashion with a web-based education environment, in this case Module Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment （Moodle）, using Android mobile devices. In order to provide a strong and lasting architecture, the Service Oriented Architecture （SOA） methodology is used given that it allows easy software re-utilization as well as integration of heterogeneous services. The architecture is based on web services implemented with Representational State Transfer （REST）, as it has been demonstrated to be lighter and less consuming than other protocols, for devices with limited resources such as mobile devices. Web services provide the communication means between the server side and the client side of the architecture, whereas agents are used to deliver the services itself. The authors propose the development of an environment that facilitates the integration of various educational resources to support m-learning. An important aspect of the proposal is the offering of a tool to provide customized alerts for students and teachers, enabling them to remain updated about activities taking place in the courses.

Proposal for Design and Application of Business Intelligence as a Decision Support System to the Editorial Sector of Distance Education （DE）

In recent years, industrial and service organizations have invested in improvement projects with emphasis on increasing the performance of processes regarding to the production of manufactured goods and services, applying techniques to optimize production time in order to minimize the restrictive effects of the funds invested in processing or obtaining processes in order to reduce the losses of general scope. This paper discusses the impact of the innovation in making use of business intelligence （BI） concepts about production records of a publishing area in a higher education institution （HEI） that promotes distance education （DE） in Brazil, helping the industry in their managements decisions, having a target minimize time on production of learning material through more effective control with the use of cubes in the form of reports for metric queries of delivery delays and metrics on the production tasks financial values, and filtering the processed information so that managers can view information from various angles and managerial perspectives. The objectives of this paper are to demonstrate the impact on using BI concepts in the process of an editorial department of a HEI focusing on the development of teaching materials for the courses of DE and identify the financial cost-benefit ratio for the HEI with the deploying BI in a software fee platform in its publishing department. The sector is responsible by in courseware publishing organizations that usually do not have systems with this emphasis： support on making managerial decisions.

English Needs＂ EL Programme for Distance Education Learners

This paper will discuss the findings of students＇ needs for an EL （English language） programme at the SDE （School of Distance Education）, USM （Universiti Sains Malaysia）, Penang. English is offered as a compulsory subject for all its students since the School＇s inception in 1971, and the subject has not moved beyond that status quo. However, in the new millennium, with USM having been selected as a research university with an apex status, the expectation of its stakeholders has increased. SDE needs to keep abreast with what is on and what is up in distance education teaching and learning so that its programmes remain relevant. It cannot remain complacent with its present courses Taking into consideration the current needs of its stakeholders within the realm of distance teaching and learning, the researchers carried out a research on the need for an EL programme. Findings show that the students agree that an English programme will help them improve their language and their upward mobility. Majority of the students will sign up for the course if it is offered. This research will provide insights for curriculum developers and lecturers at the SDE to design a new English programme tailored towards meeting the needs of their adult students

Research on the Modern Distance Education Learning Center Service Quality Factors and Framework

The modem distance education along with one new educational mode that the development of enterprise group has, it takes the modem distance education as the principal means that, imparts and studies independently through the correspondence course and other educational modes, can effectively take advantage of the educational resources. In the era of knowledge economy, the high-quality and perfect educational system is the biggest resources. But the educational quality has decided the altitude of education. But the research distance learning service enhances the student degree of satisfaction and promotion service level to have the high research value regarding the distance learning organization. Based on our country modem distance education development level, should be centered on improving the grade of service, strengthens the teaching service concept that realizes multi-resource sharing the strategic concept.

Educational Press for Remote Experimentation Applied in the Spring to Study Hooke＇s Law

The aim of this study is to report the use of RE （remote experimentation） in an educational press. The authors developed this remote experiment with the objective to study the Hooke＇s law through the analysis of the coil spring. The remote experiment is available in a website, where the students can manipulate and observe the educational press and confirm Hooke＇s statements with the output information. In addition, the students will have the opportunity to read in the website about the educational press, the physical law, and the use of the press in industrial processes. This remote experimentation exerts a force in the mechanical spring creating a deformation. In the defined point, the microcomputer will collect the data from the sensors, and it will save this data in the database. After the process execution, a graph with the data will be plotted in the website. The tests confirm that the educational press has informational potential because it returned values consistent with Hooke＇s law and the experiment presented repetition in all tests realized.

A Comparison of Different Communication Tools for Distance Learning in Nuclear Education

Recent advancement in nuclear education learning has been through the use of computers and simulation related tasks such as the use of industry codes. Further enhancements in nuclear education are being considered through the use of distance learning technologies. The purpose of this work is to explore distance learning related tools to determine if they can provide an enhanced learning environment for nuclear education. In this work, a set of tools are examined that can be used to augment or replace the traditional lecture method. These tools are Mediasite, Adobe Connect, Elluminate, and Camtasia. All four tools have recording capabilities that allow the students to experience the exchange of information in different ways. This paper compares recent experiences with each of these tools in providing nuclear engineering education and assesses the various constraints and impacts on delivery through direct feedback from students and instructors. In general, the tools were found to be useful for mature students on the condition that the lecturer was comfortable with the tools and in some cases, adequate support from IT groups was provided.
