LASIK手术治疗远视疗效分析

目的:探讨LASIK手术治疗远视的安全性及效果。方法:将25例47眼远视按术前屈光度分为中低度组(≤6.0D)26眼,高度组(>6.0D)21眼,采用MoriaⅡ角膜板层刀和鹰视准分子激光系统行LASIK手术,术后随访1年,分别检查裸眼远视力、屈光度、最佳矫正视力,记录并分析。结果:中低度组术后3、12个月裸眼视力≥0.8在中低度组分别为20眼(76.9%)、19眼(73.0%),高度组分别为13眼(61.9%)、11眼(52.3%);屈光度≤(±0.5)D在中低度组分别为17眼(65.4%)、19眼(73.0%),高度组2次均为11眼(52.3%);术后3个月屈光度≥(±1)D在中低度组2眼(7.69%),在高度组为5眼(23.8%),术后12个月屈光度≥(±1)D在中低度组仍为2眼(7.69%),在高度组增加到7眼(33.3%),两组之间差异无统计学意义,P<0.01;中低度组在术后12个月无一眼最佳矫正视力下降1行以上,而在高度组有3眼(14%)。结论:LASIK手术治疗中低度远视是安全可行的;而对于高度远视,由于最佳矫正视力下降比例大,而且术后稳定性差,回退比例高,证明LASIK手术在治疗高度远视有一定的局限性。
